上水一钟灯心三茎或入薄荷煎服
清肺散 治渴而小便闭或黄或涩

桃仁丸
桃仁（浸去皮麸微炒三钱） 辣桂 牵牛（微炒取仁） 白蒺藜（炒香捣去刺） 牡丹皮 北
大黄（各二钱）
上为末炼蜜丸麻子大每服五丸或七丸青皮木香葱白入盐少许煎汤灌下煎大流气饮研青木
香灌下亦可丹溪一方用木通甘草黄连当归黄芩煎服
敷药
牡蛎灰（二分） 干地龙（一分）
上为细末津唾调敷外肾热者鸡子清调敷
牡蛎散 治小儿外肾肿大茎物通明
牡蛎粉（研十分细先以唾津涂肿处次以牡蛎粉糁）
又方 治小儿卵肿研桃仁唾调敷
鸡肠散 治小儿尿床遗溺不自知觉
鸡肠（烧） 牡蛎灰 白茯苓 真桑螵蛸（微炒各半两） 辣桂 龙骨（各二钱半）
上粗末每服一钱姜枣煎服
又方
鸡 （一具） 鸡肠（一具烧存性）
上为末每一钱酒调下男用雌鸡女用雄鸡
五苓散，治疗小便闭塞不通。
猪苓、泽泻、白术、茯苓、官桂。
以上药材锉成散剂，用水一盏，加入车前子煎煮后服用。
木通散，治疗小儿上焦有热导致的小便闭阻、烦躁易怒以及淋证涩痛和各种疮疡、丹毒。
木通、地肤子、蓄草（各半两）、大黄、甘草、赤茯苓（各三钱）、瞿麦、滑石、山栀子仁、车前子、黄芩（各二钱半）。
以上用水一钟，灯心草三茎，或者加入薄荷煎煮后服用。
清肺散，治疗口渴且小便闭阻，尿液或黄或涩。
在五苓散的基础上，加入琥珀（半钱）、灯心草（一分）、木通（七分）、通草（一分）、炒车前子（一分）、瞿麦（半钱）、蓄草（七分）。
以上制成粗末，每次服用三钱，用水煎煮，饭前服用。
桃仁丸
桃仁（浸泡去皮，用麸皮微炒，三钱）、辣桂、牵牛子（微炒取仁）、白蒺藜（炒香捣碎去刺）、牡丹皮、北大黄（各二钱）。
以上研为细末，用炼蜜制成如麻子大小的丸剂。每次服用五丸或七丸，用青皮、木香、葱白加少许盐煎汤送服；也可以煎大流气饮，研磨青木香灌服。另外，丹溪一方使用木通、甘草、黄连、当归、黄芩煎煮服用。
敷药
牡蛎灰（二分）、干地龙（一分）。
以上研为细末，用唾液调和敷于患处；若属热证，用鸡蛋清调和敷用。
牡蛎散，治疗小儿外生殖器肿大，阴茎透明肿胀。
牡蛎粉（研至极细，先以唾液涂抹肿处，然后将牡蛎粉撒在上面）。
鸡肠散，治疗小儿尿床遗尿，自己不知道。
鸡肠（烧制）、牡蛎灰、白茯苓、真桑螵蛸（微炒，各半两）、辣桂、龙骨（各二钱半）。
以上制成粗末，每次服用一钱，用生姜、大枣煎煮后服用。
Wuling San (Five-Ingredient Powder with Poria), treating obstruction and inability to urinate.
Polyporus (Polypori Sclerotium), Alisma Rhizome (Alismatis Rhizoma), Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Poria (Poria), Cinnamon Twig (Cinnamomi Ramulus).
The above herbs are cut into pieces for decoction. Add one cup of water and Plantago Seed (Plantaginis Semen), decoct, and take.
Mutong San (Woodthrough Decoction), treating upper jiao heat in children leading to urinary retention, irritability, anger, strangury with astringency, and various sores and erysipelas.
Woodthrough Stem (Akebiae Caulis), Kochia Fruit (Kochiae Fructus) (each half tael), Rhubarb Radix et Rhizoma (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Licorice Root (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Red Poria (Poria cum Rubro) (each three qian), Knotweed Herb (Polygoni Citrinii Herba), Talcum (Talcum), Gardenia Fruit (Gardeniae Fructus), Plantago Seed (Plantaginis Semen), Scutellaria Root (Scutellariae Radix) (each two and a half qian).
Add one cup of water, three stems of Juncus Effusus (Junci Medulla), or add Mint (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba), decoct, and take.
Qingfei San (Lung-Clearing Powder), treating thirst accompanied by urinary obstruction, where urine is either yellow or astringent.
Base: Wuling San (Five-Ingredient Powder with Poria).
Additions: Amber (Succinum), Juncus Effusus (Junci Medulla) (one fen), Woodthrough Stem (Akebiae Caulis) (seven fen), Tetrapanax Pith (Tetrapanacis Medulla), Stir-fried Plantago Seed (Plantaginis Semen, stir-fried) (one fen), Knotweed Herb (Polygoni Citrinii Herba) (half qian), Kochia Fruit (Kochiae Fructus) (seven fen).
Process the above into coarse powder. Take three qian per dose, decoct in water, and take before meals.
Taoren Wan (Peach Kernel Pill)
Peach Kernel (Persicae Semen, soaked, peeled, lightly stir-fried with bran, three qian), Spicy Cinnamon Bark (Cinnamomi Cortex), Morning Glory Seed (Pharbitidis Semen, lightly stir-fried to extract kernel), White Tribulus Fruit (Tribuli Fructus, stir-fried until fragrant, pounded, thorns removed), Moutan Bark (Moutan Cortex), Northern Rhubarb Radix et Rhizoma (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) (each two qian).
Process the above into fine powder, make pills with refined honey, size of sesame seeds. Take five or seven pills per dose, administered with decoction of Tangerine Peel (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium), Costus Root (Aucklandiae Radix), Scallion White (Allii Fistulosi Bulbus), and a little salt; or administer with Daliuqi Yin (Great Flowing Qi Decoction) ground with Costus Root (Aucklandiae Radix). Alternatively, Danxi's formula uses Woodthrough Stem (Akebiae Caulis), Licorice Root (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Coptis Rhizome (Coptidis Rhizoma), Angelica Sinensis Radix (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), and Scutellaria Root (Scutellariae Radix) decocted and taken.
External Application
Oyster Shell Ash (Concha Ostreae, calcined), Earthworm (Pheretima, dried).
Process the above into fine powder, mix with saliva for external application; if due to heat, mix with Egg White (Ovi Gall domestic albumen) for application.
Muli San (Oyster Shell Powder), treating swelling of the external genitalia in children, with transparent swelling of the penis.
Oyster Shell Powder (Concha Ostreae, ground extremely fine). First apply saliva to the swollen area, then sprinkle the Oyster Shell Powder on it.
Another prescription, treating scrotal swelling in children: Pound Peach Kernel (Persicae Semen), mix with saliva, and apply externally.
Jichang San (Chicken Intestine Powder), treating bedwetting and enuresis in children without self-awareness.
Chicken Intestine (Galli Gigerii Endothelium Corneum, burnt), Oyster Shell Ash (Concha Ostreae), White Poria (Poria), Real Mantis Egg Case (Mantidis Oötheca, lightly stir-fried, each half tael), Spicy Cinnamon Bark (Cinnamomi Cortex), Dragon Bone (Os Draconis) (each two and a half qian).
Process the above into coarse powder. Take one qian per dose, decoct with Ginger (Zingiberis Rhizoma) and Jujube (Zizyphi Fructus), and take.
Another prescription
Rooster (Gallus gallus domesticus, one whole), Chicken Intestine (Galli Gigerii Endothelium Corneum, one piece, burnt to retain efficacy).
Process the above into powder. Take one qian per dose, mixed with wine. Use female chicken for boys, male chicken for girls.
