凡杀伤不透膜者，用乳香、没药各一块，如皂角子大，研烂以小便半盏、好酒半盏同煎，
通口服，然后以花蕊石散敷伤口上立止。或用乌贼骨为末，敷之亦妙。
治跌打损伤，不论金刃他物，伤至骨断筋折血流不止者，并皆治之。为金疮第一方，古
之七厘今之三分，验伤者随时带用，甚便。

，烧酒或黄酒冲下。伤处用药七八分调敷极效，如伤重多调些，血多亦加敷干药末。如金刃
伤重，或食嗓割断，用鸡皮急为包裹，用些药末干掺，定痛止血，立时见效。（并治一切无
名肿毒，亦用前法，量疮之大小，调敷神效。孕妇则可敷不可服。）
凡金疮敷药后须避风湿，亦忌水洗，如要换药，须浓煎汤避风洗之再上药。
急用葱白，热锅内炒热，遍敷伤处，继而呻吟，易葱再敷，俟苏定，用三七研末，以津
（即口水也）调敷，立愈。

治疗跌打损伤，无论是金刃还是其他物体所致，伤势严重到骨头断裂、筋脉折断、血流不止的情况，都能治疗。这是治疗金疮的第一方，古代用量为七厘，现代用量为三分，受伤者随身携带使用，非常方便。

The smooth outer skin of longan seeds is peeled off, using only the kernels, which are pounded and ground into an extremely fine powder. This powder is packed and applied to the wound for healing.
Seven Gardenia fruits (Gardeniae Fructus) and seven Apricot kernels (Armeniacae Semen Amarum) are ground together into a powder. One egg white is added, along with an appropriate amount of distilled liquor and wheat flour, mixed into a thick paste. Apply to the affected area; after one night, removing the dressing reveals a bluish-green color, indicating recovery.
For all metal injuries and fractures, cold water must not be consumed. Anger, loud shouting, and physical exertion should also be avoided.
For stab or cut wounds that have not penetrated the peritoneum/chest wall, use one piece each of Frankincense (Boswelliae Resina) and Myrrh (Commiphorae Resina), sized like a soap bean pod. Grind them thoroughly, then decoct with half a cup of urine and half a cup of good wine. Administer orally, then apply Huarui Shi San (Flower Stamen Stone Powder) to the wound to stop bleeding immediately. Alternatively, grinding Cuttlebone (Sepiae Endoconcha) into powder and applying it is also effective.
This formula treats falls, blows, and injuries, whether caused by metal blades or other objects, including severe cases with bone fractures, tendon ruptures, and uncontrollable bleeding. It is the premier formula for metal injuries. The ancient dosage was seven li, while the modern dosage is three fen. It is convenient for injured persons to carry and use as needed.
Cinnabar (Zhusha, purified by water flotation, 1 qian 2 fen), Real Musk (Shexiang, 1 fen 2 li), Borneol (Bingpian, 1 fen 2 li), Frankincense (Ruxiang, de-oiled, 1 fen).
Select an auspicious day to grind these ingredients into a fine powder. The noon hour on the Dragon Boat Festival is particularly suitable. Store in a porcelain jar sealed with yellow wax. Take seven pills per dose, washed down with distilled liquor or yellow wine. Mix approximately 7-8 fen of the powder with liquid to apply to the wound for excellent results; increase the amount for severe injuries or heavy bleeding. For severe blade wounds or severed throats, urgently wrap with chicken skin and sprinkle dry powder directly on the wound to stop pain and bleeding immediately. (Also treats all kinds of unnamed swellings and sores using the same method, adjusting the amount according to the size of the sore for miraculous effects. Pregnant women may apply externally but must not ingest internally.)
After applying medicine to metal injuries, exposure to wind and dampness must be avoided, and washing with water is prohibited. If changing the dressing, wash the area with a strong decoction while avoiding wind before reapplying medication.
In emergencies, heat scallion whites in a hot pan and apply them all over the wound. The patient will likely groan; replace the scallions and reapply until the patient regains consciousness and stabilizes. Then, apply Sanqi (Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma) powder mixed with saliva to the wound for immediate healing.
