五淋 以白矾为细末，填脐中，滴以井水，通即去。（《同寿 》）

热淋痛甚或不通者 猪胆（一枚）去汁，少许，入麝香（三厘），以阴茎纳其中，外线兜住于内，良久即愈。（《证

热淋不通 田螺（十五个水养），待螺吐出泥，澄去清水，以泥入腻粉（五分）调，涂脐上，尿立通，将螺
放之，如若杀害，则不效。（同上）
遗精治法 每夕临卧时，用丝带将脚大拇指缚结，并花缚各指，总缚左右脚。俱用此法，凡泄精后，切忌解小
便。（《济生方》）
一方，用五倍子研细末，以女儿津调，贴脐内立止。（《种福堂方》）
梦遗 用阔布带将大腿一只，或左或右扣系项，睡醒则解伸，左右更换曲腿，睡自止。（《传家宝》）
肿胀 好轻粉（二钱） 巴豆（四两） 生硫黄（一钱） 研匀成饼，先以新绵铺脐上，次以药饼当脐掩之，
外用帛紧束之。如人行十里许，即下水，待行三五度即去药，以温粥补之。一饼可治三五人。愈后宜淡食，忌油盐，大

蛊胀 活乌背鲫鱼（一尾，重四五两者），愈大愈佳，再用独子肥皂（一个）去子，用壳同全鱼捣烂，团贴脐
上，脐虽平而有纹影者，其气自入。轻者贴一二日，重者贴三五日，才应气蛊下泄，余蛊泻下即愈，是方余蛊皆可用，
惟蜘蛛蛊不用。（同上）

水肿灸法 中脘二七壮，在脐上四寸，上下一寸，居岐骨与脐之分中。又灸水分穴如年壮。在脐上一寸禁刺，
刺之则水尽即死。（《刺灸要诀》）

热淋疼痛剧烈或小便不通者：取一枚猪胆，挤出胆汁少许，加入麝香三厘，将阴茎插入其中，外用线兜住固定在内，许久后即可痊愈。（出自《证治汇补》）
热淋导致小便不通：取十五个用水饲养的田螺，待田螺吐出泥沙，澄清并去掉清水，将螺肉泥与腻粉五分混合调匀，涂抹在肚脐上，小便立即通畅。之后将田螺放生，如果杀害田螺，则疗效不佳。（同上）
遗精治疗方法：每晚临睡前，用丝带将脚大拇指系结，并将花绳绑缚各手指，同时捆绑左右双脚。均使用此法。凡射精后，切忌解小便。（出自《济生方》）
另一方法：用五倍子研成细末，以少女唾液调和，贴敷于肚脐内，立止遗精。（出自《种福堂方》）
梦遗：用宽布带将一条大腿（左腿或右腿均可）扣系在脖子上，睡醒后解开伸展，左右腿交替弯曲腿部睡觉，梦遗自止。（出自《传家宝》）
肿胀：取轻粉二钱、巴豆四两、生硫黄一钱，研磨均匀制成饼状。先在肚脐上铺上新棉，然后将药饼覆盖在肚脐上，外用帛带紧紧束住。如人行走十里路左右的时间，就会排出积水，待排便排尿三五次后去掉药物，用温粥调养身体。一张药饼可治疗三到五人。痊愈后宜清淡饮食，忌食油盐，严禁房事。（出自《病机沙篆》）
肚腹肿胀：将独头大蒜加热去皮，用棉布包裹塞入肛门，变冷即更换。也可治疗关格胀满、大小便不通。（出自《单方全集》）
水肿尿少：将针砂（用醋煮后炒干）、猪苓、生地、龙口（各三钱）研成粉末，用葱汁研磨调和，敷在肚脐中，厚度约一寸，捆扎好等待小便增多为止。每天更换两次，加入甘遂效果更佳。（出自《陆氏积德堂方》）
水气肿：取茧田螺、大蒜、车前子（各等分），煎煮成膏状，敷贴在肚脐上，水液从小便排出，排尽即愈。（出自《宜良李氏刊方》）
浮肿：用冬瓜皮煎汤，洗浴后浮肿立即消退。（同上）
蛊胀：取活乌背鲫鱼一条（重四五两），越大越好；再取一个去子的独子肥皂，用其壳连同整条鱼一起捣烂，团成饼状贴在肚脐上。即使肚脐虽平但有纹影者，药气也能自然进入。轻症贴一二天，重症贴三至五天，才能使气蛊下泄，其余类型的蛊泻下后即愈。此方对各类蛊胀皆可用，唯独蜘蛛蛊不用。（同上）
十种水蛊引起的肿胀、腹部胀满、气喘急促无法入睡：将赤商陆根捣碎，敷贴在肚脐中心，用绢帛固定，病症会随小便排出。（出自《同寿》）
腹皮青色（若不迅速治疗，片刻即死）：胡粉（是锡粉而非铅粉）经盐炒至变色，用来摩擦腹部。（出自《子母秘》）
元戟膏（治疗腹部胀满坚硬如石、阴囊肿大）：取大戟、芫花、甘遂、海藻（各等分），研成粉末，用醋调和，拌和面粉摊在绵纸上，敷贴在肿胀处。患者口咬甘草不超过两三小时，水液即会排出。（出自《济生秘览》）
水肿灸法：灸中脘穴十四壮，该穴位于脐上四寸，上下各一寸，处于歧骨与肚脐之间的中点。另灸水分穴，壮数等于年龄岁数。该穴位于脐上一寸，禁止针刺，针刺则水液排尽人即死亡。（出自《刺灸要诀》）
Five types of Lin syndrome (dysuria): Grind alum into fine powder, fill it into the umbilicus, drip well water onto it, and remove immediately once urination becomes unobstructed. (From *Tong Shou*)
Acute Lin with genital swelling: Take half a jin of scallion mud, heat it by roasting, pound it until soft, and apply it to the umbilicus. (From *Waitai Miyao*)
Dysuria with涩 sensation (astringency/roughness) or white sediment: Cut about one inch of the root part of the red-rooted Lou scallion, place it in the umbilicus, and moxibustion seven moxa cones. (From *Cheng Shi Xu Ji De Fang*)
Gravel Lin (sand-like urine): Decoct Wason (a plant growing on roofs) into a concentrated decoction, fumigate and wash the lower abdomen while hot; obstruction clears after approximately two hours. (From *Jingyan Danfang*)
Heat Lin with severe pain or urinary retention: Take one pig gallbladder, extract a small amount of bile, add three li of Moschus (musk), insert the penis into it, secure it internally with a thread, and leave for a long time until cured. (From *Zhengzui Huibu*)
Heat Lin causing urinary retention: Raise fifteen snails in water until they expel mud, clarify the liquid and discard the clear water, mix the snail mud with five fen of Nifen (calomel), apply to the umbilicus; urination will immediately resume. Release the snails afterwards; if the snails are killed, efficacy is lost. (Ibid.)
Treatment for spermatorrhea: Every night before sleep, tie the big toe with a silk ribbon, bind each finger with floral string, and bind both feet together. Apply this method consistently. After ejaculation, strictly avoid urinating. (From *Jisheng Fang*)
Another prescription: Grind Wu Beizi (Galla Chinensis) into fine powder, mix with saliva from a young girl, and apply to the interior of the umbilicus to stop emission immediately. (From *Zhongfu Tang Fang*)
Nocturnal emission: Tie a wide cloth belt around one thigh (left or right) and loop it around the neck. Untie and stretch upon waking; alternate legs and sleep with knees bent; nocturnal emission will cease. (From *Chuanjia Bao*)
Swelling: Mix Qinfen (calomel) 2 qian, Ba Dou (Crotonis Fructus) 4 liang, and Sheng Liuhuang (native sulfur) 1 qian, grind uniformly into a cake. First, place new cotton wool over the umbilicus, then cover the umbilicus with the medicinal cake, and tightly bind with a cloth band. After walking about ten li, water will be discharged; remove the medicine after three to five bowel movements, and replenish with warm porridge. One cake can treat three to five people. After recovery, maintain a bland diet, avoid salt and oil, and strictly abstain from sexual intercourse. (From *Bingji Shazhuan*)
Abdominal distension and swelling: Roast a single-clove garlic, peel it, wrap in cotton, and insert into the anus; replace when cold. Also treats Guan Ge (obstruction syndrome) with fullness and inability to pass stool or urine. (From *Danfang Quanji*)
Edema with oliguria: Use Zhen Sha (processed with vinegar and dried), Zhu Ling (Polypori Umbellati Sclerotium), Sheng Di Huang (Rehmanniae Radix), and Long Kou (each 3 qian). Grind into powder, mix with scallion juice, apply to the umbilicus to a thickness of about one inch, bind securely, and wait until urine volume increases. Change twice daily; adding Gan Sui (Kansui Radix) is even better. (From *Lu Shi Jide Tang Fang*)
Water Qi edema: Use Jian Tian Luo (snail shell/slug residue), Da Suan (garlic), and Che Qian Zi (Plantaginis Semen) in equal parts. Decoct into a paste, apply to the umbilicus; water exits via urine, and cure is achieved when discharge ceases. (From *Yiliang Li Shi Kan Fang*)
Generalized edema: Decoct Dong Gua Pi (winter melon peel) in water, bathe; edema disappears immediately. (Ibid.)
Gu Zhang (abdominal distension due to parasites/toxins): Take one live black-backed crucian carp (weighing 4-5 liang, larger is better). Take one soap nut without seeds, crush the shell together with the whole fish into a paste, and apply to the umbilicus. Even if the umbilicus is flat but has visible patterns, the qi enters naturally. For mild cases, apply for 1-2 days; for severe cases, 3-5 days, until the Gu qi is expelled through stool. This formula applies to all types of Gu except Spider Gu. (Ibid.)
Ten types of Water Gu causing edema, abdominal fullness, panting, and insomnia: Crush Chi Shang Lu Gen (Phytolaccae Radix), apply to the center of the umbilicus, bind with silk cloth; the disease exits via urine. (From *Tong Shou*)
Bluish-green abdominal skin (death ensues quickly if not treated urgently): Hu Fen (tin powder, not lead powder) fried with salt until color changes, rub onto the abdomen. (From *Zimu Mi*)
Yuan Ji Gao (treats abdominal fullness hard as stone, scrotal swelling): Take Da Ji (Euphorbiae Pekinensis Radix), Yuan Hua (Genkwa Flos), Gan Sui (Kansui Radix), and Hai Zao (Sargassum) in equal parts. Grind into powder, mix with vinegar and flour, spread on cotton paper, and apply to the swollen area. The patient chews Licorice Root (Gan Cao); within two to three hours, water will be discharged. Moxibustion for edema: Moxibustion Zhong Wan (CV12) fourteen cones. Location: four cun above the umbilicus, centered between the xiphoid process and the umbilicus. Also moxa Shui Fen (CV9) according to the patient's age in years. Location: one cun above the umbilicus. Puncture is prohibited here; puncturing leads to death as fluids are exhausted.
