食时触异吐清涎，身热心烦睡不安，截风观音散极妙，止吐定吐丸可痊。
【注】夹惊吐者，多因饮食之时，忽被惊邪所触而致吐也。其证频吐青涎，身体发热，
心神烦躁，睡卧不宁。先用全蝎观音散截其风，次用定吐丸止其呕，而病可痊矣。
全蝎观音散
人参（三钱） 黄 （蜜炙） 扁豆（炒） 茯苓（各五钱） 莲肉（去心，三钱） 木香（煨，
一钱五分） 白芷（二钱） 羌活 防风 天麻 全蝎（去毒，各三钱） 炙甘草（一钱五分）
上为细末，姜枣煎汤调服，量儿大小与之。
定吐丸
丁香（二十一粒） 蝎梢（去毒，四十九条） 半夏（姜制，三个）
上为细末令匀，煮枣肉为丸，如黍米大，每服七丸，煎汤化服。
痰饮壅盛在胸中，痰因气逆呕吐成，眩晕面青吐涎饮，香砂二陈六君宁。
【注】痰饮吐者，由小儿饮水过多，以致停留胸膈，变而为痰，痰因气逆，遂成呕吐
之证。其候头目眩晕，面青，呕吐涎水痰沫也，宜用香砂二陈汤。虚者，香砂六君子汤治之。
香砂二陈汤
即二陈汤加藿香砂仁。
香砂六君子汤
藿香 缩砂仁 白术（土炒） 人参 茯苓 半夏（姜制） 陈皮 甘草（炙）
引用生姜，水煎服。
【方歌】香砂六君虚痰吐，藿香缩砂共白术，人参茯苓及陈皮，半夏甘草同煎服。
进食时因受惊吓而呕吐清稀涎液，身体发热、心烦意乱、睡眠不安稳。截风观音散效果极佳，止吐定吐丸可以治愈。
【注释】夹惊吐（因惊恐夹杂饮食所致的呕吐），多因为在吃饭的时候，突然受到惊邪的触动而导致呕吐。其症状为频繁呕吐青色涎液，身体发热，心神烦躁，睡卧不宁。先用全蝎观音散来平息风邪，再用定吐丸来停止呕吐，病就可以痊愈了。
全蝎观音散

以上药材研成均匀细末，煮红枣肉做成药丸，大小如黍米，每次服用七丸，煎汤送服化开。
痰饮在胸中壅盛，痰随气逆导致呕吐，伴有眩晕、面色青紫、呕吐涎水痰饮，可用香砂二陈汤和六君子汤调理安宁。
【注释】痰饮吐（因痰饮停滞所致的呕吐），是因为小儿饮水过多，导致水液停留在胸膈之间，转化为痰，痰随气机上逆，从而形成呕吐的症状。其表现为头目眩晕，面色发青，呕吐涎水和痰沫，适宜使用香砂二陈汤。如果是虚证，则用香砂六君子汤治疗。
Vomiting of clear saliva upon being startled during meals, accompanied by fever, restlessness, and disturbed sleep. Jiefeng Guanyin San (Wind-Interrupting Guanyin Powder) is extremely effective; Zhitu Dingtu Wan (Vomiting-Stopping Pill) can cure it.
[Note] Jiajing Tu (Vomiting due to Startle and Food), often results from sudden exposure to "startle pathogen" while eating. Symptoms include frequent vomiting of greenish saliva, body fever, mental irritability, and restless sleep. First, use Quanxie Guanyin Scorpion Guanyin Powder) to subdue wind; subsequently, use Dingtu Wan (Stabilizing Vomiting Pill) to stop vomiting, and the illness will be cured.

Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, 3 qian) Huangqi (Astragali Radix, honey-fried) Bidou (Lablab Semen Album, stir-baked) Fuling (Poria, each 5 qian) Lianrou (Lotus Seed, heart removed, 3 qian) Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix, baked, 1.5 qian) Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, 2 qian) Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix) Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) Tianma (Gastrodiae Rhizoma) Quanxie (Scorpio, detoxified, each 3 qian) Zhigancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried, 1.5 qian)
Grind all ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with decoction of Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) and Dazao (Jujubae Fructus). Administer appropriate dosage according to the child's age.
Dingtu Wan (Stabilizing Vomiting Pill)
Dingxiang (Caryophylli Flos, 21 grains) Xieshao (Scorpio tail tip, detoxified, 49 pieces) Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma, ginger-processed, 3 pieces)
Grind into a uniform fine powder. Use boiled Jujubae Fructus flesh as binder to form pills the size of Setaria italica seeds. Take 7 pills per dose, dissolved in decoction.
Phlegm-fluid retention obstructing the chest, where phlegm follows rebellious Qi causing vomiting, accompanied by vertigo, cyanotic complexion, and vomiting of saliva and phlegm-fluids. Xiangsha Erchen Tang (Costus and Amomum Two-Aged Decoction) and Liujunzi Tang (Six Gentlemen Decoction) can restore harmony.
[Note] Tanyin Tu (Vomiting due to Phlegm-Fluid Retention) occurs when children drink excessive water, causing fluid stagnation in the chest and diaphragm, transforming into phlegm. The phlegm rises with rebellious Qi, resulting in vomiting. Manifestations include dizziness, cyanotic complexion, and vomiting of saliva and frothy phlegm. Xiangsha Erchen Tang is indicated. For deficiency patterns, Xiangsha Liujunzi Tang should be used.
