有因热毒肛门结，或者内合无隙通，清毒宜服黑白散，脂瞒簪通导法精。
【注】小儿初生，肛门内合有二∶一者热毒太甚，壅结肛门；一者脂膜遮瞒，无隙可
通。如肛门壅结者，急服黑白散，外用苏合香丸，作枣核状纳入孔中，取其香能开窍，又
能润泽。大便一下，庶可望生。如脂膜遮瞒，无隙可通者，先以金玉簪透之，刺破脂膜，再
以苏合香丸照前法导之，庶可挽回于万一耳！
黑白散
黑牵牛（半生半炒） 白牵牛（半生半炒） 生大黄 槟榔 陈皮（各五钱） 生甘草（三钱） 元
明粉（一钱）
上除槟榔不过火，余五味或晒或焙，仍合槟榔为末，同元明粉入乳钵内研细，每服五分至六、七分，温蜜汤化服。
噤口舌上如黍米，吮乳不得啼渐难，清肝龙胆汤极妙，腹硬便秘紫霜丸，吐涎牙紧擦牙
效，次用辰砂全蝎煎，病势稍安勿过剂，调和脾胃匀气先。
【注】小儿噤口之证，失治多至不救。其候舌上生疮如黍米状，吮乳不得，啼声渐小，
因胎热所致也。法当清热疏利，以龙胆汤主之。若肚腹胀硬，二便不通者，紫霜丸主之。
又有一种口吐白沫，牙关紧急者，此胎热内结，复为风邪外袭，当以秘方擦牙散先擦其
牙关，次服辰砂全蝎散，中病即止，不可过服。证退当调和脾胃，以匀气散主之。
龙胆汤
柴胡 黄芩 生甘草 钓藤钩 赤芍 大黄（纸裹煨） 龙胆草 蜣螂（去翅足） 桔梗 赤茯苓
引用枣肉，水煎服。
【方歌】噤口龙胆汤极灵，柴胡黄芩草钩藤，赤芍大黄龙胆草，蜣螂桔梗赤茯苓。
紫霜丸
秘方擦牙散
生南星（去皮脐，二钱） 龙脑（少许）
研为极细末，用指蘸，合生姜汁放大牙根擦之立效。如不开者，将应用之药调和稀糊，含在不病患口内，以笔管插
入病患之鼻孔，用气将药吹入。
辰砂全蝎散
辰砂（水飞，五分） 全蝎（去毒，三枚） 硼砂 龙脑 麝香（各一分）
上为极细末，用乳母唾调抹口唇里及齿上。
匀气散
有因热毒在肛门处凝结，或者肛门内部闭合没有缝隙相通的情况。清热解毒适宜服用黑白散，用脂膜簪进行通导的方法非常精妙。
【注】小儿刚出生时，肛门内合有两种情况：一种是热毒太盛，壅结在肛门；另一种是脂膜遮盖隐瞒，没有缝隙可以通行。如果是肛门壅结的情况，急忙服用黑白散，外用苏合香丸，做成枣核形状纳入孔中，利用其香气能开窍，又能润泽。大便一旦通畅，才有望存活。如果是脂膜遮盖隐瞒，没有缝隙可以通行的情况，先用金玉簪刺透它，刺破脂膜，再用苏合香丸按照前面的方法导引，或许可以在万分之一的情况下挽回生命！
黑白散
黑牵牛（一半生用一半炒制） 白牵牛（一半生用一半炒制） 生大黄 槟榔 陈皮（各五钱） 生甘草（三钱） 元明粉（一钱）
以上药物除槟榔不经过火炒外，其余五味药或晒干或焙干，再与槟榔一起研为细末，同元明粉放入乳钵内研细，每次服用五分至六、七分，用温蜂蜜水化开服用。
噤口舌上出现如黍米大小的疮点，吮吸乳汁困难且不能啼哭逐渐变得艰难，清肝火的龙胆汤极为巧妙，腹部硬满便秘则用紫霜丸，吐涎沫牙关紧闭咬牙有效，其次使用辰砂全蝎煎剂，病势稍安不要过量，调和脾胃均匀气机为先。
【注】小儿噤口的证候，如果失治大多无法挽救。其症状表现为舌头上生出疮疡像黍米形状，吮吸乳汁不得力，啼哭声逐渐变小，这是因为胎热所致。治疗方法应当清热疏利，以龙胆汤为主方。如果肚腹胀硬，大小便不通畅的，用紫霜丸主治。又有一种口吐白沫，牙关紧急的情况，这是胎热内结，又受到风邪外袭，应当先用秘方擦牙散先擦拭其牙关，其次服用辰砂全蝎散，中病即止，不可过度服用。证候消退后应当调和脾胃，以匀气散为主方。

秘方擦牙散
生南星（去皮脐，二钱） 龙脑（少许）
研为极细末，用手指蘸取，配合生姜汁放大牙根处擦拭，立刻见效。如果仍不开口，将应用之药调和成稀糊状，含在不患病者的口内，用笔管插入患病者的鼻孔，用气息将药吹入。
辰砂全蝎散
辰砂（水飞法处理，五分） 全蝎（去毒，三枚） 硼砂 龙脑 麝香（各一分）
以上药物研为极细末，用乳母的唾液调匀涂抹在嘴唇内侧及牙齿上。
There are cases where heat-toxin (Re Du) accumulates and knots at the anus, or where the internal anal opening is closed with no passage. For clearing toxin and cooling, it is appropriate to take Heibai San (Black and White Powder), and the method of using a Zhi Man Zan (Lipid Membrane Awl) for dredging is very exquisite.
[Note] When infants are first born, there are two types of internal anal closure: one is excessive heat-toxin causing stagnation and knotting at the anus; the other is lipid membrane covering the opening with no gap for passage. In cases of anal knotting, urgently administer Heibai San externally apply Suhe Xiang Wan (Styrax Pill), shaped like a date pit, inserted into the hole, utilizing its fragrance to open orifices and provide lubrication. Once bowel movements are unobstructed, survival may be hoped for. In cases where the lipid membrane covers the opening with no gap, first pierce it with a Jin Yu Zan (Golden Jade Awl), puncture the lipid membrane, then guide with Suhe Xiang Wan as described above, perhaps saving life in one out of ten thousand cases!
Heibai San (Black and White Powder)
Qian Niu Zi (Black Morning Glory Seed, half raw half stir-fried) Bai Qian Niu Zi (White Morning Glory Seed, half raw half stir-fried) Da Huang (Rhubarb Root and Rhizome) Bing Lang (Areca Nut) Chen Pi (Tangerine Peel) [each 5 qian] Sheng Gan Cao (Raw Licorice Root) [3 qian] Yuan Ming Fen (Mirabilite) [1 qian]
Except for Bing Lang which is not subjected to fire processing, the remaining five herbs are either sun-dried or baked, then ground together with Bing Lang into powder. Mix with Yuan Ming Fen and grind finely in a mortar. Take 0.5 to 0.7 qian per dose, dissolved in warm honey water.
Jin Kou (Lockjaw/Inability to Suckle) presents with lesions on the tongue like millet grains, difficulty suckling milk, inability to cry, and gradually worsening condition. Qing Gan Long Dan Tang (Liver-Clearing Gentian Decoction) is extremely effective. If the abdomen is hard and constipation occurs, Zi Shuang Wan (Purple Frost Pill) is used. For vomiting saliva, tight jaw, and teeth grinding, efficacy is seen with subsequent use of Chen Sha Quan Xie Decoction (Cinnabar and Scorpion Decoction). When the disease trend subsides, do not overdose; first harmonize the spleen and stomach and regulate qi.
[Note] The syndrome of infant lockjaw, if neglected, often leads to death. Symptoms include sores on the tongue resembling millet grains, inability to suckle effectively, diminishing cries, caused by fetal heat. The treatment method should clear heat and promote drainage, primarily using Long Dan Tang (Gentian Decoction). If the abdomen is distended and hard, with obstruction of both urine and stool, Zi Shuang Wan is indicated. Another type involves mouth foaming and tight jaw; this is fetal heat knotted internally combined with external wind-pathogen invasion. First apply the Secret Formula Ya San (Tooth-Rubbing Powder) to rub the jaw, then administer Chen Sha Quan Xie San (Cinnabar and Scorpion Powder). Stop when the disease is addressed; do not overuse. After symptoms subside, harmonize the spleen and stomach, primarily using Yun Qi San (Qi-Regulating Powder).
Long Dan Tang (Gentian Decoction)

Use jujube flesh as a guiding agent, decoct in water and take orally.
[Prescription Song] Jin Kou Long Dan Tang is extremely spiritual, Chai Hu Huang Qin Cao Gou Teng, Chi Shao Da Huang Long Dan Cao, Qiang Lang Jie Geng Chi Fu Ling.
Zi Shuang Wan (Purple Frost Pill)
Secret Formula Ya San (Tooth-Rubbing Powder)
Sheng Nan Xing (Arisaema Rhizome, peeled and core removed, 2 qian) Long Nao (Borneol) (small amount)
Grind into an extremely fine powder. Dip finger in the powder, mix with fresh ginger juice, and rub onto the gums of the back teeth for immediate effect. If still unresponsive, mix the prescribed medicines into a thin paste, place in the mouth of the healthy person, insert a pen tube into the patient's nostril, and blow the medicine in using breath.
Chen Sha Quan Xie San (Cinnabar and Scorpion Powder)
Chen Sha (Cinnabar, water-insublimated, 5 fen) Quan Xie (Whole Scorpion, detoxified, 3 pieces) Peng Sha (Borax) Long Nao (Borneol) She Xiang (Musk) [each 1 fen]
Grind all into an extremely fine powder. Use the nursing mother's saliva to mix and smear on the inner lips and teeth.
