钱乙论∶初生下拭掠儿口中，秽恶不尽，咽入喉中故吐。凡初生儿急须拭掠口中令净，若啼声一发则咽下，
多生诸病。
《外台》∶刘氏疗小儿初生吐不止方。
人乳（二合） 篾（少许） 盐（两粟米大）
上三味，煎三、两沸，牛黄两米许，研和与服，即瘥止。
《仙人水鉴》∶小儿不能饮乳，气喘，乳入口便吐，神效。
桃花 人参（务二分） 干枣 栀子 当门子（各一枝） 白芷 元精 黄牙（各少许。黄牙即金牙也）
黄盐（少许。陶隐居云∶北海黄盐草粒粗，以作鱼 及咸菹）
上件同研令细匀，蜜丸如麻子大。煎生姜汤下二丸，神效。
《仙人水鉴》∶小儿百日内，多爱吐不止，兼不饮乳方。
乳鲋鱼（一滴） 大腹头（七个，用蒂头） 干姜 香茂（各烧成灰） 黄盐（以上各少许。陶隐居
云∶北海黄盐草粒粗，以作鱼 及咸菹）
上同研令细，空心一捻，水服之效。
《圣惠》治小儿生下十日至半月，呕逆不止。藿香散方
藿香 紫菀（洗去苗土。各一分） 甘草（炙微赤，锉，半两） 麦门冬（三分，去心，焙） 桂心（半分）
上件药捣，粗罗为散。每服一钱，以水一小盏，煎至五分，去滓；放温，以绵点取滴口中，一日次第取尽。
钱乙治初生吐不止。木瓜丸方
木瓜 木香 槟榔（各末） 麝香 腻粉（各一字）
上同研，面糊为丸小黄米大。每服一、二丸，甘草水下，无时。
钱乙论述：初生婴儿时，若擦拭清理婴儿口腔不彻底，导致污秽之物未尽清除，被吞咽入喉中，从而引起呕吐。凡是刚出生的婴儿，必须立即仔细擦拭口腔使其洁净，如果啼哭声一发出就会将污物咽下，这样容易引发各种疾病。
《外台秘要》记载：刘氏治疗小儿出生后呕吐不止的方剂。

以上药材一同研磨成细匀粉末，用蜂蜜制成如麻子大小的丸剂。煎生姜汤送服两丸，神效。
《仙人水鉴》记载：小儿百日内，多爱呕吐不止，兼有不吃奶的情况，此方。
乳鲋鱼（一滴） 大腹头（七个，需用蒂头部分） 干姜 香茂（各烧成灰） 黄盐（以上各取少许。陶隐居说：北海黄盐草粒粗大，用来制作鱼酱及咸菜菹）
以上一同研磨成细粉，空腹时用手指捻取少量，用水送服有效。

以上药材捣碎，粗筛为散剂。每次服用一钱，用水一小盏，煎至五分水量，滤去药渣；放温后，用棉签蘸取滴入口中，一日之内分次服完。

木瓜 木香 槟榔（各研末） 麝香 腻粉（各一字量）
以上一同研磨，用面糊制成如小黄米大小的丸剂。每次服用一至二丸，甘草水送服，不拘时间。
Qian Yi discussed: When a newborn is wiped and cleaned, if the foul matter in the infant's mouth is not completely removed and is swallowed into the throat, it causes vomiting. The above three ingredients are boiled for two or three boils. Add Niu Huang (Calculus Bovis) the size of two millet grains, grind and mix well, then administer to the infant. The condition will heal and vomiting will stop.
*Xianren Shuijian*: For infants who cannot suckle breast milk, have panting breath, and vomit immediately after milk enters the mouth, this formula is miraculous.
Taohua (Peach Blossom) Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) - must constitute two parts Gan Zao (Dried Jujube) Zhizi (Gardeniae Fructus) Dangmenzi (Moschus) - each one branch Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix) Yuanjing (Yuan Jing) Huangya (Huang Ya) - each a small amount. Huangya refers to Jin Ya (Gold Tooth).
Huangyan (Yellow Salt) - a small amount. Tao Hongjing stated: Yellow salt from the North Sea has coarse grass-like grains, used for making fish paste and pickled vegetables.
The above ingredients are ground together into a fine, uniform powder. Honey is used to make pills the size of hemp seeds. Administer two pills with decoction of Shengjiang (Fresh Ginger Rhizome). Miraculous effect.
*Xianren Shuijian*: For infants within one hundred days who frequently suffer from persistent vomiting and refusal to suckle breast milk, this formula.
Ru Fu Yu (Milk Carp Fish) - one drop Dafu Tou (Head of Areca Seed) - seven pieces, using the stem end Gan Jiang (Dried Ginger Rhizome) Xiang Mao (Aromatic Calamus Rhizome) - each burned to ash Huang Yan (Yellow Salt) - each a small amount of the above. Tao Hongjing stated: Yellow salt from the North Sea has coarse grass-like grains, used for making fish paste and pickled vegetables.
The above are ground together into a fine powder. Take a pinch on an empty stomach and administer with water. Effective.
*Shenghui Fang* treats infants aged ten days to half a month after birth who suffer from persistent regurgitation and vomiting. Huoxiang San (Agastache Powder) formula.
Huoxiang (Patchouli Herba) Ziwan (Asteris Radix) - washed to remove seedlings and soil, each one qian Gancao (Licorice Radix et Rhizoma) - roasted until slightly red, chopped, half liang Maidong (Ophiopogonis Tuber) - three qian, heart removed, dried Guixin (Cinnamon Twig) - half qian
The above medicines are crushed and coarsely sieved into a powder. Each dose is one qian. Use one small cup of water, boil until reduced to five fen volume, filter out the dregs; let cool to warm temperature, dip cotton swab to drip into the mouth. Consume all within one day in stages.
Qian Yi treats persistent vomiting in newborns. Mugua Wan (Papaya Pill) formula.
Mugua (Chaenomeles Fruit) Muxiang (Costi Radix) Binglang (Areca Seed) - each powdered Shexiang (Moschus) Nifen (Calomel) - each one zi weight
The above are ground together, bound with wheat paste to form pills the size of small yellow millet grains. Each dose is one or two pills, administered with Gancao (Licorice) water, at any time.
