荔枝全用五六枚。捣烂。滚火酒冲。纸盖片刻。饮之立愈。
胡椒（一两）为末。面打浓糊。离火搅入椒末。摊成膏。贴阴子患处。一时小便如涌。
贴一日去膏即愈。
治小肠气痛。绕脐冲心。
连蒂老丝瓜烧存性。研末。每服三钱。热酒调下。甚者不过二三服即消。

共为末。蜜饭丸。如豆大。好酒下十五丸。空心服。不论撞上坠下。服之除根。（狐疝

在两脚大拇指甲下骨节上艾灸。用独头蒜切片。瓜子浓七片。黄豆大艾七壮。两脚齐灸

（疝气分为五种：寒疝、热疝、气疝、血疝、湿疝；此外还有房劳所致疝、气滞所致疝、木肾、筋疝、狐疝等，表现各异，需选择相应方法治疗。）
取荔枝全果五六枚。捣烂。用滚开的火酒冲服。用纸盖住片刻。饮下后立即痊愈。
胡椒（一两）研成粉末。用面粉调成浓糊。离火后搅拌加入胡椒末。摊成膏状。贴敷于阴部患处。一小时后小便如涌出般通畅。
贴敷一天后去掉药膏即痊愈。
治疗小肠气痛，疼痛环绕肚脐并上冲心胸。
带蒂的老丝瓜烧至存性（保留药性），研成粉末。每次服用三钱。用热酒调服。病情严重者不过两三次服用即可消除。
（无论老少、新病久病均有效。）

用酒煮。露天放置一夜。次日空腹温服。

取一个多年的香橼切碎。取雄猪膀胱，洗净后装入药物扎紧。用好酒四五斤，煮烂后捣碎制成面糊丸。大小如梧桐子。
用酒送服。
硫黄 荔枝核 陈皮
共同研成粉末。用蜜和饭制成丸药，大小如豆粒。用好酒送服十五丸。空腹服用。无论疝气发作时气上冲或下坠，服用此方可除根。（狐疝不适用此法）
在两脚大拇指甲下骨节处施灸。用独头蒜切片。每穴贴七片瓜子大小的蒜片。每穴施艾炷七壮。双脚同时施灸，共两次。
Treats Lin syndrome (dysuria with frequent, urgent, and painful urination) caused by damp-heat and kidney deficiency.
Baizhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma, 1 liang), Duzhong (Eucommiae Cortex, unspecified amount), Fuling (Poria, 5 qian each), Cao [likely referring to a specific herb omitted or typo in original, contextually often associated with clearing heat/dampness, but kept as 'Cao' per instruction], Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex, 1 qian), Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex, 5 fen), Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex, 0.5 fen).
Decoct in water and take orally. Cured after 3–5 doses.
Treats Lin syndrome caused by liver-gallbladder deficiency and invasion of dampness.
Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix, 2 qian each), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix, 2 qian each), Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba, 5 qian each), Cheqian (Plantaginis Semen, 5 qian each), Fushen (Poria with Hostwood, 3 qian each), Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma, 3 qian each), Zhizi (Gardeniae Fructus, 3 qian each), Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma, 3 qian each).
Decoct in water and take orally. Cured after 3 doses.
(Hernia is categorized into five types: Cold Hernia, Heat Hernia, Qi Hernia, Blood Hernia, and Damp Hernia. Additionally, there are hernias due to sexual exhaustion, qi stagnation, "Wood Kidney" (hardening of the testicle), Sinew Hernia, and Fox Hernia. Their manifestations vary; select treatment accordingly.)
Take 5–6 whole lychees. Mash them thoroughly. Mix with boiling Huojiu (fire wine/spirits). Cover with paper for a moment. Drink immediately; cured instantly.
Grind 1 liang of Hujiao (Piperis Longi Fructus) into powder. Make a thick paste with wheat flour. Remove from heat, stir in the pepper powder, and spread into a plaster. Apply to the affected area of the scrotum. After one hour, urination becomes profuse like a gushing spring.
Remove the plaster after one day; cured.
Treats Xiao Chang Qi Tong (Small Intestine Qi Pain), where pain surrounds the umbilicus and rushes upward to the heart/chest.
Burn Lao Si Gua (Luffae Fructus Retinervus) with its stem until carbonized (preserving its nature), grind into powder. Take 3 qian per dose, mixed with hot wine. For severe cases, it resolves within 2–3 doses.
(Effective regardless of age or whether the condition is new or chronic.)
Extract juice from Han Lian Cao (Ecliptae Herba), one cup. Mix evenly with Huangjiu (yellow wine). Heat thoroughly and drink in one go; immediate effect.
Another prescription:
Xiao Hui (Foeniculi Fructus, 1 qian), Lizhi He (Litchi Seed, crushed), Ju He (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride, crushed).
Decoct in wine. Leave exposed to the air overnight. The next day, take warm on an empty stomach.
Chenxiang (Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum), Zisu (Perillae Folium), Sumu (Sappan Lignum), Nanting (Arisaematis Rhizoma Praeparatum, 5 qian each).
Take one aged Xiangyuan (Cydoniae Fructus), chop finely. Take a male pig bladder, wash clean, insert the herbs inside, and tie tightly. Decoct in 4–5 jin of good wine until soft. Mash and mix with flour paste to make pills, size of tung tree seeds.
Take with wine.
Liuhuang (Sulfur), Lizhi He (Litchi Seed), Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium).
Grind all into powder. Form pills with honey and rice paste, size of beans. Take 15 pills with good wine on an empty stomach. Effective for hernia attacks involving rising or sinking sensations; cures the root cause. (Not applicable to Fox Hernia).
Apply moxibustion at the acupoints located on the bone joints below the toenails of both big toes. Place slices of Dutou Suan (single-clove garlic) on the points. Apply seven slices of garlic the size of melon seeds per point. Perform seven moxa cones per point. Moxibustion should be applied simultaneously to both feet, twice in total.
