共为末。用饭捣丸锭子。插入管内。数日后其管随药而出。不疼自然生肌。不用收口药。

冬青子（四两） 雨前茶（四两） 青黛（一种由马蓝、蓼蓝等植物叶片制成的蓝色染料，此处指其粉末） 象牙末（四两） 刺皮（经瓦片焙干） 蝉蜕（焙干） 各研为细末。取黄雄狗的一条肠子，煮烂后捣匀，与药末混合制成丸剂。每日清晨用酒送服三到五钱。
独核肥皂（一个，放入沙锅中，以火炙烤，盖严，以烤脆为度） 刺皮（两个，放入砂罐内，盖严，周围密封） 炭火 上药研为细末。用飞面（精细面粉）调糊制成丸剂。空腹服用三十丸。服完即痊愈。
熊胆（二分） 石蟹 胡连（胡黄连的简称） 明雄黄（各五分） 冰片（七厘） 三七（三分） 炉甘石（一钱） 如瘙痒严重，加枯矾，共研为细末。装入磁罐中塞紧瓶口。先将痔疮部位润湿，敷上少许药粉，不可多用。多敷几次效果更佳。每晚用瓦松七枝、皮硝一钱，煎汤洗净患处，再敷药便妙。
兼治脱肛，立竿见影。核桃（一个），去掉内部果肉，填入五倍子末，合好并用线扎紧。外用黄泥加盐调和，包裹住核桃，在炭火中煨过。至烟尽为止。
治疗痔漏脓血淋漓不止。人参（一两五钱） 鹿角尖（炙脆八两） 龟板（四两，炙） 象牙屑（二两） 白术 茯苓（各一两，共六两） 露蜂房（炙） 上药研为细末。炼蜜一斤，加入白蜡二两、黄蜡八两，调入药末，千锤百炼制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。早晚各用酒送服一百丸。
白梅花肉（泡淡五钱） 红花（二两） 苍术（二两） 生地（生地黄，一两五钱） 当归（二两） 核桃白肉 放入老酒一斗中，浸泡七日。服药时送服，也可以单独饮用。
象牙末 万年冰（即粪窖中年久积累的砖垢，各五钱） 青盐 轻粉（各三钱） 密陀僧（一钱） 共研为细末。用米饭捣烂制成锭子。插入瘘管内。数日后，瘘管会随药物排出，不疼痛且自然生肌愈合。无需使用收敛伤口药物。

Qingqingzi (Fructus Aquifolii, 4 liang), Yuqiancha (Pre-Rain Tea, 4 liang), Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis, 4 liang), Xiangya Mo (Powdered Ivory, 4 liang), Cipi (Cortex Zanthoxyli, baked dry on tiles), Chantui (Periostracum Cicadae, roasted). Grind all into fine powder. Take one intestine from a yellow male dog, boil until soft, mash evenly, and mix with the powder to form pills. Take three to five qian each morning, delivered with wine.
Duhe Feizao (One soap nut, roasted in a clay pot over fire, covered tightly until crisp), Cipi (Two pieces of Cortex Zanthoxyli, placed in a sand jar, covered tightly and sealed around the edges). Roast over charcoal fire. Grind the above herbs into fine powder. Use refined flour paste to form pills. Take thirty pills on an empty stomach. Complete course leads to full recovery.
Xiongdan (Bear Bile, 2 fen), Shixie (Shixie, 5 fen), Hulian (Rhizoma Picrorhizae, 5 fen), Ming Xionghuang (Realgar, 5 fen), Bingpian (Borneol, 7 li), Sanqi (Radix Notoginseng, 3 fen), Luganshi (Calamina, 1 qian). If itching is severe, add Kufan (Alumen Exsiccatum), grind all into fine powder. Store in a porcelain jar with a tight seal. Moisten the hemorrhoid area first, apply a small amount of powder; do not use too much. Applying multiple times is advisable. Every night, decoct Qisong (Tremella Fuciformis growing on tiles, 7 branches) and Pinxiao (Mirabilite, 1 qian) in water to wash the area clean, then apply the medicine for best results.
Also treats rectal prolapse with immediate effect. Take one walnut, remove the kernel, fill with powder of Wubeizi (Galla Chinensis), close it up and tie tightly with thread. Wrap externally with mud mixed with salt. Roast in charcoal fire until smoke ceases.
Treats hemorrhoidal fistula with continuous discharge of pus and blood. Renshen (Radix Ginseng, 1.5 liang), Lujiaojian (Horn Tip of Cervus nippon, roasted crisp, 8 liang), Guiban (Carapax et Plastrum Testudinis, roasted, 4 liang), Xiangyaxie (Ivory Chips, 2 liang), Baizhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, 1 liang), Fuling (Poria, 1 liang; total 6 liang), Lubifang (Nidus Vespae, roasted). Grind all into fine powder. Refine honey (1 jin), add Baisha (White Beeswax, 2 liang) and Huangsha (Yellow Beeswax, 8 liang), mix in the herb powder, beat thoroughly to form pills the size of tung tree seeds. Take one hundred pills morning and evening, delivered with medicinal wine.
Baimei Hua Rou (White Plum Blossom Petals, soaked and diluted, 5 qian), Honghua (Flos Carthami, 2 liang), Cangzhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis, 2 liang), Shengdi (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, 1.5 liang), Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis, 2 liang), Hetao Bairou (Inner Membrane of Walnut Kernel). Soak in one dou of aged wine for seven days. Take with the medicine, or drink alone.
Xiangya Mo (Powdered Ivory, 5 qian), Wannianbing (Brick scum from old cesspools, 5 qing), Qingyan (Halitum, 3 qian), Qingfen (Calomel, 3 qian), Mituoseng (Litharge, 1 qian). Grind all into fine powder. Pound with cooked rice to form suppositories/inserts. Insert into the fistula tract. After several days, the tract will be expelled with the medicine without pain, and muscle tissue will regenerate naturally. No astringent wound-healing agents are needed.
