各等分为末，诃子煎汤送下。
治男妇常用。
石决明 细辛 荆芥 龙胆草 车前子 木贼（各二两） 谷精草（四两） 甘草 白花蛇 苍术（四两、米泔水
浸）
各等分，为末，每服二三钱，清米汤送下。
治赤肿翳膜。
黄连（五钱） 黄芩（一两） 大黄（三两）
上为末，蜜丸，每服五十丸，茶清送下。
密蒙花（二两） 决明子 黄连 青葙子 车前子（一两） 羚羊角（一两）
上为末，以羊肝擂烂为丸，每服三五十丸，荆芥煎汤送下。
治眼生白障，翳膜，赤脉通睛。
大黄 当归（酒浸） 甘草 生地黄（二两）
上为末，炼蜜丸绿豆大、灯心、淡竹叶煎汤，食后服。
生地黄（一两） 寒水石（五钱） 黄连 黄柏（一两）
上为末，用生地黄汁，调成饼子，贴太阳上，其肿即退。
治三焦热结，眼赤肿，大便闭结。
大黄（煨热） 大腹皮 黄柏 巴豆（五粒，去壳膜）
上为末，糊丸如梧桐子大，五更茶清送下。
石决明（一两）、草决明、羌活、木贼（五钱）、青葙子、当归、栀子、大黄、赤芍药、荆芥，各等分为末，用诃子煎汤送服。
治疗男女常用眼疾。
石决明、细辛、荆芥、龙胆草、车前子、木贼（各二两）、谷精草（四两）、甘草、白花蛇、苍术（四两，用米泔水浸泡），各等分，研为末，每次服用二三钱，用清米汤送服。
治疗眼睛红肿、翳膜。
黄连（五钱）、黄芩（一两）、大黄（三两），以上药材研为末，炼蜜为丸，每次服用五十丸，用茶清送服。
密蒙花（二两）、决明子、黄连、青葙子、车前子（一两）、羚羊角（一两），以上药材研为末，用羊肝捣烂制成丸剂，每次服用三五十丸，用荆芥煎汤送服。
生地黄、赤芍药、甘草、车前子、川当归，各等分，用水煎煮，饭后服用。
大黄、当归（酒浸）、甘草、生地黄（二两），以上药材研为末，炼蜜制成如绿豆大小的丸剂，用灯心草、淡竹叶煎汤，饭后服用。
生地黄（一两）、寒水石（五钱）、黄连、黄柏（一两），以上药材研为末，用生地黄汁调成饼状，贴敷于太阳穴上，其肿胀即可消退。
Shijueming (Haliotidis Concha, 1 liang), Caojueming (Cassiae Semen, Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Muzei (Equiseti Herba, Qingxiangzi (Celosiae Semen), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Zhizi (Gardeniae Fructus), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Chishao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra), and Jingjie (Schizonepetae Herba) are ground into powder in equal proportions. Take with decoction of Hezi (Terminalia Chebulae Fructus).
For common use by men and women.
Shijueming (Haliotidis Concha), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Jingjie (Schizonepetae Herba), Longdancao (Gentianae Radix), Cheqianzi (Plantaginis Semen), Muzei (Equiseti Herba) (each 2 liang), Gujingcao (Buckwheat Flower), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Baihuashe (Agkistrodon), Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma, 4 liang, soaked in rice water) are ground into powder in equal proportions. Take 2-3 qian each time with clear rice soup.
For redness, swelling, and pterygium.
Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma, 5 qian), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix, 1 liang), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, 3 liang) are ground into powder. Form pills with honey. Take 50 pills each time with tea infusion.
Mimenghua (Buddlejae Flos, 2 liang), Juemingzi (Cassiae Semen), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Qingxiangzi (Celosiae Semen), Cheqianzi (Plantaginis Semen, 1 liang), Lingyangjiao (Saigae Tataricae Cornu, 1 liang) are ground into powder. Mix with mashed sheep liver to form pills. Take 30-50 pills each time with decoction of Jingjie (Schizonepetae Herba).
Shengdihuang (Rehmanniae Radix), Chishao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Cheqianzi (Plantaginis Semen), Chuandanggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) are used in equal proportions. Decoct in water and take after meals.
For leukocoria, pterygium, and hyperemia extending into the eye.
Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, soaked in wine), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Shengdihuang (Rehmanniae Radix, 2 liang) are ground into powder. Form pills with refined honey, sized like mung beans. Take after meals with decoction of Dengxincao (Junci Medulla) and Danzhuye (Phyllostachys Viridiflora Folium).
Shengdihuang (Rehmanniae Radix, 1 liang), Hanshuishi (Aragonitum, 5 qian), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex, 1 liang) are ground into powder. Mix with juice of fresh Shengdihuang (Rehmanniae Radix) to form cakes. Apply to Taiyang acupoint (Ex-HN5). The swelling will subside immediately.
Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba), Qinpi (Fraxini Cortex) are decocted in water. Strain the dregs, add honey, and simmer again.
For heat accumulation in the Sanjiao (Triple Burner), red and swollen eyes, and constipation.
Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, stir-baked until hot), Dafupi (Arecae Pericarpium), Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex), Badou (Crotonis Fructus, 5 seeds, shell and membrane removed) are ground into powder. Form pills with paste, sized like Sophora seeds. Take at dawn (Wugeng) with tea infusion.
Jingjie (Schizonepetae Herba), Manjingzi (Viticis Semen), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Niubangzi (Arctii Fructus), Zhizi (Gardeniae Fructus, 3 liang), Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba), Kuzhuye (Bitter Bamboo Leaf, 5 qian) are decocted in water and taken orally.
