双金饮 治下痢赤白，昼夜频数，及泄泻经久。

《巢氏病源·小儿利兼渴候》此是水谷利，津液枯竭，腑脏虚燥则引饮。若小便快者，利断，渴则止。
若小便涩，水不行于小肠，渗入肠胃，渴亦不止，利亦不断。凡如此者，皆身体浮肿，脾气弱，不能克水故
也。亦必眼痛生障，小儿上焦本热，今又利，下焦虚，上焦热气转盛，热气熏肝故也。茅先生以为食伤脾
胃所致，先用醒脾散、匀气散调，一日后，下调中饮（三方俱不乳食），夹乳香散（泻）、龙涎膏（渴）调理即愈。《千
金》单捣冬瓜汁饮之。
《千金》治少小壮热，渴引饮下痢。龙骨汤
龙骨 甘草（炙） 大黄 赤石脂 石膏 桂心 寒水石 栝蒌根（各二两）
上八味，治下筛。以酒水各五合煮散，合二沸，去滓，最儿大小服之。
《外台》麦门冬汤 疗少小夏月药大下后，胃中虚热渴。

上六味，切。以水二升，煮取九合，去滓分温服。

《外台·刘氏》疗小儿痢渴不彻，肚胀不能食方
诃梨勒皮（六分） 桑叶（十分，炙、末）
上二味，切。以水一升，煮取五合，去滓分服之。亦治大人。
《子母秘录》小儿赤白痢渴，及得水吃，又呕逆方
上，炙楮叶令香黄，以饮浆半升浸楮叶，使水绿色，

蓝叶散 治小儿痢渴，烦热不止。

地榆散 治小儿痢渴，或下五色恶物，心神烦热不止。
地榆 白茯苓 黄柏（微炙，锉。各一两）
上件药捣，粗罗为散。每服一钱，以水一小盏，煎至五分，去滓，不计时候，量儿大小，分减服之。
黄连散 治小儿痢渴，烦热吃水不知足。
黄连（去须，微炒） 牡蛎（烧为粉。各半两） 乌梅肉（微炒） 甘草（炙微赤，锉） 诃梨勒（煨，用皮。各

榉皮散 治小儿痢，渴不止。

《太医局》人参散 调中和气，止呕逆，除烦渴，治昏困多睡，乳食减少，及伤寒时气，胃气不
顺，吐利止后，躁渴不解。

上，水五升，煮一升四合，新布绞去滓，量儿与之。
〔张涣〕健胃散 治泄泻身热烦渴。
浓朴（去粗皮，生姜汁制，炙香熟） 川黄连 肉豆蔻（各一两） 缩砂仁 干姜（炮） 白术（炮） 木
香（各半两）
上件捣，罗为细末。每服一钱，水一小盏，入生姜、粟米少许，煎至五分，
去滓温服。
碧香丹 治小儿吐利后，大渴不止，不得眠睡，甚则成疳。
天竺黄 龙骨 不灰木（烧赤，放冷） 赤石脂（各一两，为末） 铁粉 定粉 铅白霜 细
蛤粉（各一两，并细研）
上件，通拌匀，入麝香半两同研匀，滴水和丸，如鸡头大。每服一粒至两粒。
用 螺儿两个研细，沸汤浸，水沉极冷化下。大渴即与服，神验。
《宝鉴》竹茹丸 治小儿渴泻。
黄连（一两、好者，锉作块子、一一相似，茱萸一两，二味相和，滴蜜炒令黄赤色，去了茱萸）
上件为末，薄糊为丸，如萝卜子大。每服十丸，竹茹煎饭饮吞下。
人参白扁豆散 治脾胃不和，不思饮食，吐泻渴水，及小儿虚热烦躁。
人参 白扁豆（去皮，炒熟） 白术 茯苓（各一两） 罂粟子 甘草（炙） 山药（各半两）
上为末。每用二钱，水一中盏，入姜二片，枣半个，同煎至七分，通口服。如腹疼痛，加紫苏煎。
小儿虚热，加薄荷同煎。
《吉氏家传》治五痢吃汤不彻，肚胀不食方
诃子皮 桑白皮（各六钱）
上，水二升，煎三合服之。立瘥。
〔吉氏〕六神丸 治疳泻渴饮无度。
木香 丁香 豆蔻（以面裹。此三味入慢火煨，候面熟为度） 使君子（去壳） 诃子（去核。各半
两） 芦荟（一两）
上件为末，枣肉丸，如绿豆大。每服三五丸，米饮吞下。
双金饮：治疗下痢赤白，昼夜次数频繁，以及长期泄泻。

《巢氏病源·小儿利兼渴候》指出：这是水谷痢，津液枯竭，脏腑虚燥所以想喝水。如果小便通畅，痢疾停止，口渴就会缓解。
如果小便涩滞，水液不能通行于小肠，渗入肠胃，口渴也不会停止，痢疾也不会断绝。凡是这种情况，身体都会浮肿，这是因为脾气虚弱，不能制约水湿的缘故。也必然会出现眼痛生翳，因为小儿上焦本来有热，现在又患痢疾，导致下焦虚寒，上焦热气转盛，热气熏蒸肝脏所致。茅先生认为是饮食损伤脾胃所致，先用醒脾散、匀气散调理，一天后，再用调中饮（这三方都适用于不吃奶食的情况），配合夹乳香散（治泻）、龙涎膏（治渴）调理即可痊愈。《千金方》建议单捣冬瓜汁饮用。
《千金方》治疗小儿壮热，口渴引饮且下痢。龙骨汤
龙骨 甘草（炙） 大黄 赤石脂 石膏 桂心 寒水石 栝蒌根（各二两）
以上八味药，捣碎过筛。用酒和水各五合煮散剂，煮沸两次，去渣，根据婴儿大小给药。
《外台秘要》麦门冬汤：治疗小儿夏季误服大泻药后，胃中虚热口渴。

以上六味药，切碎。用水二升，煮取九合，去渣，分次温服。
《外台秘要》榉皮饮子：治疗小儿渴痢。
梁州榉皮（十二分） 栝蒌 茯苓（各八分） 人参（六分） 粟米（二分）
以上五味药，切碎。用水三升，煮取一升二合，去渣分服，根据年龄大小调整剂量。
《外台·刘氏》治疗小儿痢疾口渴不止，腹胀不能进食的方子
诃梨勒皮（六分） 桑叶（十分，炙、研末）
以上两味药，切碎。用水一升，煮取五合，去渣分服。也治疗成人。
《子母秘录》小儿赤白痢疾口渴，饮水后又呕吐逆乱的方子
以上药物，炙楮叶使其香黄，用浆水半升浸泡楮叶，使水变绿色，
然后去掉叶子，用一个木瓜，切开放入叶汁中煮两三沸，去掉木瓜，趁暖细细服用。口渴停止。
《圣惠方》黄芪散：治疗小儿痢疾口渴，心胸烦闷、不想吃东西。
黄芪（锉） 麦门冬（去心，焙） 黄芩（各三分） 乌梅肉（三枚，微炒） 龙骨（一两） 白术 黄连（微炒，去须。各半两）

蓝叶散：治疗小儿痢疾口渴，烦热不止。
蓝叶（二分） 赤茯苓（一分） 赤石脂（一两） 黄连（微炒，去须） 冬瓜仁 醋石榴皮（锉碎，微炒各半两）
以上药物捣碎，粗罗为散。每次服用一钱，用水一小盏，煎至五分，去渣，加入半茶匙蜂蜜，再煎两三沸，不限时候，根据大小，分次减量服用。
地榆散：治疗小儿痢疾口渴，或者排出五色恶物，心神烦热不止。
地榆 白茯苓 黄柏（微炙，锉。各一两）
以上药物捣碎，粗罗为散。每次服用一钱，用水一小盏，煎至五分，去渣，不限时候，根据孩子大小，分次减量服用。
黄连散：治疗小儿痢疾口渴，烦热喝水不知满足。
黄连（去须，微炒） 牡蛎（烧为粉。各半两） 乌梅肉（微炒） 甘草（炙微赤，锉） 诃梨勒（煨，用皮。各一分）

榉皮散：治疗小儿痢疾，口渴不止。

以上药物捣碎，细罗为散。不限时候，用粟米饮调下半钱，根据孩子大小，酌情加减。
甘草散：治疗小儿痢疾，口渴不止。
甘草（炙微赤，锉） 乌梅肉（微炒。各一两） 诃梨勒（二枚，煨，用皮）
以上药物捣碎，粗罗为散。每次服用一钱，用水一小盏，加入少许生姜，煎至五分，去渣放温，不限时候，根据孩子大小，分次减量服用。
黄芩丸：治疗小儿痢疾，口渴不止，壮热腹痛。

以上药物，用水五升，煮一升六合，七岁儿童，分三次服，四五岁儿童，分四次服，依次根据情况给药。
栝蒌汤：治疗小儿有热不调，渴痢。
栝蒌 知母 茯苓（各八分） 甘草 黄柏（各四分） 人参（六分） 黄芩 榉皮（各十分）
以上药物，用水五升，煮一升半，五六岁儿童，分三次服。
冬瓜汤：治疗小儿口渴不止，痢疾不停。
冬瓜（切，八合） 栝蒌（十二分） 茯苓 知母（各八分） 麦门冬（五分，去心） 粟米（二合半）
以上药物，水五升，煮一升四合，用新布绞去渣，根据孩子情况给予服用。
〔张涣〕健胃散：治疗泄泻身热烦渴。

用螺儿两个研细，沸汤浸，水沉极冷化下。大渴时立即服用，神验。
《宝鉴》竹茹丸：治疗小儿渴泻。
黄连（一两、好的，锉作块子、大小相似，茱萸一两，两味相和，滴蜜炒令黄赤色，去了茱萸）
以上药物为末，薄糊为丸，如萝卜子大。每次服用十丸，竹茹煎饭饮吞下。

Shuangjin Yin (Double Metal Decoction): Treats dysentery with red and white discharge, frequent occurrences day and night, and chronic diarrhea.
Papaveris Pericarpium (Poppy Shell) (remove pedicel, chop, stir-fry thoroughly with honey water, dry, 1 liang) Chuanxiong Rhizome (Rhizoma Chuanxiong) (chop, stir-fry thoroughly with pure vinegar, dry, 0.5 liang)
The above two ingredients are sun-dried or baked, then ground into powder. Take 1 qian to 2 qian each time, mixed with clear rice soup on an empty stomach, or taken down with warm honey water.
Wanjing San (Ten Thousand Gold Powder): Treats watery diarrhea and dysentery that has persisted for a long time without healing.
Papaveris Pericarpium (Poppy Shell) (remove pedicel, 2 liang; half chopped and stir-fried with vinegar and honey, half used raw) Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Licorice Root) (do not remove nodes, 2 liang; half roasted, half used raw)

Mume Fructus (Smoked Plum) (with seed, 1 liang)
Crush the above ingredients. Take 2 qian each time, add one bowl of hot water, boil briefly twice, pour out with dregs into a bowl, cover with another bowl, wait for clarification, remove dregs, and take warm on an empty stomach.
Shenxiao San (Miraculous Effect Powder): Treats red and white dysentery with frequent day and night occurrences, reduced appetite, abdominal pain, and difficult urination.

Add two zhong of water, three slices of ginger, and two jujubes. Decoct until 40% remains. Take after meals.
