治胡臭漏腋。有天生胡臭，有为人所染臭者，天生者难治，为人所染者易瘥，然须三年
敷白矾散勿止，并服五香丸，乃可得瘥。勿言一度敷药即瘥，只可敷药时暂得一度瘥耳。凡
胡臭人通禁食芸苔、五辛，治之终身不瘥，胡臭方。
辛夷 芎 细辛 杜蘅 蒿本（各二分）
上五味， 咀，以苦酒渍之一宿，煎三日，取汁敷之，欲敷临时，以瘥为度。
治人体及腋下状如狐 气，世谓之胡臭方。
烧好矾石末，绢囊盛之，常以粉腋下，不过十度。
令人香方。

漏腋方。
正朝旦以小便洗。
治面 ，木兰散方。
木兰皮一斤，渍以着三年酢中，趣令没之，百日出木兰皮，曝燥，捣为散，服方寸匕，
日三。
治面 方。
土瓜，冶以水银、胡粉、青羊脂，分等，和敷面上，日二，有效。
又方
胡粉（二分） 水银（四分）
以猪膏和研，敷面，天晓以布拭去，勿洗水。
治面上恶疮术。
胡粉（五两，熬） 黄柏（五两） 黄连（五两）
三物，冶下筛，粉面疮上，日三，
灭瘢方。
鸡矢白（一两） 辛夷仁（四分） 白附子（二分） 细辛（二分）
上四味，酒浸一宿，以羊脂六合，微火煎三上三下，去滓，伤瘢以甘草洗讫涂之。
又方
鹰屎白一两，研，白蜜和涂瘢上，日三。
治疗狐臭及腋下漏汗。狐臭有天生遗传的，也有后天被他人传染染上的，天生的难以治愈，后天染上的容易痊愈，但必须连续三年使用白矾散外敷不能间断，同时内服五香丸，才能彻底痊愈。不要说敷一次药就能痊愈，只是敷药期间暂时能好一阵子罢了。凡是患有狐臭的人，平时严禁食用芸苔（油菜）、五辛（葱、蒜、韭、薤、兴渠），如果违反禁忌，治疗终身都无法痊愈。
狐臭方：
辛夷、川芎、细辛、杜蘅、藁本（各二分）
以上五味药，切碎，用醋浸泡一夜，煎煮三天，取汁液外敷。准备敷药时，以病愈为标准。
治疗人体及腋下气味像狐狸一样的病症，世人称为狐臭方：
烧制好的明矾研成粉末，用丝绸袋子装好，经常用来扑在腋下，不超过十次即可。
令人身体发香的方子：
甘草、松树根及树皮、大枣、甜瓜子
以上四味药，分量相等，研成末，每次服用一方寸匕，每天三次。二十天见效，五十天全身散发香气，一百天连衣服床铺都带有香气。
治疗腋下及足心手掌阴部大腿内侧常年像出汗湿了一样导致发臭的病症，六物胡粉膏方：
干商陆（一两）、干枸杞白皮（半两）、干姜（半两）、滑石（一两）、甘草（半两）、胡粉（铅粉，一两）
以上六味药，研磨成末，用醋调和涂抹腋下，微微出汗后更换衣服，再次涂上，不超过三次就能痊愈。如果一年后复发，复发后再涂，不可多涂，以免损伤腋部皮肤。
治漏腋方：
正月初一早晨用尿液清洗。
治疗面部粉刺疮疡，木兰散方：
木兰皮一斤，浸泡在存放三年的醋中，务必使其完全浸没，一百天后取出木兰皮，晒干，捣碎成散剂，每次服用一方寸匕，每天三次。
治疗面部疮疡方：
土瓜，与水银、胡粉、青羊脂按等量混合，敷在脸上，每天两次，有效。
又一方：
胡粉（二分）、水银（四分）
用猪油调和研磨，敷在脸上，天亮时用布擦去，不要用水洗。
治疗面部恶疮的方法：
胡粉（五两，炒制）、黄柏（五两）、黄连（五两）
以上三味药，研磨过筛，撒在面部疮上，每天三次。
灭瘢方（去除疤痕）：
鸡矢白（鸡粪的白色部分，一两）、辛夷仁（四分）、白附子（二分）、细辛（二分）
以上四味药，用酒浸泡一夜，加入羊脂六合，用微火煎煮，反复加热冷却三次，滤去渣滓，先用甘草水洗患处，再涂抹此药。
又一方：
鹰屎白一两，研磨，与白蜜调和涂在疤痕上，每天三次。
Treatment for Fox Odor and Axillary Leakage. Fox odor (Osmidrosis) may be congenital or acquired through transmission from others. Congenital cases are difficult to cure, while acquired cases are easier to heal. However, one must apply Bifan San (Alum Powder) externally for three years without interruption, and concurrently take Wuxiang Wan (Five-Spice Pill), to achieve a complete cure. Do not claim that a single application cures the condition; it only provides temporary relief during the period of medication. Patients with fox odor must strictly avoid consuming Youcai (Brassica rapa var. parachinensis / Chinese flowering cabbage) and Wuxin (Five Pungent Spices: garlic, chives, leeks, alliums, and asafetida). If these dietary restrictions are violated, the condition will never be cured throughout life.
Fox Odor Formula:
Xinyi (Magnolia Flower), Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Rhizome), Xixin (Asarum Root), Duhen (Aristolochia Herb), Gaoben (Ligusticum Rhizome) (each 2 fen).
The above five herbs are chopped, soaked in vinegar (Ku Jiu) overnight, and decocted for three days. The resulting juice is applied topically. Apply as needed until healed.
Formula for treating body and axillary odor resembling that of a fox, commonly known as Fox Odor:
Burn good alum stone, grind into powder, place in a silk bag, and frequently dust the axillae. Not more than ten applications are sufficient.
Formula to impart fragrance to the body:
Gancao (Licorice Root), Songshu Genji Pi (Pine Root and Bark), Dazao (Jujube Fruit), Tianguazi (Melon Seed).
The above four ingredients are mixed in equal proportions, ground into powder. Take 1 fangcunbi (approx. 5-10g) per dose, three times daily. Efficacy is perceived after 20 days; the whole body emits fragrance after 50 days; after 100 days, clothes and bedding also carry the fragrance.
Formula for Treating Axillary Leakage (Sweaty/Odorous Axilla):
For conditions where the axillae, soles of feet, palms, genital area, and inner thighs remain constantly sweaty and odorous, use Liuwu Hufen Gao (Six-Ingredient Lead White Ointment):
Ganshanglu (Dry Phytolacca Root, 1 liang), Gan Gouqi Baipi (Dry Lycium Bark, 0.5 liang), Ganjiang (Dried Ginger, 0.5 liang), Huashi (Talcum, 1 liang), Gancao (Licorice Root, 0.5 liang), Hufen (Lead White/Basic Lead Carbonate, 1 liang).
The above six herbs are ground into powder and mixed with vinegar for topical application on the axillae. When slight sweating occurs, change clothes and reapply. Healing occurs within no more than three applications. If recurrence happens after one year, reapply upon recurrence. Do not over-apply, as it may damage the axillary skin.
Another formula for Axillary Leakage:
Wash with urine on the morning of the first day of the lunar new year.
Formula for Facial Acne/Pimples: Mulan San (Magnolia Bark Powder):
Mulanpi (Magnolia Bark, 1 jin). Soak in aged vinegar (three years old) until fully submerged. After 100 days, remove the bark, dry it in the sun, and grind into powder. Take 1 fangcunbi per dose, three times daily.
Formula for Facial Ulcers:
Tugua (Trichosanthes Cucumerina Root), processed with Mercury, Hufen (Lead White), and Qingyangzhi (Goat Fat) in equal proportions. Mix and apply to the face twice daily. Effective.
Another formula:
Hufen (Lead White, 2 fen), Shuiyin (Mercury, 4 fen).
Grind and mix with Pig Fat (Zhugao). Apply to the face. Wipe off with a cloth at dawn. Do not wash with water.
Method for Treating Malignant Facial Ulcers:
Hufen (Lead White, 5 liang, roasted), Huangbai (Phellodendron Bark, 5 liang), Huanglian (Coptis Rhizome, 5 liang).
Grind the three ingredients and sift. Dust onto facial ulcers three times daily.
Formula for Removing Scars:
Jishibai (White part of Chicken Droppings, 1 liang), Xinyiren (Magnolia Seed, 4 fen), Baifuzi (Typhonii Rhizoma, 2 fen), Xixin (Asarum Root, 2 fen).
Soak the four herbs in wine overnight. Add Yangzhi (Sheep Fat, 6 he). Decoct over low heat using the "three rises and three falls" method (boil and cool repeatedly three times). Strain the dregs. Wash the scarred area with Licorice water before applying.
Another formula:
Yingshibai (White part of Hawk Droppings, 1 liang), ground and mixed with White Honey. Apply to scars three times daily.
