砂，猪心血调服，治癫痫。赤如鸡冠，明彻不臭者良。米醋入萝卜汁煮干用。怪症∶如有虫
走于皮内，觉声如小儿啼，
此为筋肉所化，同雷丸各一两为末，掺猪肉片上，
炙熟常服之，自愈。

银朱，一名黄金石。
畏惧南星、地黄、莴苣、地榆、黄芩、白芷、当归、地锦、苦参、五加皮、紫河车、五叶藤、鹅肠草、鸡肠草、鹅不食草、桑叶、脂（此处疑为衍文或特定药材简称，暂保留）。味苦，性温。有毒。入肝经阳分，得阳土之精华。能搜剔肝气，泻除肝风。解除各种毒素，治疗恶疮，去除死肌，治疗惊痫，去除疟疾和痢疾，消除痰积，杀灭各种寄生虫。配伍去核的淮枣，将雄黄包裹其中，在灯上烧成粉末，撒布于走马牙疳患处。用水调服五钱，治疗发症因饮油所致。配伍黑铅，治疗结阴便血。配伍荆芥穗末，治疗中风导致的舌体僵硬。配伍硫黄、水粉，用初生乳汁调和，敷于鼻准赤色处。配伍白芷末，酒送服，治疗破伤风。配伍青黛末，水送服，治疗饮食中毒。配伍白矾、甘草，浸泡治疗阴部肿胀如斗状。配伍紫草末，用胭脂汁调和，涂抹治疗痘疔。（先用银刀挑破，再涂抹，效果极佳。）配伍蟾酥、葱、蜜，捣碎后敷于疔疮恶毒处。配伍细辛研成末吹入鼻腔，治疗偏头风痛。（左侧疼痛吹右侧鼻孔，右侧疼痛吹左侧鼻孔。）配伍朱砂，用猪心血调和服用，治疗癫痫。以颜色红如鸡冠、明亮透彻且无臭味者为佳。用米醋加入萝卜汁煮干后使用。怪症：如有虫在皮内游走，感觉声音像婴儿啼哭，这是筋肉所化，与雷丸各一两研成末，撒在猪肉片上，烤熟后常服，即可自愈。
Mercuric chloride powder, also known as mercury powder or greasy powder.
It is incompatible with Shihuang (Realgar) and Cishi (Magnetite). It is contraindicated in all blood disorders.
Pungent, warm and drying. Highly toxic. It expels phlegm and saliva, removes dampness and water retention. It treats sores and kills parasites. It should not be taken lightly. When mixed with fresh ginger juice for external application, it leaves no scars even if the skin is scratched open. Mixed with rock sugar, formed into pills the size of hemp seeds, one pill taken on an empty stomach with rice decoction treats children who eat dirt. Mixed with Huangdan (Red Lead Oxide) into powder, it treats corneal opacity arising from smallpox. (If the left eye is affected, blow powder into the right ear; if the right eye is affected, blow powder into the left ear, and it will recede.) It is made by sublimating mercury, alum, and common salt into powder. If used improperly, its toxic qi enters the bones and cannot be expelled.
Pungent, warm. Toxic. Kills parasites and expels phlegm. Made from refined mercury. It causes ulcerated gums and tendon spasms, more severely than Qinfen (Calomel).

It is incompatible with Nanxing (Arisaema Cum Bile), Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata), Woju (Lactuca Sativa), Diyü (Sanguisorbae Radix), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Dijin (Polygoni Avicularis Herba), Kushen (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix), Wujia Pi (Acanthopanacis Cortex), Ziheche (Placenta Hominis), Wuyeteng (Gynostemmae Caulis), Echangcao (Portulacae Herba), Jichangcao (Portulacae Herba), Ebushicao (Centipedae Herba), Sangye (Mori Folium), and Zhi (Animal Fat).
Bitter, warm. Toxic. Enters the Yang aspect of the Liver Meridian, obtaining the essence of Yang Earth. It searches out Liver Qi, drains Liver Wind. It resolves hundred toxins, treats malignant sores, removes dead flesh, treats convulsions and epilepsy, eliminates malaria and dysentery, dissipates phlegm accumulation, and kills various parasites. With Huai Zao (Jujube) pitted and stuffed with Xionghuang (Realgar), wrapped and burned over a lamp until turned to ash, this powder is applied to treat Gangrenous Stomatitis (Zouma Yagan). Mixed with water and taken orally (5 qian), it treats "Fa Zheng" caused by drinking oil. Combined with Heiqian (Black Lead), it treats bleeding from the anus due to Yin binding. Mixed with Jingjie Sui (Schizonepeta Spike) powder, it treats tongue stiffness due to wind-stroke. Mixed with Liuhuang (Sulfur) and Shuifen (Calomel), adjusted with colostrum, applied to the red nose tip. Mixed with Baizhi powder and taken with wine, it treats tetanus. Mixed with Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis) powder and taken with water, it treats food poisoning. Mixed with Baifan (Alum) and Gancao (Licorice Root), soaked to treat severe scrotal swelling like a bean pod. Mixed with Zicao (Arnebiae Radix et Rhizoma) powder, adjusted with carmine juice, applied to smallpox carbuncles. (First puncture with a silver knife, then apply; extremely effective.) Mixed with Chansu (Toad Venom), green onion, and honey, pounded and applied to treat malignant carbuncles. Mixed with Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma) into powder and blown into the nose, it treats hemi-crania. (If pain is on the left, blow into the right; if on the right, blow into the left.) Mixed with Zhusha (Cinnabar), adjusted with pig heart blood and taken orally, it treats epilepsy. The best quality is red like a rooster's comb, clear and transparent, without odor. Boil in rice vinegar with radish juice until dry before use. Strange case: If there are worms moving under the skin, sounding like a child crying, this is transformed muscle and flesh. Mix with Leiwan (Wormwood Fruit) each 1 liang, grind into powder, sprinkle on pork slices, roast thoroughly and take regularly; it will heal spontaneously.
