久旷纵欲之人，交感乐极，男女脱精。当此之时，仍须抱住，切不可离炉，即欲离炉，亦须缓缓取出，不可见其死
去，惊走下床也（离炉抱住其身，尚不至死）。男脱则女以口哺，送其热气，女脱则男以口哺，送其热气（并以指捻住尾
间），一连数口呵之，则阳气重回，阴精不尽流出。倘一出玉炉，彼此不相交接，必立时身死。此等症，富贵人多，而贫
贱人少。夜死者，日救之则活。日死者，夜救之则之也。（《石室秘 》）
孙真人曰∶交感脱精，用人抱起坐之，以人之口，气呵其口。又恐不能入喉，以笔管通其两头，入病患口内，使女
子呵之，不必皆妻外家也。凡妇人皆可尽力呵之，虽死去者，亦能生，妙法也。（同上）
凡人大吐大泄之后，四肢厥冷，不省人事，或与女子交后，小腹肾痛，外肾搐缩，冷汗出厥，须臾不救。先以葱白
炒热熨脐，后以葱白、三七茎捣烂，用酒煮灌之。（《救急方》）
其形头痛头沉眼黑，恶心胙心，两膊发虚，急用竹箸分开口，卷舌验之。如有红青黑紫泡者，即此病也。用针刺破，
或雄黄末，如无，或泡药点之，用白滚汤和药灌之，即用绵被盖身出汗而愈。（《沈心斋异症方》）
对于长期禁欲后纵欲过度的人，在性交达到高潮时，男女双方可能出现精气脱失（指因极度兴奋导致精气外泄、神志昏厥的危急状态）。在这个时候，必须紧紧抱住对方，千万不可离开身体接触；即使需要分开，也必须缓慢取出，不能让对方突然死亡般的倒下，以免惊吓导致其下床走动（只要抱住身体，尚不至于死亡）。如果是男性发生脱精，女性应用口哺喂，输送热气；如果是女性发生脱精，男性应用口哺喂，输送热气（同时用手指捏住尾闾穴），连续呵气数口，阳气就能回归，阴精就不会继续流出。如果一旦离开身体接触，彼此不再交接，必定立即死亡。这类病症，富贵人家多见，贫贱人家少见。如果在夜间发生，白天抢救可以救活；如果在白天发生，晚上抢救也可以救活。（《石室秘录》）
孙思邈说：对于交感脱精症，让人抱起患者使其坐起，用人的口向其口中呵气。又担心气息不能进入咽喉，可以用笔管贯通两头，插入患者口中，让女子向管内呵气，不一定非要是妻子或岳母。凡是妇人都可以尽力呵气，即使是已经死去的人，也能救活，这是妙法。（同上）
大凡人在剧烈呕吐和腹泻之后，出现四肢冰冷、不省人事，或者与女子性交后，小腹和肾脏疼痛，外生殖器抽搐收缩，出冷汗并陷入厥逆，如果不及时抢救，片刻之间就会死亡。应先取葱白炒热熨烫肚脐，然后用葱白和三七茎捣烂，用酒煮汁灌服。（《救急方》）
这种病症的表现是头痛头沉、眼睛发黑、恶心、心腹胀满（“胙”通“作”，指胀满不适）、两臂发虚。急救时应用竹筷分开口唇，卷起舌头检查。如果有红、青、黑、紫色的水泡，就是此病。用针刺破水泡，或者使用雄黄末，如果没有雄黄，可用其他泡药点涂患处，再用白开水调和药物灌服，最后用棉被子盖住身体使其出汗即可痊愈。（《沈心斋异症方》）
如果患者表现为身体僵硬挺直、行走不停，用泡药和水混合，在其直走时灌服。灌服后若患者歪倒，用湿土掩埋头部，闻到土的气味即可痊愈。（同上）
For individuals who have abstained from sexual activity for a long time and then indulge in excessive lust, during intercourse at the peak of pleasure, both male and female may experience "Tuojing" (Depletion of Essence, a critical condition characterized by the sudden loss of vital essence and consciousness due to extreme excitement). At this moment, one must hold the partner tightly and absolutely must not separate physical contact. Even if separation is necessary, it must be done slowly; one must not allow the person to fall as if dead, lest the shock causes them to get out of bed (Holding the body can prevent death). If the man suffers from Tuojing, the woman should feed him with her mouth and transmit warmth; if the woman suffers from Tuojing, the man should feed her with his mouth and transmit warmth (while pinching the Weiliac [Baihuiliao, GV29] acupoint with fingers). By blowing air into their mouths several times continuously, Yang Qi will return, and Yin Essence will cease to flow out uncontrollably. If they separate physically and no longer maintain contact, death will occur immediately. This type of syndrome is more common among the wealthy and noble, and less common among the poor and humble. Those who collapse at night can be saved if treated during the day; those who collapse during the day can be saved if treated at night. (*Shishi Milu*)
Sun Simiao stated: For Jiaogan Tuojing, lift the patient and place them in a sitting position, and blow air into their mouth. To ensure the air reaches the throat, use a pen tube connected at both ends, insert it into the patient's mouth, and have a woman blow air through the tube. It does not necessarily have to be the wife or mother-in-law. Any woman can exert effort to blow air; even those who appear dead can be revived. This is a miraculous method. (Ibid.)
Generally, after severe vomiting and diarrhea, when limbs become cold and the patient loses consciousness, or after intercourse with a woman, if there is pain in the lower abdomen and kidneys, spasms and retraction of the external genitalia, cold sweats, and syncope, failure to treat within moments will lead to death. First, stir-fry scallion whites until hot and apply them to the umbilicus. Then, crush scallion whites and stems of *Polygonum multiflorum* (He Shou Wu), boil them in wine, and administer orally. (*Jiuji Fang*)
The manifestations of this condition include headache, heavy head, blackouts, nausea, abdominal distension, and weakness in both arms. Urgently use bamboo chopsticks to open the mouth and roll out the tongue for examination. If red, cyanotic, black, or purple blisters are present, it confirms this disease. Puncture the blisters with a needle, or apply powder of Realgar (Xionghuang). If Realgar is unavailable, apply other blister medications. Mix the medication with boiling water and administer orally. Finally, cover the body with cotton quilts to induce sweating, which leads to recovery. (*Shen Xinzai Yizheng Fang*)
If the patient presents with a rigid, straight posture and walks incessantly, mix blister medication with water and administer while they walk straight. After administration, if the patient collapses and tilts, bury their head in wet soil. Smelling the earth odor will result in recovery. (Ibid.)
