西凉岭南一带。常有其患。入咽欲死之急症。
马兜铃苗（二两） 为末。温水调服即愈。
菌毒 笑不止及腹痛。
地浆水饮之即愈。 或嚼金银花不吐自愈。 或干花煎浓汁饮。

取人粪汁。或白鸭白鹅。断头滴血入口中。或羊血灌之亦好。或葱汁或甘葛汁。或鹅蛋

黄连甘草汤。或单用大甘草煎服亦效。如渴切勿饮水。（饮则难治）
生大黄（二两） 捣碎。生腐浆一碗。同捣数十下。服后泻数通。再用生甘草汁一碗冷

饮用“地浆水”（挖取地下深层泥土加水搅拌沉淀后的澄清液）即可痊愈。或者咀嚼金银花，不呕吐也能自愈。或者将干金银花煎煮成浓汁服用。

凡中砒霜毒：心腹绞痛，想吐却吐不出来，面色青紫，四肢冰冷。
防风（四两），煎汤服用，即可解毒。柏树叶捣烂，冲入生白酒饮用，即可解毒。杨梅树皮煎汤，喝两三碗。干葛粉，用井水调服。
凡是中了这种毒：口渴，面部发红，五心烦热（手心、脚心及心胸烦热），腹泻痢疾不止。
喝一碗冷粥，服用后症状即止。
锅盖上凝结的水汽半钟量，灌下即可苏醒。
杏仁（二两），带皮研细，用热汤拌匀，分三次服用。泻下后即可痊愈。
黄连甘草汤，或者单用大甘草煎服也有效。如果口渴，千万不要喝水。（喝水则难以治疗）
生大黄（二两），捣碎，与一碗生豆浆同捣数十次，服用后大便通畅数次，再用生甘草汁一碗冷服，以解余毒。
灌入生豆腐浆。或者将黄豆放入水中捣汁灌服。或者灌入肥皂水。或者灌入羊血，立即痊愈。
芫荽根（香菜根）捣汁半升，和酒服用，立竿见影。
玳瑁磨成浓汁，服用一盏即可消散毒性。
凡是中毒者，可以用白矾试尝，味道甘甜而不涩口；再嚼黑豆，没有腥味即是中毒。急忙取石榴，朝东生长的根部皮，煎煮浓汁。
急忙取鸭子的热血，灌入喉咙即可救活。（此方也能解河豚毒）

都用半夏研成细末，用冷水调和成丸，如小豆大小塞入鼻孔中。并用干燥的粉末吹入耳内。只要心脏部位还有温度，即使死了一天也有可能救活。
此法也可用于灸疗。
In the regions of Xiliang and Lingnan, such cases are common. This is an extremely critical condition where poison enters the throat, causing imminent death.
*Adenophorae Herba* (Radix et Rhizoma Adenophorae) seedlings (2 liang), ground into powder, taken with warm water leads to recovery.
**Fungal Poison**: Manifests as uncontrollable laughter and abdominal pain.
Drinking *Di Jiang Shui* (water from deep soil) leads to recovery. Alternatively, chewing *Jinyinhua* (Lonicerae Japonicae Flos) stops vomiting and leads to self-healing. Or, decoct dried flowers into a concentrated juice and drink it.
Commonly known as *Duanchang Cao* (Gelsemii Radix / Gelsemium elegans).
Take human fecal juice, or slaughter a white duck or goose, cut off the head, and drip blood into the mouth.灌ing sheep blood is also effective. Alternatively, use scallion juice, *Gan Ge* juice (Puerariae Lobatae Radix juice), or egg white, all of which can detoxify.
**Arsenic Poison**: Severe cramping pain in the heart and abdomen, desire to vomit but unable to do so, cyanotic complexion, cold limbs.
*Fangfeng* (Saposhnikoviae Radix) (4 liang), decocted in water and taken, resolves the toxicity. *Baiye* (Cupressi Cacumen) leaves mashed and mixed with raw baijiu (Chinese liquor) and drunk resolves the toxicity. Decoct *Yangmei* bark (Myrti Fructus Cortex) and drink two to three bowls. *Gan Ge* powder (Puerariae Lobatae Radix powder) mixed well water and taken.
For those poisoned by this substance: Thirst, red face, five-palm heat (heat in palms, soles, and chest), continuous diarrhea and dysentery.
Drink one bowl of cold porridge; symptoms stop immediately after ingestion.
Half a cup of condensed steam from the pot lid, poured down, restores consciousness.
*Xingren* (Armeniacae Semen Amarum) (2 liang), ground fine with skin, mixed evenly with hot water, taken in three doses. Recovery occurs after purgation.
*Huanglian Gancao Tang* (Coptidis and Glycyrrhizae Decoction), or using only large *Gancao* (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) decocted and taken is also effective. If thirsty, do not drink water. (Drinking makes it difficult to treat).
*Sheng Dahuang* (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) (2 liang), crushed, mixed with one bowl of raw soybean milk and pounded dozens of times. After taking, defecate several times, then drink one bowl of raw *Gancao* juice cold to resolve residual toxins.
Pour in raw tofu slurry. Or crush soybeans in water to make juice and pour in. Or pour in soap water. Or pour in sheep blood for immediate recovery.
*Yanxi* root (Coriandri Sativi Radix) mashed to make half a sheng of juice, mixed with wine and taken works instantly.
*Daimao* (Echinoplacenta) ground into thick juice, one cup taken dissolves the toxin.
For anyone poisoned, taste with *Baifan* (Alumen); if sweet and not astringent, and chewing black beans does not taste fishy, it confirms poisoning. Immediately take pomegranate bark from roots facing east, decoct into a concentrated liquid.
Immediately take fresh duck blood and pour into the throat to revive. (This formula also antidotes Pufferfish poison).

All treated by grinding *Banxia* (Pinelliae Rhizoma) into fine powder, mixing with cold water to form pills the size of small beans, inserting into the nostrils. Also blow dry powder into the ears. If the heart area is still warm, even if dead for one day, there is still hope for life.
Moxibustion can also be used.

Anyone whose heart remains warm can be rescued.
Raw *Banxia* powder blown into the nose can bring back life. Another method uses *Zaojiao* (Gleditsiae Sinensis Spina) powder blown into the nose and ears to revive.
