《仙人水鉴》∶小孩子三年内宜神仙水花丸，亦名紫微夫人青黛长生散。能治孩子疳气，身如金色，瘦悴不下食，
多不成肌肉，渐渐黑瘦，食入口即吐逆，时寒时热方。
硝石（一分） 波斯青黛 青葙子 青木香 葵花 凌霄花 远志 柴胡 代赭 金牙石 元精（以上各二

上一十六味细捣为末，分二处。一分蜜为丸麻子大，一岁以下清水下三两丸。一分为末，二岁以下米饮下

钱乙橘连丸 治疳瘦。久服消食，和气、长肌肉方。
陈橘皮（一两） 黄连（一两半，去须，米泔浸一日）
上为细末，别研入麝香半钱，用猪胆七个，分药入在胆内，浆水煮，候临熟以针微扎破，以熟为度，取出
以粟米粥和丸绿豆大。每服十丸至二三十丸，米饮下。量儿大小，与之无时。
《博济方》治小儿疳气羸瘦，腹大颈小，头发稀疏，脏腑不调，或泻或秘。万寿丸

上件药都一处研匀，糯米饭和丸如黍米大。每服十粒，米饮下。不拘时候，量儿大小加减。
《万全方》治小儿一切疳，吐胀腹满，手脚枯细，眼目口鼻生疮，身体壮热，痢下泔淀，日渐羸瘦，面无光泽。
雷丸丹

《万全方》治小儿一切疳，手脚枯细，腹肚胀满，痿黄羸瘦，不欲乳食。宜服蚵 丸
上用干虾蟆一枚大者，以酒喷令湿，地上一夜令胀，内莨菪子二两在虾蟆腹中，封口大饼子内，烧令烟尽，
放冷取出，捣罗为末，入腻粉一钱，以软饭和丸如绿豆大。每服三丸，以粥饮下。
《张氏家传》治小儿疳瘦，滑泻或下痢腹胀；退食，生胃气。使君丸方

《张氏家传》芦荟丸 治小儿疳瘦痿黄，肌体壮热，揉鼻、吃土等疾方。

上为末，用猪胆数个拌，盛尽前药末，麻系口了，放净盘内于蒸饼甑内炊；候蒸饼熟取出研烂，饭丸如麻
子大。一岁二丸，二岁七丸，三岁十五丸，以温米饮下。
《庄氏家传》治小儿疳瘦六神丸方
丁香 肉豆蔻（去壳，面裹烧，烧熟去面） 南木香（各一两） 芦荟 使君子（去壳） 诃子皮（去核。各半两）
上为细末，面糊丸黄米大。空心，米饮下三十丸。
《庄氏家传》小儿肉疳，吃食不肥，肌肤干瘦方。

上为末，炼蜜丸麻子大。煎枣汤下三丸服。

《孔氏家传》神圣丸肥小儿疳药，常服永无肠脏之疾方。

《孔氏家传》猪肚丸 治小儿疳热而瘦，皆可服方。
柴胡 黄连 秦艽（各一两，净） 芜荑（二两，用丸，上爆干，去壳，取肉别为末，临时食用）
上用猪肚一个中庸者，破开净洗，入前药三味末于内，以酒半瓶，童子小便一升煮干，舂令得所；放芜荑
末又舂匀，丸如桐子大。每服二十丸，饮下。
《王氏手集》治小儿疳瘦，大人五劳七伤方。
宣黄连（半斤，去须及芦头，为细末） 猪肚（一个，去脂膜，将黄连末穣在内缝合，于三斗米内蒸，以米熟软
为度）
上件取出烂研，丸如粟米大，风干。随儿子大小加减，日三服。三岁儿每服五七丸至十丸。大人服如梧桐
大，每服二十丸，空心米饮下。
《王氏手集》治小儿疳患，瘦弱不成，腹肚或泻痢，诸药不效方。

上件除芜荑、熊胆、芦荟、 砂外，其余细锉，微火焙燥，碾罗为末；入前件药，用雄猪胆汁和为丸如绿
豆大。每服饭饮下十粒至二十粒，日三服。
《赵氏家传》猪肚丸 治小儿肌瘦，肥儿、消疳方。
宣连（二两） 肉豆蔻 陈橘皮（去瓤） 人参 栝蒌根 杏仁（去皮尖，秤） 胡黄连 槟榔 柴胡（各一两）
上为细末，用 猪肚一个，入药三分之二在内，以麻线缝合，银石砂器内煮烂，研如泥；更入所留药末一
分，同和丸如梧桐子大。儿子若小，丸如绿豆大，每服十丸，米饮下。空心，临卧各一服。
《赵氏家传》斧槌丸 治小儿疳，久服肥白方。
干虾蟆（一个） 白矾 胆矾 绿矾（各半两。四味同入罐子，内炭火烧，矾枯为度） 京三棱 石三棱 鸡爪三
棱水下，不计时候。用好朱砂为衣亦可。
《王氏手集》万灵丸 治小儿疳瘦，不食，常可服方。
黄连 川芎 川楝子（去皮）
上等分为末，以 猪胆汁和，内胆中用饮浆水煮熟，取出去胆皮，入麝香少许，烂研丸黄黍大。三五岁儿五七丸，
米饮下。
《王氏手集》治小儿疳瘦，滑泄吐逆。进奶食，治渴。芦荟丸方

上为细末，入麝香半钱，别研令细，与药拌匀，蜜水打面糊为丸。每服十五丸，米饮下，空心，食前服。
《吉氏家传》治小儿圣疳，药十日肥。治五疳诸痢。发立焦黄，肌瘦，腹中疼痛，爱吃泥土，泻痢无常，盗
汗，腹大喘粗，脚细难行，洞下脱肛，时时壮热，面覆地卧，心喜啼呼，腹内虫生，粪中米出，便如泔淀，
呕吐无时；有以瘦劳，更加寒颤。此疾真是疳也，宜此方。
黄连（去须） 白芷 苦参 丁香 青黛 麝香 朱砂（上各等分）
上件为细末， 猪胆丸如芥子大，别以朱砂为衣。每服十五丸，米饮下。更看虚，烂研如粉，用粟米饭为
丸如绿豆大。每服五丸，米饮下，一日两服。
张涣金粟丹 治腹大疳瘦，如吃泥土，泄利不调方。
母丁香 草龙胆 浓朴（生姜汁制） 好朱砂（细研，水飞） 青黛（研。各一两） 干蟾（五枚，涂酥炙焦黄） 夜
明砂（微炒） 诃子皮（微炮） 蝉壳（各半两） 川黄连（冬用二两，夏用一两）
以上捣罗为细末。次用∶麝香（研，半两）
上件药一处拌匀，用炼蜜一半，白面糊一半，丸黍米大。每服十粒，米饮下，不拘时候，量儿大小加减。
张涣香蟾丹 治肌瘦面黄，胸高，脚细方。
干蟾（五枚，水浸，去骨，用瓦藏瓶一枚，须头上取门，入蟾瓶内，盐泥固济，木炭火烧，留一窍，以烟息为度。
取放地上一宿，出火毒） 胡黄连（二两） 蛇蜕皮（一两，烧灰） 地龙（半两，微炒） 天竺黄 蝉壳（各一分）
以上并为细末。次入∶
上用黄栝蒌一个，去瓤，用黄连末填满，蒸烂取出；用朴消末一钱盖头，临夜方取下，然后露一宿，研烂
为丸许○大。每服五丸，熟水下。
《万全方》灸法∶黄帝疗小儿疳痢、脱肛，体瘦、渴饮，形容瘦悴，诸般医治不瘥者。灸尾翠骨上三寸骨陷
间三壮，炷如小麦大。岐伯云∶兼三伏内用桃柳水浴孩子，午时当日灸之后，用青帛子拭。兼有似见疳虫子随
汗出也，此法神效不可量。
《仙人水鉴》记载：婴幼儿在出生后的三年内适宜服用神仙水花丸，该方又名紫微夫人青黛长生散。此方能治疗小儿疳气，症见身体呈现枯黄色、消瘦憔悴且食欲不振，肌肉难以长成，逐渐变得黑瘦，食物入口即发生呕吐反逆，伴有时而发冷时而发热的症状。
处方组成：硝石（一分）、波斯青黛、青葙子、青木香、葵花、凌霄花、远志、柴胡、代赭石、金牙石、元精（以上各二分）、蜣螂（二枚）、槟榔（一枚，生用）、橘皮（去除瓤）、水蛭（各二十七个）、虎睛（一枚）。
制法与用法：将上述十六味药细捣为粉末，分为两份。其中一份用蜂蜜制成如麻子大小的丸剂，一岁以下婴儿每次服三丸，以清水送下；另一份保持粉末状，二岁以下幼儿每次服“一字”量，以米汤送下。
钱乙的橘连丸：用于治疗疳瘦。长期服用可消食、调和气血、促进肌肉生长。
处方组成：陈橘皮（一两）、黄连（一两半，去除须根，用米泔水浸泡一天）。
制法与用法：将上述药物研为细末，另将麝香半钱单独研磨，取七个猪胆，将药粉装入胆内，放入浆水中煮，待快要煮熟时用针微微扎破，以煮透为度，取出后用粟米粥和药粉制成如绿豆大小的丸剂。每次服用十丸至二三十丸，以米汤送下。根据患儿年龄大小给药，不限定具体时间。
《博济方》记载：治疗小儿疳气羸瘦，腹部膨大颈部细小，头发稀疏，脏腑功能失调，或腹泻或便秘。万寿丸处方：
处方组成：干蜗牛、干蚯蚓（各半两）、蛇蜕皮（一分）、干虾蟆头（三枚）、使君子、墨石子（各炮制五个）、麝香（一分）。
制法与用法：将前四味药放入罐中，封闭罐口，用炭火烧至通红，取出后捣碎，过筛为末；后三味药也研为末，混合均匀并适当加减使用。
《吉氏家传》记载：治疗疳黄瘦弱的方剂。
制法与用法：将上述药物放入铫子内，炒至干燥，共同研磨成制剂。每次随吃随丸如黍米大小，以饭饮送下。若腹部特别大，十日可见疗效。
《吉氏家传》记载：治疗小儿各种疳瘦，夜间多盗汗，肌肤发热。益儿丸处方：
处方组成：人参、白术、茯苓、柴胡（去苗）、甘草（炙）、陈皮（去白）、鳖甲（醋炙，去裙襕）、京三棱（湿纸包裹煨至香熟。以上等分）。
制法与用法：研为细末，炼蜜制成如圆圈大小的丸剂。每次服用一丸，以米汤化开，饭前服用，每日三次。
《朱氏家传》肥儿丸：为小儿常服的治疗疳病的方剂。
处方组成：白芜荑（去壳，称重）、黄连（去须）、神曲、麦芽（等分）。
制法与用法：研为粉末，用猪胆汁煮糊制成如大麻子大小的丸剂。每次服用三十粒，饭前以米汤送下。《张氏家传》和《庄氏家传》的方剂与此相同。有的用于治疗疳积，有的用于治疗疳瘦。
制法与用法：将上述药物混合研匀，用糯米饭和丸如黍米大小。每次服用十粒，以米汤送下。不限时间，根据患儿年龄大小增减剂量。
《万全方》记载：治疗小儿各种疳病，呕吐腹胀，手脚枯细，眼目口鼻生疮，身体高热，痢下如米泔水样，日渐消瘦，面色无光泽。雷丸丹处方：
处方组成：雷丸（生用）、鹤虱（生用）、使君子（去壳，生用）、胡黄连（微炒）、芦荟（研。各半两）、麝香（半两，研入）、蟾蜍（一枚，酒浸一夜，慢火烤熟，去皮、足、骨，焙干）、木香、肉豆蔻（各一分）、芜荑（一两，去皮，微炒，研入）、朱砂（二钱，研为少许作为包衣）。
制法与用法：将上述药物捣碎，过筛为末，研磨混合均匀；取四个猪胆，将汁液倒入瓷碗中，隔水重煮，和药杵捣制成如黍米大小的丸剂。每次服用五丸至七丸，以麦门冬熟水下。早晨、中午空腹及睡前服用。
《万全方》记载：治疗小儿各种疳病，手脚枯细，腹部胀满，痿黄消瘦，不想吃奶进食。宜服用蚵 丸。
制法与用法：选用一只大的干虾蟆，用酒喷湿，在地上放置一夜使其膨胀，将莨菪子二两放入虾蟆腹中，封口后放入大饼子内，烧至烟尽，放冷后取出，捣罗为末，加入腻粉一钱，以软饭和丸如绿豆大小。每次服用三丸，以粥饮送下。
《张氏家传》记载：治疗小儿疳瘦，滑泻或下痢腹胀；退去面黄，生养胃气。使君丸处方：
处方组成：使君子（一两，去皮，面裹煨熟）、浓朴（去皮，姜制，炒）、甘草（炙）、诃子（生熟各半，去核。各半两）、陈皮（一分，水浸去白，焙）。
制法与用法：将上述药物同为细末，炼蜜制成如鸡头大小的丸剂。三岁以上儿童服一丸，三岁以下服半丸。或用乳汁化开，或用清米汤化开送下。
《张氏家传》记载：治疗小儿疳瘦，退去面黄，促进肌肉生长；或头发结成穗状，杀灭疳虫。麝香芦荟丸处方：
处方组成：麝香（三钱）、芦荟（半两）、虾蟆（五个，烧作灰）。
制法与用法：将上述三味药都捣碎，过筛为末；然后再加入一个猪胆，用胆汁拌药制成如绿豆大小的丸剂，晒干。每次服用七丸至十丸，以麝香汤送下。
制法与用法：将上述药物捣为细末，用猪胆汁和丸如绿豆大小。空腹时，以米汤送下十丸。
《张氏家传》芦荟丸：治疗小儿疳瘦痿黄，肌体壮热，揉鼻子、吃土等疾病。
处方组成：芦荟（一两）、胡黄连（半两）、宣黄连（二两）、麝香（一字，令研入）。
制法与用法：研为粉末，用数个猪胆汁拌匀，盛装完所有药末，用麻线系紧口，放在干净的盘子里，置于蒸饼的甑内蒸；待蒸饼熟后取出，研烂，用饭和丸如麻子大小。一岁服二丸，二岁服七丸，三岁服十五丸，以温米汤送下。
处方组成：丁香、肉豆蔻（去壳，面裹烧，烧熟去面）、南木香（各一两）、芦荟、使君子（去壳）、诃子皮（去核。各半两）。
制法与用法：研为细末，用面糊制成如黄米大小的丸剂。空腹时，以米饮送下三十丸。
《庄氏家传》记载：小儿肉疳，吃东西不长胖，肌肤干瘦的方剂。
处方组成：鳖甲（小便浸，炙）、当归（各一两）、黄连、牛黄、桔梗、朱砂（各一分）、麝香（少许）。
制法与用法：研为粉末，炼蜜制成如麻子大小的丸剂。煎枣汤送下三丸。
处方组成：使君子、没石子（各二个，并一生一熟）、麝香（一钱）。
制法与用法：同为粉末，滴水为丸如绿豆大小。每次服用三丸至五丸，以冷米汤送下。
《庄氏家传》记载：治疗肌瘦杀灭疳虫的方剂。
处方组成：芦荟（半两）、熊胆、牛黄、郁李仁（微炒，别研）、麝香（各一分）、胡黄连（一两）、干蟾（一个，破肚净洗，酒浸一夜，慢火炙焦黄，别研，过筛）。
制法与用法：用面糊制成如绿豆大小的丸剂。以冷粥饮送下五丸，每日三次。
《孔氏家传》神圣丸：为肥壮小儿疳病的常服方，长期服用可永无肠脏疾病。
处方组成：胡黄连（去皮）、宣连（去毛）、白芜荑（去皮）、木香、芦荟（各一钱）、使君子（二十枚）。
制法与用法：除芦荟一味外，其余五味在银器内用猪胆汁熬成膏，然后加入芦荟同丸如绿豆大小。每次服用五至七粒，空腹时，中午及睡前以米汤送下，效果神奇。
处方组成：柴胡、黄连、秦艽（各一两，净）、芜荑（二两，用于丸药，上爆干，去壳，取肉别为末，临时食用）。
制法与用法：取一个中等大小的猪肚，剖开洗净，将前三味药的粉末装入内，加半瓶酒、童子小便一升煮干，捣舂得宜；放入芜荑末再捣舂均匀，制成如桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用二十丸，以饮送下。
处方组成：宣黄连（半斤，去须及芦头，为细末）、猪肚（一个，去脂膜，将黄连末填入缝合，于三斗米内蒸，以米熟软为度）。
制法与用法：取出后烂研，制成如粟米大小的丸剂，风干。根据儿子年龄大小增减剂量，每日三次。三岁儿童每次服用五至七丸至十丸。成人服用如梧桐子大小，每次二十丸，空腹以米汤送下。
《王氏手集》记载：治疗小儿疳患，瘦弱不成形，腹部或腹泻痢疾，诸药无效的方剂。
处方组成：大蜘蛛（十个，于碗内用盐一两腌渍，用盖合定，以文武火内炮过，去须、脚、皮、肌、肚、肉用）、麝香（随多少用）、芦荟、朱砂（各二钱半，细研，内朱砂减一半用为衣）。
制法与用法：一同研匀，蜜丸如绿豆大小。根据儿童年龄大小，每次服用五丸或七丸，以蜜熟水下。
《王氏手集》芦荟丸：治疗小儿积疳，腹胀消瘦，面黄烦渴等疾病。
处方组成：芦荟（半分，研）、芜荑仁、使君子（去壳，称重）、肥黄连（去须，称重）、胡黄连、青橘（去白）、草龙胆（各一分）、槟榔、没石子（各二个）。
制法与用法：研为细末，用猪胆汁煮面糊制成如豌豆大小的丸剂。每次七粒或十粒，根据岁数增减，温服。
处方组成：芜萸（净肉）、京三棱、白术、槟榔、川楝子、木香（各一分）、熊胆、芦荟（各别研）、砂（用绢裹水飞过。各一钱）、黄连（一两净去须苗）。
制法与用法：除芜荑、熊胆、芦荟、砂外，其余细锉，微火焙燥，碾罗为末；加入前述药物，用雄猪胆汁和为丸如绿豆大小。每次以饭饮送下十粒至二十粒，每日三次。
处方组成：宣连（二两）、肉豆蔻、陈橘皮（去瓤）、人参、栝蒌根、杏仁（去皮尖，称重）、胡黄连、槟榔、柴胡（各一两）。

《吉氏家传》记载：治疗小儿圣疳，服药十日即可肥壮。治疗五疳诸痢。症见毛发立起焦黄，肌瘦，腹中疼痛，爱吃泥土，泻痢无常，盗汗，腹大喘粗，脚细难行，洞下脱肛，时时壮热，面覆地卧，心喜啼呼，腹内虫生，粪中米出，便如泔淀，呕吐无时；有因瘦劳，更加寒颤。此疾真是疳病，宜用此方。

处方组成：母丁香、草龙胆、浓朴（生姜汁制）、好朱砂（细研，水飞）、青黛（研。各一两）、干蟾（五枚，涂酥炙焦黄）、夜明砂（微炒）、诃子皮（微炮）、蝉壳（各半两）、川黄连（冬用二两，夏用一两）。
制法与用法：以上捣罗为细末。次用：麝香（研，半两）。将上述药物一处拌匀，用炼蜜一半，白面糊一半，制成黍米大小的丸剂。每次服用十粒，以米汤送下，不限时间，根据儿童年龄大小增减。
处方组成：干蟾（五枚，水浸，去骨，用瓦藏瓶一枚，须头上取门，入蟾瓶内，盐泥固济，木炭火烧，留一窍，以烟息为度。取放地上一宿，出火毒）、胡黄连（二两）、蛇蜕皮（一两，烧灰）、地龙（半两，微炒）、天竺黄、蝉壳（各一分）。
制法与用法：以上并为细末。次入：用黄栝蒌一个，去瓤，用黄连末填满，蒸烂取出；用朴消末一钱盖头，临夜方取下，然后露一宿，研烂为丸许○大。每次服用五丸，以熟水下。
《万全方》灸法：黄帝治疗小儿疳痢、脱肛，体瘦、渴饮，形容瘦悴，诸般医治不瘥者。灸尾翠骨上三寸骨陷间三壮，炷如小麦大。岐伯说：兼在三伏内用桃柳水浴孩子，午时当日灸之后，用青帛子拭。兼有似见疳虫子随汗出也，此法神效不可量。
