钱） 参三七（二钱） 乳香 没药（去油，二钱） 麝香（一分） 共为细末，敷之即生。
凡破伤不论新久，敷之极效。
制甘石（一两） 寒水石（三钱） 月石飞（三钱） 乳香 没药（去油，一钱五分） 大黄
（六钱） 蓖麻子（去油，八钱） 原寸（二分） 梅冰（三分） 共研细末，加红升丹三分，同
研匀。如伤红肿，去升丹，加小赤豆，研末少许。
此散去瘀，搜脓生肌。盖先去瘀则肉自生也。
木香 轻粉（各一钱） 黄丹 枯矾（各五钱） 共为细末，以腊月猪胆汁和匀，仍装入
胆内，悬挂一百日，阴干，再研细用。
止血生肌。
石膏（五两） 淡黄丹 乳香（去油） 没药（去油，各五钱） 共为细末。夏令加冰片
少许。
服药也。
毛竹节 地龙 桑寄生 龙胆草 香丝藤皮 麻根（各等分） 为末。酒冲服。
夏天用方。

治溃烂，红热肿痛、有腐肉者。

制甘石（一两） 寒水石（三钱） 月石飞（即煅芒硝，三钱） 乳香 没药（去除油脂，一钱五分） 大黄（六钱） 蓖麻子（去除油脂，八钱） 原寸（即砒霜，二分） 梅冰（即冰片，三分） 以上药材共同研磨成细末，加入红升丹三分，一同研磨均匀。如果伤口红肿，去掉升丹，加入少量小赤豆研成的粉末。
这个方剂的作用是祛除瘀血、提取脓液并促进肌肉生长。大概是因为先祛除了瘀血，肌肉自然就会生长。

Sheng Ganshi (Calcined Calamine, 1 liang) Longgu (Fossilized Bones, 1 liang) Xiangpi (Elephant Skin, stir-fried with soil, 1 liang) Huaruishi (Flower Porphyry Stone, 1 liang) Dibiechong (Ground Beetle, 3 qian) Shen Sanqi (Panax Notoginseng, 2 qian) Ruxiang (Frankincense) Moyao (Myrrh, de-oiled, 2 qian) Shexiang (Musk, 1 fen) Grind all into fine powder and apply to the wound to promote healing.
For any open trauma, whether new or old, application of this medicine is extremely effective.
Zhi Ganshi (Prepared Calamine, 1 liang) Hanshuishi (Cold Water Stone, 3 qian) Yueshi Fei (Calcined Natrium Sulfate, 3 qian) Ruxiang (Frankincense) Moyao (Myrrh, de-oiled, 1.5 qian) Dahuang (Rhubarb Root, 6 qian) Bimazi (Castor Seed, de-oiled, 8 qian) Yuancun (Arsenic Trioxide, 2 fen) Meibing (Borneol, 3 fen) Grind all into fine powder, add Hongshengdan (Red Sublimate, 3 fen), and grind together uniformly. If the wound is red and swollen, remove Hongshengdan and add a small amount of powder made from Xiaochidou (Adzuki Bean).
This formula removes blood stasis, extracts pus, and generates flesh. The rationale is that once blood stasis is removed, flesh will naturally regenerate.
Muxiang (Costus Root) Qingfen (Calomel, each 1 qian) Huangdan (Litharge) Kufan (Burnt Alum, each 5 qian) Grind all into fine powder, mix evenly with pig bile from the twelfth lunar month, place back into the gallbladder, hang for one hundred days, dry in the shade, and then grind finely for use.
Stops bleeding and generates flesh.

Sheng Shigao (Raw Gypsum Fibrosum, 1 liang, ground into powder and levigated seven times using Licorice Decoction to reduce its cold nature) Chensha (Cinnabar, 3 qian) Bingpian (Borneol, 2 fen) Pengsha (Borax, 5 qian) Grind all into powder and sprinkle on the affected area.
