小儿一切痢，口生疮，鼻下赤及下部生疮，饮食不进，日渐黄，日晚面头赤色，夜多盗汗、惊悸，睡中呷笑，
眼睛膜白。与冷药即泻，与热药即口鼻生疮。盛或皮肤壮热，并宜服之。

将上述药物捣碎，过筛成细末，全部拌匀。每次服用一字至半钱，用鸡蛋清调服，在吃奶或进食前服用。
张涣的二肝丹：治疗无辜疳痢不止的方剂。
地胆草、菖蒲（一寸长且具九节的）、漏芦（以上各一两）、胡黄连、地榆（以上各半两）。
将以上药物捣碎，过筛成细末。接着准备：鸡肝（薄切）、猪肝（加入少许盐，用上述药物煮肝熟透。以上各一两）。
将上述药物一同放入石臼中捣一百至二百下，成膏状，调和制成如黍米大小的药丸。每次服用十粒，用麝香汤送服，饭前服用。根据患儿年龄大小增减剂量。
张涣的梅肉散：治疗无辜疳疾，口渴不止，眼睛长出障翳，身体浮肿的方剂。
乌梅肉（炒干）、绵黄耆、干葛（以上各一两）、川黄连、栝蒌根、干姜（炮制）、甘草（炙。以上各半两）。
将上述药物捣碎，过筛成细末。每次服用一钱，加水一盏，煎煮至六分，放温，不时给患儿服用。
张涣的蓝叶汤：治疗无辜疳血痢不断的方剂。
蓝叶（一两）、地龙、人参（去芦须）、乌梅肉、冬瓜仁、黄连、赤茯苓、蜗牛壳（微炒。以上各半两）。
将上述药物捣碎，过筛成细末。每次服用一钱，加一小盏水，煎煮至六分，去渣温服。在吃奶或进食前服用。
张涣的天灵丹：治疗无辜疳痢日久不愈的方剂。
天灵盖（一个）、干蟾（一两烧成灰）、胡黄连、莨菪子（用水淘洗去掉浮起的，炒至黑色。以上各半两）、砒霜（一分，同天灵盖用湿纸包裹三至五层，用胶泥密封固定，在木炭火上烘烤至通红，取出候冷）。
将以上药物全部捣碎，过筛成细末。再加入：麝香（一分）。
将上述药物拌匀，用软饭调和制成如黍米大小的药丸。每次服用五粒，用乳汁送服。根据患儿年龄大小增减剂量服用。
张涣的温脏汤：治疗小儿无辜疳痢日久不止，手足逆冷的方剂。
肉豆蔻（去壳）、干姜（炮制。以上各一两）、龙骨、当归、浓朴（去粗皮，涂生姜汁炙烤至香熟。以上各半两）、附子（一枚重半两，炮制去皮脐）、茅香（半分，锉碎）。
将上述药物捣碎，过筛成细末。每次服用一钱，加水八分一盏，放入生姜三片，煎煮至五分，去渣温服，在吃奶或进食前服用。
张涣的朴附丹：治疗无辜疳痢，赤白脓血相杂的方剂。
浓朴（涂生姜汁，炙烤至香熟）、诃梨勒皮（用面粉包裹，炮制。以上各一两）、附子（一枚，炮制去皮脐）、龙骨、乌梅肉、赤石脂（以上各半两）。
将上述药物捣碎，过筛成细末。用炼蜜调和制成如黍米大小的药丸。每次服用十粒，用米饮送服，在吃奶或进食前服用。

取威灵仙，清洗、焙干后研为细末。用好酒调和使其微湿，装入竹筒内，牢固塞住口，进行九蒸九晒。如果变干，添加酒再次湿润。用白饭调和制成如梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用二十至三十丸，用温酒送服。如果孩子不能饮酒，让母亲含住药液灌入孩子口中。

巴豆（去皮尖及膜，炒至紫色，水煮六七分熟，用新布包裹去油）、牡蛎粉（炒黄）、牛黄（以上各一分）、朱砂杏仁（热水浸泡，去皮尖及双仁者。以上各一两）、虎睛（一枚）。
将上述药物杵成细末，再研磨成粉。巴豆和杏仁分别研成膏状，用炼蜜制成药丸，在臼中杵三千下后制成丸药，用密闭容器盛装。每次服用二丸，如梧桐子大小，用米饮送服。

将药物研为细末，巴豆和杏仁分别研成膏状，用炼蜜制成药丸。在臼中杵三千下后制成如梧桐子大小的药丸，用密闭容器盛装。每次服用二丸，用米饮送服。如果小儿患各种痢疾，口腔生疮，鼻子下方发红及下部生疮，饮食不进，日渐发黄，傍晚时面部头部发红，夜间多盗汗、惊悸，睡中呷笑，眼睛蒙白。服用寒凉药物则腹泻，服用温热药物则口鼻生疮。即使皮肤壮热，也适宜服用此药。

Pulverize the aforementioned ingredients, sieve into fine powder, and mix evenly with Ruxiang. Take one qian per dose, add eight parts water and a small amount of Renshen, decoct to four parts, strain, and take warm. Adjust dosage according to the child's age and size.
Zhang Huan's Wugu Ganli Yufen San (Jade Powder Powder for Wugu Gan Dysentery): A formula to stop dysentery and intercept Gan syndrome.
Hufen (Cerussa), Bailonggu (Draconis Os), Xionghuang (Realgar - water-ground, finely ground, lightly stir-fried), Chumugenbaipi (Broussonetiae papyrifera root bark), Loulu, Baima Yeye (Equi Caballi Nocturni Oculi - washed and dried. Each half tael).
Pulverize the aforementioned ingredients, sieve into fine powder, and mix thoroughly. Take one zi to half a qian per dose, mixed with egg white, taken before milk or food intake.
Zhang Huan's Ergan Dan (Two Liver Pills): A formula to treat persistent Wugu Gan dysentery.
Dichangcao (Scopariae Dulcis Herba), Changpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma - one cun long with nine nodes), Loulu (Each one tael), Huhuanglian (Coptidis Chinensis Rhizoma), Diyü (Sanguisorbae Radix - each half tael).
Pulverize the above ingredients and sieve into fine powder. Then prepare: Jigan (Galli Hepatis) sliced thinly, Zhugan (Porci Hepatis) mixed with a little salt, boiled cooked with the herbal medicines. Each one tael.
Place all ingredients in a stone mortar and pound 100-200 times until pasty, then blend into pills the size of millet seeds. Take ten pills per dose, administered with Moshi Tang (Musk Decoction) before meals. Adjust dosage according to the child's age and size.

Lanye (Isatidis Folium - one tael), Dilong (Pheretima), Renshen (Panacis Ginseng Radix - remove rhizome and whiskers), Wumeirou, Dongguaren (Benincasae Semen), Huanglian, Chi Fuling (Polyporus - stir-fried. Each half tael).
Pulverize the aforementioned ingredients and sieve into fine powder. Take one qian per dose, add a small cup of water, decoct to six-tenths, strain, and take warm. Administer before milk or food intake.
Zhang Huan's Tianling Dan (Heavenly Spirit Pill): A formula to treat chronic Wugu Gan dysentery that does not heal.
Tianlinggai (Cranii Humanis Os - one piece), Ganchan (Bufo bufo gargarizans - one tael, burned to ash), Huhuanglian, Liangdangzi (Daturae Semen - washed to remove floating ones, stir-fried until black. Each half tael), Pishuang (Arsenici Trioxidum - one fen, wrapped with Tianlinggai in three to five layers of wet paper, sealed with glue mud, roasted over charcoal fire until red hot, removed and cooled).

Each one tael), Longgu (Draconis Os), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Nongpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex - remove rough bark, coat with ginger juice, roast until fragrant and cooked. Each half tael), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata - one piece weighing half tael, processed, remove skin and navel), Maoxiang (Vetiveriae Radix - half fen, chopped).

Nongpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex - coat with ginger juice, roast until fragrant and cooked), Helilepi (Terminalia chebula Retzii Pericarpium - wrapped in flour, processed. Each one tael), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata - one piece, processed, remove skin and navel), Longgu, Wumeirou, Chishizhi (Halloysit Rubrum. Each half tael).
Pulverize the aforementioned ingredients and sieve into fine powder. Blend with refined honey into pills the size of millet seeds. Take ten pills per dose, administered with rice drink before milk or food intake.
"Liu Family Heritage" Formula for Treating Children's Wugu Gan Dysentery.
Take Weilingxian (Selaginellae Tamariscinae Herba), wash, dry, and grind into powder. If cold-natured medicines cause diarrhea, and hot-natured medicines cause oral/nasal ulcers, this formula is suitable even if accompanied by high fever of the skin.
