保命散
白矾（一钱）、马牙硝（五钱）、朱砂（一钱）。
以上药物研磨成极细粉末，每次取“一字”量，用白鹅粪加水搅拌取汁，调和后涂抹。
口角疮烂方
头发灰，研为细末，用猪脂调和后敷贴。
胡黄连散，治疗小儿口糜（口腔黏膜溃烂）。
胡黄连（五钱）、细辛、宣黄连（各三钱）、藿香（一钱）。
以上四味药研为粉末，每次取半钱干撒于口中，频繁漱口后吐出。
绿袍散，治疗老少口疮长期不愈者。
黄柏（四两）、甘草（炙制二两）、青黛（一两）。
先将前两味药捣碎研为粉末，加入青黛共同研磨均匀。每次取半钱干撒于口中，忌食醋、酱、盐一二日。
黄连升麻散，治疗小儿口舌生疮。
升麻（一两半）、黄连（七钱半）。
以上药物研为粉末，用绵布包裹含在口中，咽下汁液。
开关散
香附子（炒制去皮）、川芎（去土）、荆芥穗、僵蚕（去嘴丝）、细辛叶、猪牙皂角。
以上药物研为细末，加入生葱白捣成膏状，用红布盛装，夜间睡觉时贴敷囟门。
川芎膏，治疗小儿鼻塞。
川芎、细辛、本（藁本）、川白芷、甘草（炙制，各三钱）、杏仁（去皮尖七个）、龙脑（半钱）、麝香（半钱）。
以上药物研为极细粉末，用炼制的白蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。用灯心草煎汤化开服下；若体质虚弱者，可用新棉包裹一丸塞入鼻孔中。男左女右。
细辛散，治疗小儿气塞多涕。
细辛、防风、川芎、前胡、人参、甘草（各一钱）。
以上药物研为极细粉末，用乳香煎汤调化后服用。
万金膏，治疗小儿鼻渊（鼻窦炎）。
羌活、川芎、细辛、石菖蒲、木通、麻黄（各一钱）、龙脑、麝香（各半钱）。
以上药物研为极细粉末，用炼制的白蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。用新棉包裹一丸塞入鼻孔中，男左女右。
牛黄犀角丸，治疗小儿肺壅鼻干。
牛黄（半钱）、犀角末、川芎、升麻、细辛、麻黄、甘草（炙制，各一钱半）、朱砂、龙脑（各半钱）、麝香（一半）。
以上药物研为极细粉末，用炼制的白蜜制成芡实大小的丸剂。用荆芥煎汤化开服下。
Baoming San (Preservation Life Powder)
Bai Fan (Alumen, 白矾) (1 qian), Mayaxiao (Natrii Sulfas, 马牙硝) (5 qian), Zhusha (Cinnabaris, 朱砂) (1 qian).
Grind the above ingredients into an extremely fine powder. For each use, take a quantity equivalent to "one character" (approx. 0.3-0.5g), mix white goose feces with water to extract the juice, and use this juice to blend the powder for topical application.
Formula for Cracked and Ulcerated Corners of the Mouth
Hair ash, ground into a fine powder, mixed with pig lard (Su Zhi, 猪脂) for application.
Huhuanglian San (Picrorhiza Powder), treating Xiao'er Koumi (Pediatric Oral Thrush/Mucosal Ulceration).
Huhuanglian (Radix Picrorhizae, 胡黄连) (5 qian), Xixin (Herba Asari, 细辛), Xuan Huanglian (Radix Coptidis, 宣黄连) (each 3 qian), Huoxiang (Herba Agastachis, 藿香) (1 qian).
Grind the above four herbs into powder. For each use, take half a qian, sprinkle it dry into the mouth, rinse frequently, and spit out.
Lvpao San (Green Robe Powder), treating chronic oral ulcers in both adults and children that have not responded to other treatments.
Huangbai (Cortex Phellodendri, 黄柏) (4 liang), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata, 甘草) (roasted, 2 liang), Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis, 青黛) (1 liang).
First pound the first two ingredients into powder, then add Qingdai and grind uniformly. For each use, take half a qian, sprinkle it dry into the mouth. Avoid vinegar, soy sauce, and salt for one to two days.
Huanglian Shengma San (Coptis and Cimicifuga Powder), treating oral and lingual ulcers in children.
Shengma (Rhizoma Cimicifugae, 升麻) (1.5 liang), Huanglian (Rhizoma Coptidis, 黄连) (7.5 qian).
Grind the above ingredients into powder, wrap in cotton cloth, hold in the mouth, and swallow the juice.
Kaiguan San (Opening the Lock Powder)
Xiangfu (Rhizoma Cyperi, 香附子) (stir-fried, peeled), Chuanxiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong, 川芎) (cleaned of soil), Jingjie Sui (Flos Schizonepetae, 荆芥穗), Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus, 僵蚕) (cleaned of mouth parts), Xixin Ye (Folium Asari, 细辛叶), Zhuya Zaojiao (Fructus Gleditsiae Sinensis, 猪牙皂角).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, mix with raw scallion white (Cong Bai, 葱白) pounded into a paste, place in red silk, and apply to the Fontanelle (Xinmen, 囟门) at night during sleep.
Chuanxiong Gao (Chuanxiong Ointment), treating nasal congestion in children.
Chuanxiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong, 川芎), Xixin (Herba Asari, 细辛), Bencao (Rhizoma Ligustici, 本/藁本), Chuan Baizhi (Radix Angelicae Dahuricae, 川白芷), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata, 甘草) (roasted, each 3 qian), Xingren (Semen Armeniacae Amarum, 杏仁) (peeled and de-pitted, 7 pieces), Longnao (Borneolum Syntheticum, 龙脑) (0.5 qian), Shexiang (Moschus, 麝香) (0.5 qian).
Grind the above ingredients into an extremely fine powder, refine white honey (Bai Mi, 白蜜) to form pills the size of mulberry seeds. Take by dissolving in a decoction of Jiedixin (Herba Centellae, 灯心草); if the patient is weak, wrap one pill in new cotton and insert it into the nostril. For males, left side; for females, right side.
Xixin San (Asari Powder), treating pediatric Qi obstruction with excessive rhinorrhea.
Xixin (Herba Asari, 细辛), Fangfeng (Radix Saposhnikoviae, 防风), Chuanxiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong, 川芎), Qianhu (Radix Peucedani, 前胡), Renshen (Radix Ginseng, 人参), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae, 甘草) (each 1 qian).
Grind the above ingredients into an extremely fine powder, take by dissolving in a decoction of Rushenxiang (Resina Frankincense, 乳香).
Wanjing Gao (Ten Thousand Gold Ointment), treating Xiao'er Biyuan (Pediatric Sinusitis/Nasal Discharge).
Qianghuo (Rhizoma Notopterygii, 羌活), Chuanxiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong, 川芎), Xixin (Herba Asari, 细辛), Shichangpu (Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii, 石菖蒲), Mutong (Caulis Akebiae, 木通), Mahuang (Herba Ephedrae, 麻黄) (each 1 qian), Longnao (Borneolum Syntheticum, 龙脑), Shexiang (Moschus, 麝香) (each 0.5 qian).
Grind the above ingredients into an extremely fine powder, refine white honey to form pills the size of mulberry seeds. Wrap one pill in new cotton and insert it into the nostril. For males, left side; for females, right side.
Niuhuang Xijiao Wan (Calculus Bovis and Rhinoceros Horn Pill), treating pediatric Lung stagnation with dry nose.
Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis, 牛黄) (0.5 qian), Xijiao Mo (Cornu Rhinocerotis Pulveratum, 犀角末), Chuanxiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong, 川芎), Shengma (Rhizoma Cimicifugae, 升麻), Xixin (Herba Asari, 细辛), Mahuang (Herba Ephedrae, 麻黄), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata, 甘草) (roasted, each 1.5 qian), Zhusha (Cinnabaris, 朱砂), Longnao (Borneolum Syntheticum, 龙脑) (each 0.5 qian), Shexiang (Moschus, 麝香) (half portion).
Grind the above ingredients into an extremely fine powder, refine white honey to form pills the size of Euryale Seed (Qianshi, 芡实). Take by dissolving in a decoction of Jingjie (Herba Schizonepetae, 荆芥).
