棉花子（炒黑） 去壳研末。米糊为丸。每服三钱。赤带用沙糖汤下。白带用白糖汤下。
又方
黄狗头骨一具。烧灰存性。每服三钱。服完即愈。

藕节（八两）、赤茯苓、白茯苓、赤茯神、白茯神、柏子仁（去油）、益智仁（盐水炒），各一两。研为细末，用金樱膏制成丸药，如梧桐子大小。每次服用三钱，用清汤送下。药吃完病即愈。
棉花子（炒黑），去壳研末，用米糊制成丸药。每次服用三钱。赤带者用红糖汤送下，白带者用白糖汤送下。
又一方：
黄狗头骨一具，烧成灰但保留药性。每次服用三钱，服完即愈。
藕节（八两）、芡实（二两）、白茯苓（一两）、白茯神（一两）、山药（三两）、莲须（一两五钱）。
以上药物研为细末，制成膏丸。服药完毕病即愈。
又一方：
同时治疗遗精。
赤茯苓和白茯苓（各四两）、赤茯神和白茯神（各四两）、柏子仁（五钱）、益智仁（五钱）。
共同研为细末，用米糊制成丸药，如梧桐子大小。每早晨用陈酒或清汤送服。
Take one chicken. Those with black bones and white feathers are preferred. If unavailable, a three-year-old castrated rooster may also be used.
Motherwort Herba (Yimucao), one jin. (Divide into four parts: one part decocted with wine, one part with vinegar, and one part with ginger.)
For pregnant women suffering from Cold Damage (Shanghan) who are at risk of miscarriage, take a piece of Zaoxin Tu (Furnace Heart Earth) located directly beneath the center of the cooking pot, grind it into powder, mix with warm water to form a paste, and apply it to the umbilicus. Change once daily.
Bombyx Batryticatus (Can Sha), four liang, stir-fried until yellow. Place into one hu of ash-free wine, boil in a clay pot for two or three boils, then remove. Store in a porcelain vessel, filter out the sand, and drink the wine.
Crushed juice of Chinese Chive Rhizome et Folium (Jiucai), one zhan, mixed with half a zhan of child's urine. Heat and administer orally; this will stop bleeding immediately.
Deer Antler Cornu Cervi (Lujiao), burnt to ash and ground into powder. Take two qian each morning, mixed with wine. Recovery occurs within one or two doses.
Another prescription:
Lotus Node Rhizoma (Oujie), eight liang; Red Poria Sclerotium (Chifuling); White Poria Sclerotium (Baifuling); Red Poria with Hostwood (Chifushen); White Poria with Hostwood (Baifushen); Biota Seed Semen (Baiziren), oil removed; Alpinia Oxyphylla Fructus (Yizhiren), stir-fried with salt water. Each ingredient is one liang. Grind into powder, form pills using Crataegus Pinnatifida Extract (Jinying Gao), size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take three qian per dose, washed down with clear soup. The illness is cured upon completion of the medication.
Cottonseed Semen Gossypii Herbacei (Mianhua Zi), stir-fried until black, shell removed, and ground into powder. Form pills using rice paste. Take three qian per dose. For red leukorrhea, wash down with brown sugar soup; for white leukorrhea, wash down with white sugar soup.
Another prescription:
Yellow Dog Skull Os Canis Flavum (Hugoutougu), burnt to ash but retaining its medicinal nature. Take three qian per dose. The illness is cured upon completion of the dose.
Lotus Node Rhizoma (Oujie), eight liang; Euryale Seed Semen (Qianshi), two liang; White Poria Sclerotium (Baifuling), one liang; White Poria with Hostwood (Baifushen), one liang; Dioscorea Rhizoma (Shanyao), three liang; Lotus Stamen Nelumbinis (Lianxu), five qian.
Grind the above herbs into powder, form pills using an ointment base. The illness is cured upon completion of the medication.
Another prescription:
Also treats spermatorrhea.
Red and White Poria Sclerotia (Chibaifuling), four liang each; Red and White Poria with Hostwood (Chibaifushen), four liang each; Biota Seed Semen (Baiziren), five qian; Alpinia Oxyphylla Fructus (Yizhiren), five qian.
Grind together into powder, form pills using rice paste, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take each morning, washed down with aged wine or clear soup.
Plantago Seed Plantaginis (Cheqianzi), two qian; Malva Root Radix Malvae (Kuigen), one qian.
Decoct in water and take frequently for efficacy. Another method: Decoct white lotus flowers in water and drink; recovery is immediate.
Crushed juice of Plantago Herb (Cheqiancao), half a bowl, mixed with one liang of honey, suspended in a well to cool. Take warm at the fifth watch (early morning) for efficacy. For white strangury, omit honey and add one liang of rock sugar.
