护痔膏

为细末。鸡子清入白蜜少许。调成膏。护四边好肉。方上枯痔散。如痔旁肌肉坚者。不必用此

枯痔散 凡痔疮突出。即用此药。

内淬七次。四钱）
共研极细末。入小新铁锅内上用瓷碗密盖。盐泥封固。炭火 至二炷香。待冷取药研极细末。
铅罐收贮。每日上午葱汤洗净。用津唾调捻如钱浓。贴痔上令着。以薄绵纸挪软掩上。卷束其药。
不使侵好肉上。若内痔。至晚再换一次。至六七日。其痔枯黑坚硬住药。待其裂缝自落。换落痔汤
洗之。
落痔汤（一名起痔汤）
黄连 黄柏 黄芩 大黄 防风 荆芥 栀子
槐角 苦参 甘草（各一两） 朴硝（五钱）
上作三服。用水煎洗。待痔落之后。搽生肌散。如痔傍肉不赤肿。枯黑即落。不必用此。
生肌散
乳香 没药（各一两） 海螵蛸（水煮。五钱） 黄丹（炒飞。四钱） 赤石脂（ 。净
七钱） 龙骨（ 。净四钱） 血竭（三钱）
熊胆（四钱） 轻粉（五钱） 冰片（一钱） 麝香（八分） 珍珠（二钱。另研）
为极细末。铅罐收贮。早晚搽二次。膏掩。渐敛而平。
洗痔消肿痛方
蕺菜（一名鱼腥草） 苦楝根 朴硝 马齿苋 瓦 花（各一两）
用水十碗。煎至七八碗。先熏后洗。诸痔肿痛可消。故附录之。
胡连追毒丸 治痔漏不拘远年近日。有漏通肠。污从孔出。先用此丸。追尽脓毒。
胡黄连（一两。切。姜汁炒） 刺 皮（一两。炙切。再炒脆） 麝香（三分）
为末。陈米烂饭为丸。麻子大。每服一钱。食前温酒下。服后。如脓水反多。是药力到也。勿
惧之。候脓水将尽。服黄连闭管丸。
黄连闭管丸
胡黄连（净末。五钱） 穿山甲（麻油内煮黄色） 石决明（ ） 槐花（微炒。各五钱）
为末。炼白蜜丸。麻子大。每服一钱。晨昏各一服。米饮下。至重者四十日愈。如漏之四边有
硬肉突起者。蚕茧二十枚炒末。和入药中。治遍身诸漏皆效。
煮线方 治瘿瘤及痔根细者。
芫花（半两。勿犯铁） 壁钱（二钱）
用细白扣线三钱。同上二味。用水一碗。盛贮小瓷罐内。慢火煮至汤干为度。取线阴干。凡遇
前患。用线一条。大者
用二条。双扣扎于根蒂。两头留线。日渐紧之。其患自然紫黑。冰冷不热为度。轻者七日。重
者十五日。后必枯落。后用珍珠、轻粉、韶粉、冰片为散。收口至妙。 一方。用芫花根洗净捣汁

钱氏六味丸（崔氏八味丸下） 补中益气汤（保元汤下）
补中益气汤（见保元汤下方）、升麻汤（方祖）、人参胃风汤（见四君子汤下方）、十全大补汤（见保元汤下方）、人参固本丸（见二冬膏下方）、黄连犀角散（见痢疾门）。
唤痔散：治疗内痔脱出无法回纳。
药材组成：生草乌头一钱，刺蒺藜皮烧存性一钱，枯矾五钱，炒食盐三钱，麝香五分，冰片三分。
制法与用法：研为散剂。先用温水洗净患处，随即用唾液调和药粉三钱，填入肛门片刻后痔疮即自行回纳。取出药物后，涂抹护痔膏。
护痔膏：
药材组成：白芨、石膏、黄连各三钱；冰片、麝香各二分。
制法与用法：研成细末，加入鸡蛋清和少许白蜜调制成膏状。涂抹于痔疮周围的健康皮肤上，然后再使用枯痔散。如果痔疮旁边的肌肉坚硬，则不必使用此膏。
枯痔散：凡是痔疮突出，立即使用此药。
药材组成：白矾二两，蟾酥二钱，轻粉四钱，砒霜一两，天灵盖（用青盐水浸泡，在赤小豆清水中淬炼七次）四钱。
制法与用法：共同研磨成极细粉末，放入新的小铁锅中，上面用瓷碗严密覆盖，用盐泥封口密封，用炭火煅烧至两支香的时间。待冷却后取出药物，再次研磨成极细粉末，装入铅罐中保存。每天上午用葱汤洗净患处，用唾液调和药捻如铜钱厚度，贴在痔疮上使其附着，用薄绵纸轻轻覆盖并卷束固定药物，防止药物侵蚀健康皮肤。如果是内痔，到了晚上再更换一次。经过六七天，痔疮变得枯黑坚硬时停止用药，等待其自然裂缝脱落，然后用落痔汤清洗。
落痔汤（又名起痔汤）：
药材组成：黄连、黄柏、黄芩、大黄、防风、荆芥、栀子、槐角、苦参、甘草各一两，朴硝五钱。
制法与用法：分为三次服用，用水煎煮后清洗患处。待痔疮脱落后，涂抹生肌散。如果痔疮旁边的肉不红肿，且已经枯黑，自然会脱落，不必使用此方。
生肌散：
药材组成：乳香、没药各一两，海螵蛸水煮五钱，炒飞黄丹四钱，净赤石脂七钱，净龙骨四钱，血竭三钱，熊胆四钱，轻粉五钱，冰片一钱，麝香八分，珍珠二钱（单独研磨）。
制法与用法：研成极细粉末，装入铅罐保存。早晚各涂抹两次，用膏药覆盖，逐渐收敛平整。
洗痔消肿痛方：
药材组成：蕺菜（一名鱼腥草）、苦楝根、朴硝、马齿苋、瓦花各一两。
制法与用法：用水十碗，煎至七八碗，先熏蒸后清洗，各种痔疮引起的肿痛都可以消除，因此附录于此。
胡连追毒丸：治疗痔疮瘘管，无论病程长短，只要有瘘管通向肠道，污物从孔洞流出，先用此丸，排尽脓毒。
药材组成：胡黄连一两（切片，姜汁炒），刺蒺藜皮一两（炙切，再炒脆），麝香三分。
制法与用法：研为粉末，用陈年烂米饭做丸，大小如麻子。每次服用一钱，饭前用温酒送服。服药后，如果脓水反而增多，这是药力到达病灶的表现，不要害怕。等到脓水将尽时，服用黄连闭管丸。
黄连闭管丸：
药材组成：胡黄连净末五钱，穿山甲（在麻油中煮至黄色），石决明，槐花（微炒），各五钱。
制法与用法：研为粉末，用炼制的白蜜做丸，大小如麻子。每次服用一钱，早晨和晚上各服一次，用米饮送服。病情重的四十天痊愈。如果瘘管四周有硬肉突起，取二十枚蚕茧炒成粉末，混入药中，治疗全身各种瘘管都有效。
煮线方：治疗瘿瘤以及根部细小的痔疮。
药材组成：芫花半两（不要接触铁器），壁钱二钱。
制法与用法：用细白扣线三钱，与上述两味药一起，用水一碗，盛放在小瓷罐内，慢火煮至汤干为止。取出线阴干。凡遇到上述病患，用一条线，病情重的用两条线，双扣扎在根部蒂头，两头留出线头，每天逐渐收紧，患部自然变紫黑、冰冷不热为止。轻症七天，重症十五天后必然枯萎脱落。之后用珍珠、轻粉、韶粉、冰片研为散剂，收敛伤口效果极佳。另一方法：用芫花根洗净捣汁，将线浸泡在其中使用。
Buzhong Yiqi Tang (Tonifying the Middle and Augmenting Qi Decoction) (see below Baoyuan Tang), Shengma Tang (Cimicifugae Decoction) (Fang Zu), Renshen Weifeng Tang (Ginseng Stomach Wind Decoction) (see below Sijunzi Tang), Shiquan Dabu Tang (Ten Substance Great Tonification Decoction) (see below Baoyuan Tang), Renshen Guben Wan (Ginseng Root-Fortifying Pill) (see below Erdong Gao), Huanglian Xijiao San (Coptis and Rhinoceros Horn Powder) (see under Dysentery Section).
Huanzhi San (Call Hemorrhoids Out Powder): Treats internal hemorrhoids that prolapse and cannot be reduced.
Ingredients: Caowutou (Aconiti Lateralis Radix, raw) 1 qian; Cipi (Tribuli Fructus pericarpium, burned to retain character) 1 qian; Kufan (Alumini Sulphas exsiccatum) 5 qian; Yanpan (Natrii Chloridum, stir-fried) 3 qian; Shexiang (Moschus) 5 fen; Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum) 3 fen.
Preparation and Administration: Grind into a powder. First wash the area with warm water. Then, mix 3 qian of the medicine with saliva, insert it into the anus, and after a short while, the hemorrhoid will reduce spontaneously. Remove the medicine and apply Huzhi Gao (Protect Hemorrhoids Ointment).
Huzhi Gao (Protect Hemorrhoids Ointment):
Ingredients: Baiji (Bletillae Rhizoma), Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma) each 3 qian; Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum), Shexiang (Moschus) each 2 fen.
Preparation and Administration: Grind into fine powder. Mix with egg white and a small amount of honey to form an ointment. Apply around the healthy skin surrounding the hemorrhoid, then apply Kuzhi San (Wither Hemorrhoids Powder). If the muscle beside the hemorrhoid is hard, this ointment is not necessary.
Kuzhi San (Wither Hemorrhoids Powder): Use this medicine immediately for any protruding hemorrhoid.
Ingredients: Baifan (Alumen) 2 liang; Chansu (Toad Venom) 2 qian; Qingfen (Calomelas) 4 qian; Pishuang (Arsenic Trioxide) 1 liang; Tianlinggai (Human Cranium, soaked in green salt water, quenched seven times in red bean clear water) 4 qian.
Preparation and Administration: Grind together into an extremely fine powder. Place in a new small iron pot, cover tightly with a porcelain bowl, seal with salt mud, and calcine over charcoal fire for the time it takes to burn two incense sticks. After cooling, take out the medicine and grind again into an extremely fine powder. Store in a lead jar. Every morning, wash the area with scallion water. Mix the medicine with saliva to form a roll as thick as a coin, apply it to the hemorrhoid to adhere, cover gently with thin cotton paper, and bind to secure the medicine, preventing it from damaging healthy flesh. For internal hemorrhoids, change once more in the evening. After six or seven days, when the hemorrhoid becomes withered, black, and hard, stop medication. Wait for it to crack and fall off naturally, then wash with Luozhi Tang (Fall Hemorrhoids Decoction).
Luozhi Tang (Fall Hemorrhoids Decoction, also known as Qizhi Tang):
Ingredients: Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Jingjie (Schizonepetae Spica), Zhizi (Gardeniae Fructus), Huaijiao (Aesculi Semen), Kushen (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) each 1 liang; Puxiao (Natrii Sulfas) 5 qian.
Preparation and Administration: Divide into three doses. Boil in water and wash the affected area. After the hemorrhoid falls off, apply Shengji San (Generate Flesh Powder). If the flesh beside the hemorrhoid is not red or swollen, and it has turned black and withered, it will fall off naturally; this formula is not necessary.
Shengji San (Generate Flesh Powder):
Ingredients: Ruxiang (Olibanum), Moyao (Myrrha) each 1 liang; Haipiaoxiao (Sepiae Endoconcha), boiled 5 qian; Huangdan (Lithargyrum), stir-fried and flown 4 qian; Chishizhi (Halloysit Rubra), purified 7 qian; Longgu (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi et Scapulae), purified 4 qian; Xuexie (Draco Sanguis) 3 qian; Xiongdan (Ursi Bile) 4 qian; Qingfen (Calomelas) 5 qian; Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum) 1 qian; Shexiang (Moschus) 8 fen; Zhenzhu (Margarita) 2 qian (ground separately).
Preparation and Administration: Grind into an extremely fine powder. Store in a lead jar. Apply twice daily, morning and evening, covered with ointment, until gradually healed and flat.
Xizhi Xiaozhong Tong Fang (Wash Hemorrhoids to Reduce Swelling and Pain Formula):
Ingredients: Jicai (Houttuyniae Herba, also known as Yuxingcao), Kulian Gen (Meliae Radix), Puxiao (Natrii Sulfas), Machixian (Portulacae Herba), Wahua (Flower of Brick Wall Spider Web? *Note: Text says Wa Hua, likely referring to a specific local herb or typo for another plant, kept as literal translation*) each 1 liang.
Preparation and Administration: Use ten bowls of water, boil down to seven or eight bowls. Steam first, then wash. This can resolve swelling and pain caused by various hemorrhoids. Therefore, it is appended here.
Hulian Zhuidu Wan (Anisoheteropanax Root Poison-Chasing Pill): Treats hemorrhoidal fistulas regardless of duration. If there is a fistula connecting to the intestine with discharge from the opening, use this pill first to chase out all pus and toxins.
Ingredients: Hulianhuang (Picrorhizae Rhizoma) 1 liang (sliced, stir-fried with ginger juice); Cipi (Tribuli Fructus pericarpium) 1 liang (calcined, sliced, then stir-fried until crisp); Shexiang (Moschus) 3 fen.
Preparation and Administration: Grind into powder. Form pills using old rotten rice paste, size of hemp seeds. Take 1 qian per dose before meals with warm wine. After taking, if pus increases, do not fear; this indicates the medicinal power has reached the lesion. When the pus is nearly exhausted, take Huanglian Biguan Wan (Coptis Tube-Closing Pill).
Huanglian Biguan Wan (Coptis Tube-Closing Pill):
Ingredients: Hulianhuang (Picrorhizae Rhizoma), purified powder 5 qian; Chuanshanjia (Manis Squama), boiled in sesame oil until yellow; Shijueming (Haliotidis Concha); Huaihua (Sophorae Flos), slightly stir-fried; each 5 qian.
Preparation and Administration: Grind into powder. Form pills with refined white honey, size of hemp seeds. Take 1 qian per dose, morning and evening, with rice drink. Severe cases heal in forty days. If there are hard flesh protrusions on the four sides of the fistula, take twenty silkworm cocoons, stir-fry and grind into powder, and mix into the medicine. This treats all kinds of fistulas throughout the body effectively.
Zhu Xian Fang (Boiled Thread Formula): Treats goiters and hemorrhoids with thin roots.
Ingredients: Yuanhua (Genkwa Flos) half liang (do not touch iron); Biqian (Cellar Spider Web) 2 qian.
Preparation and Administration: Take 3 qian of fine white knotting thread. Together with the above two ingredients, place in a small porcelain jar with one bowl of water. Simmer slowly over low heat until the liquid is dry. Take out the thread and dry in the shade. For the aforementioned conditions, use one thread; for severe cases, use two threads. Double-knot around the root base, leaving both ends of the thread loose. Tighten gradually day by day. The lesion will naturally turn purple-black and cold without heat. Mild cases take seven days, severe cases fifteen days, after which they will inevitably wither and fall off. Afterwards, use Zhenzhu (Margarita), Qingfen (Calomelas), Shaofen (Red Lead Powder?), and Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum) ground into powder to close the wound with excellent results. Another method: Wash Yuanhua root, crush to extract juice, and soak the thread in it.
