《巢氏病源》口疮候∶小儿口疮由血气盛兼将养过温，心有客热，热熏上焦，故口生疮也。
《千金翼》曰∶凡口疮忌食咸腻及热面、干枣等，宜纯食甜粥，勿食盐菜，三日即瘥。又口中面上生 肉，
转大，以刀决溃去脓愈。
《婴童宝鉴》∶小儿口疮是心脏积热，上发于口故也。
《葛氏肘后》小儿口疮方。
上烧葵，敷之良。
《葛氏肘后》支太医小儿口疮方。
上桑白汁、生地黄汁、赤蜜各半合相和，缓缓细敷儿口取瘥。
《葛氏肘后》口疮不得饮乳方。
上饮羊乳佳。《食疗》取 羊生乳含。
《千金》治小儿口疮，不得吮乳方。
大青（十八铢） 黄连（十二铢。《千金翼》用二两）
上二味 咀，以水三升，煮取一升二合。一服一合，日再夜一。
《千金》又方
腊月猪脂（一斤） 蜜（二升） 甘草（炙，如指大三寸）
上三味合煎相得。含如枣大，稍稍咽之，日三。
《千金》又方
上用矾石如鸡子大，置醋中。涂儿足下，二七遍愈。
《千金》治小儿心热，口为生疮、重舌、鹅口方。
上用柘根锉五升，无根弓材亦佳。以水五升煮取二升，去滓，更煎。取五合，细细敷之，数数为之良。
《千金》治口疮白漫漫方。
上取桑汁，先以父发拭口，以桑汁涂之。
《千金翼》治口中疮，咽喉塞不利，口燥膏方。
猪膏 白蜜（各一斤） 黄连（一两，切）
上三味合煎，去滓，令相得。含如半枣，日四、五，夜二。
《千金翼》治积年口疮不瘥，蔷薇汤方
上用蔷薇根一升，以水七升，煮取三升，去滓。含之久久，极即吐之，定、更含。少少入咽亦佳。夜未睡
以前亦含之，三日不瘥，更令含之，瘥为度。验秘不传也。
《千金翼》治口中疮，身体有热气痱瘰。蔷薇丸方
蔷薇根 黄芩 鼠李根 当归 葛根 白蔹 石龙芮 黄柏 黄 芍药 续断 黄连（各一两） 栝蒌根（二两）
上一十三味末之，炼蜜和丸如梧子大。十丸，日三服。《千金》无黄连。
《外台》∶《救急》疗小儿口疮方。
上以蛇蜕皮水渍令湿软，拭口内疮，一两遍即瘥。
《外台》刘氏疗小儿口疮方。
黄柏皮（一两，切） 乌豆（一升）
上二味，以水二升，煮取两合，去滓，重煎如锡，入少许龙脑研和，敷之甚良。
《宫气方》主小儿口疮通白芨风疳疮蚀透者。
上以白僵蚕炒令黄色，拭去蚕上黄肉毛，为末，用蜜和，敷之立效。
《宫气方》治小儿口疮及风疳疮等。
上用晚蚕蛾细研，贴疮上妙。
《宫气方》治小儿口疮。
上用角蒿灰贴疮上。

《圣惠》治小儿口疮，多睡，吐乳。龙胆丸方
龙胆（去芦头） 川大黄（锉碎，微炒） 茵陈（各一分） 人参（去芦头） 栀子仁 川朴硝 郁李仁（汤浸，
去皮，微炒。各半两）
上件药捣，罗为末，炼蜜和丸如绿豆大。一、二岁儿以温水研下三丸，看儿稍大，临时加之。
《圣惠》治小儿口疮，心热烦闷。黄连散方
黄连（去须） 大青 川升麻（各三分） 桑根白皮（锉） 甘草（炙微赤，锉。各半两）
上件药捣，粗罗为散。每服一钱，以水一小盏，煎至五分，去滓，放温。量儿大小分减服之。若与奶母服，
即加栀子、黄芩各半两。每服三钱，以水一中盏，煎至六分，去滓，每于食后温服。
《圣惠》治小儿口疮烂痛，不问赤白，或生腮颔间，或生齿龈上。雄黄散方
雄黄 朱砂（各细研） 硝石 蚺蛇胆 黄连（去须） 石盐 苦参（锉。各一分） 鸡屎矾（半分） 麝香（一

上件药捣，细罗为散，都研令匀，日可三、五度涂之。
《圣惠》治小儿久患口疮不瘥，宜用此方。
虾蟆（涂酥，炙微黄） 笋灰（各半两） 白矾（灰） 黄柏（锉） 黄连（去须） 晚蚕蛾（微炒） 川升麻（各
一分） 蜗牛（三七枚，去壳，微炒）
上件药捣，细罗为散。每取少许，以白蜜和如膏，涂于疮上，日三用之。
《圣惠》治小儿口疮多时，气臭，生虫子。升麻散方
川升麻 黄芩 本 甘草（生用） 生干地黄 五倍子（各一分） 皂荚 诃梨勒皮 夏枯草（以上三味烧灰。
各半两）
上件药捣，细罗为散。候儿睡时，即干掺于疮上，神效。
《圣惠》治小儿口疮铅丹膏方
铅丹（一分） 铅霜（半分） 晚蚕蛾（微炒） 蛤粉（各半钱） 麝香（一钱）
上件药研令极细，用蜜二两熬成膏。每上取膏半钱，涂在口中。
《圣惠》又方
麝香 梧桐律 晚蚕蛾（微炒） 黄柏（末。各一分） 朱砂（半分）
上件药都细研为散。每夜临卧时，于疮上薄贴之，不过三夜瘥。
《圣惠》治小儿一切口疮，止疼痛方。
没石子（三分，微火炙令虚胀） 甘草（一分）
上件药捣，细罗为散。每于疮上薄掺，盖令遍。
《圣惠》治小儿口疮肿痛方。
蟾酥 石胆（各半钱） 黄柏（三钱，末）
上件药细研令匀，炼蜜和丸如皂荚子大。每夜以水化一丸如饧相似，以篦子抹在口中。每夜一两上，不过
两夜瘥。
《圣惠》又方
麝香（半分，细研） 蜜（半两） 黄丹（一分） 生地黄汁（一合）
上件药，先以蜜、地黄汁、黄丹同入铫子，以慢火熬令紫色，次下麝香，匀搅候冷。日三度涂于疮上。
《圣惠》又方
铜绿（一钱，细研） 白芷（末，半两）
上件药相合研匀，日三度掺贴于疮上。
《圣惠》治小儿百日以上，二、三岁以来患口疮，宜服晚蚕蛾散方。
晚蚕蛾（一分，微炒） 麝香（半分）
上件药都细研为散。每用少许，掺于疮上，日再用之。
《圣惠》治小儿口疮赤烂石胆散方
石胆（半钱） 蚺蛇胆 龙脑（各一分）
上件药同细研为散。每用少许涂于疮上，日三用之，以瘥为度。
《圣惠》又方
腻粉（一钱） 黄柏（末，半两）
上件药相和令匀，薄薄掺涂之。
《博济方》治大人小儿口疮，紫金霜
黄柏（如两指大二片，涂蜜，慢火炙令紫色） 诃子（一枚，烧过，盏子盖少时） 麝香 腻粉（各少许）
上件药捣，罗为末。每服二字许，掺于舌上立瘥。
《博济方》治骨槽风，牙齿宣露，肿痒浮动，疼痛作时或龈烂生疮。兼治大人、小儿口疮。地骨皮散
地骨皮 麦 （各一两） 猪牙皂角（半两） 青盐（一合）
上件四味同杵令匀，粗入锅内炒过，再杵为末。每服看患大小用之，仍先以盐浆嗽口了掺擦。
《谭氏殊圣方》∶小儿心脏不清凉，客壅伤神饶口疮。钓引重舌言妨当，涎流不断似流浆。待教食乳摇头怕，
夜夜啼声哭断肠。五胆三黄除客热，七香金箔甚为良。
保生丸
大黄 黄柏（为末，别研） 宣连（各一分半） 丁香（一钱） 麝香（一字） 金箔（五片，以水银结砂子）
上并细研，枣肉为丸如皂子大。温水化下一粒。
《谭氏殊圣》治小儿口疮方。
上用密陀僧，以文武火烧赤，地上以碗盖出火毒，为细末。临时干掺之。
茅先生治小儿口热生疮方。
黄柏（用蜜涂，炙令紫色，秤半两） 青黛（炒，一分）
上共为末。一日三、五次掺口内。常吃凉心药。
《婴孺》治小儿口疮如月蚀状，赤黑似瘤，有窍如有虫，吮之有血。黄连含汤方
黄连 矾石 细辛（各二分） 藜芦（一分，炙）
上以水三升煮二合。未食含满口，冬可暖之，儿大解语，可用含之，但以绵 拭疮上。
《婴孺》治小儿口疮汤方。
水银（一分） 黄连（六分）
上二味，以水二升半煮五合。小儿不能含，以绵 拭口中，日十遍。
《婴孺》治小儿口疮烂方。
羊乳汁 黄连
上以羊乳汁浸黄连，着口中，三上愈。

上克桑枝取汁，涂儿口疮上，日三。

上用赤葵茎炙干为末，蜜和含之。

上煎熟，去滓，鸡翎涂疮上。

芍药 当归 黄连
上等分，乳汁浸，涂口中。

上取鸡屎白枣大一块，绵裹，水一合煮二沸，分再服。
汉东王先生《家宝》治小儿、婴孺鹅口、重舌及口疮。青液散方。

上研为末，每用少许敷舌上。
钱乙治小儿口疮方。
上用大天南星去皮，只取中心如龙眼大为细末，醋调涂足心。《谭氏殊圣》名必效散，仍用唾津调贴。
张涣桐律散方 治口疮、口吻病。
梧桐律 黄柏（蜜炙） 蛤粉（各一分） 晚蚕蛾（一钱，微炒）
以上捣、罗为细末。次用∶朱砂（半两，细研，水飞） 麝香（一钱，研） 龙脑（半钱，研）
上件都研匀，每用少许掺贴患处。
《婴童宝鉴》治小儿口疮方。
黄丹（一两） 龙脑（一字）
上件用蜜调敷口中。
《惠眼观证》丹蜜膏 治嗽牙，儿口疮方。
上用黄丹一分，炒令紫黑色，蜜一分，同黄丹于饭上蒸两次，以竹篦子搅匀。以手点少许入口。
《惠眼观证》石胆散 治口疮方。
石胆（不拘多少） 龙脑（少许）
上为末掺之。
《刘氏家传》治口疮方。
上鸡内金细末，掺之立效。
《刘氏家传》金粉散 治小儿无故生口疮，不下乳食，只于脚心涂贴。
黄柏 天南星
上等分末。酽醋调，涂两足心；咳嗽，涂顶门。
《刘氏家传》治大人、小儿透舌口疮及疳疮。韩甲伏方。
上用柳木蛀 虫，不以多少，烧灰，烟尽为度。如无柳木，杂木虫亦得。为细末，入麝香少许，疮上无时
干贴。
《刘氏家传》治小儿口疮青黛散方
青黛 甘草（生用） 黄连 香白芷 密陀僧（醋烧，别研。各等分）
上为末，每用掺口内。
《张氏家传》治大人、小儿口疮方。
柴胡 吴茱萸
上件各等分为细末。每用一钱，好醋调涂脚心，男左女右。
《张氏家传》失笑散 治口疮，或唇裂破血出，及小儿赤白口疮，作热疼立效方。
元胡索 白僵蚕（各三钱） 黄连（一钱） 轻粉（抄，二钱） 麝香（抄一字） 铅白霜 硼砂 黄柏（各半钱）
上为细末。每用一捻，干贴舌上，出涎再贴，立效。
《庄氏家传》治未盈月小儿口疮方。
上以没石子，细研少许置乳上，令儿吮之，乳入口即啼，取乳候少顷再用，不过三次愈。
《庄氏家传》治口疮方。
郁金 雄黄 甘草（一半炙，一半生）
上各一两为末，同和掺疮上，有涎吐之，每用少半钱许甚妙。又蛤粉水调涂脚心。
《王氏手集》治奶下儿子口疮方。
乌头尖（七个） 天南星（一个）
上二味为末，以地磨生姜汁调，于男左女右脚心内涂之，不过三两次立愈。
《王氏手集》两蜜散 治小儿口疮方。
上用密陀僧不以多少末之。每用一字，蜜调涂唇上，儿舔之尽，口疮便安。
《吉氏家传》治口疮方。
密陀僧 黄丹（等方）
上为末，炼蜜和药，同熬成膏，鹅毛拂涂效。
善化陶宰传治小儿口疮升麻散方
升麻 黄连（各半两）
上为末，干掺。
《朱氏家传》治小儿口疮方。
赤芍药 川大黄 宣连（各等分）
上件为末，以 猪胆调涂囟门上，一日两次换。
长沙医者郑愈传治小儿口疮方。
青黛 黄连（各二钱） 甜硝 白僵蚕（各三钱） 马屁勃（拳大）
上件为末干掺。先用茱萸汤洗脚心，又醋面糊调茱萸末涂脚心。
长沙医者郑愈传治上焦热，口生白疮，膈中疳气，铅霜散方
铅白霜 粉霜（各一钱） 马牙硝 朱砂（各二钱）
上为末，每服使少许 于口内。
《婴童宝鉴》灸法∶小儿口疮臭气，灸手心一壮。
【口唇、咽喉、牙齿】共二十四门
《诸病源候论》口疮证候：小儿口疮是因为血气旺盛，加之养育过度保暖，导致心经有客热，热气熏蒸上焦，所以口中生疮。
《千金翼方》说：凡是口疮，忌食咸腻及热面、干枣等食物，适宜纯吃甜粥，不要食盐菜，三天即可痊愈。另外，如果口中或面部生出赘肉，逐渐变大，可用刀切开排脓，脓出则愈。
《婴童宝鉴》：小儿口疮是心脏积热，向上发于口所致。
《葛氏肘后方》治疗小儿口疮的方剂。
将冬葵烧成灰，敷在患处，效果很好。
《葛氏肘后方》支太医治疗小儿口疮的方剂。
取桑白皮汁、鲜地黄汁、赤蜂蜜各半合，混合均匀，慢慢细细地涂抹在患儿口中，直至痊愈。
《葛氏肘后方》治疗口疮不能喝奶的方剂。
饮用羊奶较好。《食疗本草》建议取新鲜羊奶含漱。
《千金方》治疗小儿口疮，不能吸吮乳汁的方剂。
大青（十八铢） 黄连（十二铢。《千金翼方》用二两）
以上两味药捣碎，用水三升，煮取一升二合。每次服用一合，白天两次，夜间一次。
《千金方》又一方

以上三味药合煎至调和。含服如枣核大小，慢慢咽下，每日三次。

取鸡蛋大小的矾石，放入醋中浸泡。涂抹在患儿足底，七次（十四遍）即愈。
《千金方》治疗小儿心热，口中生疮、重舌、鹅口疮的方剂。
取柘根锉成五升，无根弓材也可以。用水五升煮取二升，去渣，再浓缩煎煮。取五合，细细地涂抹患处，多次使用效果好。
《千金方》治疗口疮白斑弥漫的方剂。
取桑树汁，先用父亲头发擦拭口腔，再用桑树汁涂抹。
《千金翼方》治疗口中生疮，咽喉堵塞不利，口干膏方的方剂。

以上三味药合煎，去渣，使其调和。含服如半个枣核大小，白天四到五次，夜间两次。
《千金翼方》治疗多年口疮不愈的蔷薇汤方
取蔷薇根一升，用水七升，煮取三升，去渣。含在口中久久，极尽时吐出，定更时分再次含服。少量咽下也很好。睡前也可含服，三天若不愈，继续含服，以痊愈为度。此方验效且秘不传。
《千金翼方》治疗口中生疮，身体有热气痱瘰的蔷薇丸方
蔷薇根 黄芩 鼠李根 当归 葛根 白蔹 石龙芮 黄柏 黄芪 芍药 续断 黄连（各一两） 栝蒌根（二两）
以上十三味药研末，炼蜜和丸如梧桐子大。每次十丸，每日三次服用。《千金方》无黄连。
《外台秘要》引《救急方》治疗小儿口疮的方剂。
用蛇蜕皮浸水令其湿软，擦拭口内疮面，一两遍即愈。
《外台秘要》刘氏治疗小儿口疮的方剂。
黄柏皮（一两，切片） 乌豆（一升）
以上两味药，用水二升，煮取两合，去渣，再浓缩煎至如锡状，加入少许龙脑研匀，敷之甚好。
《宫气方》主治小儿口疮通白、白芨风疳疮蚀透者。
取白僵蚕炒至黄色，拭去蚕体上的黄肉毛，研为细末，用蜜调和，敷之立效。

《太平圣惠方》治疗小儿口疮，多睡，吐乳的龙胆丸方
龙胆（去芦头） 川大黄（锉碎，微炒） 茵陈（各一分） 人参（去芦头） 栀子仁 川朴硝 郁李仁（汤浸，去皮，微炒。各半两）
以上药物捣碎，过筛为末，炼蜜和丸如绿豆大。一至两岁幼儿用温水化开送服三丸，视幼儿稍大，临时增加剂量。
《太平圣惠方》治疗小儿口疮，心热烦闷的黄连散方
黄连（去须） 大青 川升麻（各三分） 桑根白皮（锉） 甘草（炙微赤，锉。各半两）
以上药物捣碎，粗筛为散。每服一钱，用水一小盏，煎至五分，去渣，放温。根据幼儿大小减量服用。若与乳母同服，则加栀子、黄芩各半两。每服三钱，用水一中盏，煎至六分，去渣，每于食后温服。
《太平圣惠方》治疗小儿口疮烂痛，不论赤白，或生于腮颔间，或生于齿龈上。雄黄散方
雄黄 朱砂（各细研） 硝石 蚺蛇胆 黄连（去须） 石盐 苦参（锉。各一分） 鸡屎矾（半分） 麝香（一钱，细研）
以上药物捣碎，细筛为散，都研令均匀，每日可涂三到五次。
《太平圣惠方》治疗小儿久患口疮不愈，宜用此方。
虾蟆（涂酥，炙微黄） 笋灰（各半两） 白矾（灰） 黄柏（锉） 黄连（去须） 晚蚕蛾（微炒） 川升麻（各一分） 蜗牛（三七枚，去壳，微炒）
以上药物捣碎，细筛为散。每次取少许，用白蜜和如膏状，涂于疮上，每日三次使用。
《太平圣惠方》治疗小儿口疮多时，口气臭，生虫子的升麻散方
川升麻 黄芩 藁本 甘草（生用） 生干地黄 五倍子（各一分） 皂荚 诃梨勒皮 夏枯草（以上三味烧灰。各半两）
以上药物捣碎，细筛为散。待幼儿熟睡时，直接干掺于疮上，神效。
《太平圣惠方》治疗小儿口疮铅丹膏方
铅丹（一分） 铅霜（半分） 晚蚕蛾（微炒） 蛤粉（各半钱） 麝香（一钱）
以上药物研至极细，用蜜二两熬成膏。每次取膏半钱，涂在口中。
《太平圣惠方》又一方
麝香 梧桐律 晚蚕蛾（微炒） 黄柏（末。各一分） 朱砂（半分）
以上药物都细研为散。每晚临卧时，薄贴于疮上，不超过三夜即愈。
《太平圣惠方》治疗小儿一切口疮，止疼痛的方剂。
没石子（三分，微火炙令虚胀） 甘草（一分）
以上药物捣碎，细筛为散。每次于疮上薄薄掺撒，覆盖全面。
《太平圣惠方》治疗小儿口疮肿痛的方剂。
蟾酥 石胆（各半钱） 黄柏（三钱，末）
以上药物细研令匀，炼蜜和丸如皂荚子大。每晚用水化开一丸如饴糖状，用篦子抹在口中。每晚一次或两次，不超过两夜即愈。

麝香（半分，细研） 蜜（半两） 黄丹（一分） 生地黄汁（一合）
以上药物，先将蜜、地黄汁、黄丹同入铫子，以慢火熬令紫色，次下麝香，搅匀候冷。每日三次涂于疮上。

以上药物相合研匀，每日三次掺贴于疮上。

《博济方》治疗骨槽风，牙齿宣露，肿痒浮动，疼痛发作时或牙龈烂生疮。兼治大人、小儿口疮。地骨皮散
地骨皮 麦门冬（各一两） 猪牙皂角（半两） 青盐（一合）
以上四味药同杵令匀，粗入锅内炒过，再杵为末。每次用量视患病大小而定，仍先以盐浆漱口后掺擦。
《谭氏殊圣方》：小儿心脏不清凉，客壅伤神饶口疮。钓引重舌言妨当，涎流不断似流浆。待教食乳摇头怕，夜夜啼声哭断肠。五胆三黄除客热，七香金箔甚为良。
保生丸
大黄 黄柏（为末，别研） 宣连（各一分半） 丁香（一钱） 麝香（一字） 金箔（五片，以水银结砂子）
以上都细研，枣肉为丸如皂子大。温水化下一粒。
《谭氏殊圣》治疗小儿口疮的方剂。

This leads to exogenous heat in the Heart, which steams upward to the Upper Jiao (Upper Burner), causing sores to form in the mouth.
*Qianjin Yifang* (Supplement to the Thousand Golden Prescriptions) states: For all mouth sores, avoid salty, greasy foods, hot noodles, dried dates, etc. It is advisable to eat only sweet porridge, and do not consume salted vegetables. Recovery will occur within three days. Additionally, if fleshy growths appear in the mouth or on the face and gradually enlarge, they should be incised with a knife to drain the pus, after which healing occurs.
