上各等分，为末，蜜丸，枸杞子煎汤送下。
治丁翳经年。

上为末，蜜丸，米汤下。

上各七钱，为末，蜜丸，每服五十丸，菖蒲汤送下。

治疗成人、儿童及妇女因风热之邪侵袭，气机上攻于眼，导致视物昏暗、眼部红涩，眼睑长出赘肉（胬肉），生疮，角膜云翳膜状物，长期患有偏头痛或正头痛，目小流泪，常夹杂脑风引起的疼痛，眼前经常看到黑花飞舞的症状。
天麻、胆南星、川芎、旋复花、藁本、羌活、青皮、黑牵牛子。
以上药材各取等量，研成细末，用生姜汁作为粘合剂制成丸药，每次服用三十丸，用盐汤送服。
治疗肾虚导致的视力多昏花，视物不清。
菟丝子（酒浸渍，二两）、肉苁蓉（一两）、五味子、车前子（二两）、肉桂、苍术（五钱）、干姜（炮制）、磁石（一两，煮后煨制）。
以上药材研成细末，用蜂蜜制成如梧桐子大小的丸药，用盐汤送服。
巴戟天、山药、青盐、补骨脂、小茴香、牡丹皮（五钱）、肉苁蓉、枸杞子（五两）。
以上药材研成细末，用蜂蜜制成丸药，每次服用三十丸，空腹时用盐汤送服。
石菖蒲、枸杞子（五钱）、甘草、朱砂（一两）、远志（一钱）、茯神（一两）、麦门冬（一两）。
以上药材研成细末，用蜂蜜制成丸药，用灯芯草煎汤送服。

以上药材各取等量，研成细末，用蜂蜜制成丸药，用枸杞子煎汤送服。
治疗角膜云翳经久不愈。
远志、人参、白茯苓、柏子仁、细辛（五钱）、益母草子、草决明（二钱）、车前子。
以上药材研成细末，用蜂蜜制成丸药，用米汤送服。
仁斋说此方能清心益肝，明目退翳。
人参、芦荟（研磨）、茯苓、琥珀（研磨）、蔓荆子（各五钱）、川芎、生地黄、熟地黄（清洗，焙干）、蝉蜕（洗净，二两）、益母草子、细辛、车前子、白蒺藜、远志（水浸渍，去心，晒干，姜汁拌炒至焦）。
以上药材各取七钱，研成细末，用蜂蜜制成丸药，每次服用五十丸，用石菖蒲煎汤送服。

Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong), Dandelion Flower (Juhua), Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao), Prunella Vulgaris Spica (Xiakucao), Cyperus Rotundus Rhizome (Xiangfuzi), Schisandra Chinensis Fruit (Wuweizi).
Take equal parts of the above herbs, grind into fine powder, use crushed scallion white juice as a binder to make pills. Take 13 pills per dose, administered with decoction prepared from Juncus effusus (Dengxincao).
Treats adults, children, and women suffering from wind-heat pathogen attacking the eyes due to qi stagnation, resulting in dim vision, redness and dryness of the eyes, growth of fleshy membranes over the cornea (Niru), sores, corneal opacities or membranes, chronic lateral or frontal headaches, tearing with small eye opening, frequent brain-wind associated pain, and persistent floaters (black flowers) in vision.
Gastrodia Elata Rhizome (Tianma), Pinellia Ternata Tuber processed with Alum (Nanxing), Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong), Inula Flower (Xuanjinhua), Ligusticum Wallichii Rhizome (Gabens), Notopterygium Root (Qianghuo), Citrus Aurantium Pericarpium (Qingpi), Black Morning Glory Seed (Heiqianniu).
Take equal parts of the above herbs, grind into fine powder, use fresh ginger juice as a binder to make pills. Take 30 pills per dose, administered with salt water.
Treats blurred vision and unclear sight caused by Kidney deficiency.
Cuscuta Chinensis Seed (Tusizi) soaked in wine (2 liang), Cistanche Deserticola Stem (Roucongrong) (1 liang), Schisandra Chinensis Fruit (Wuweizi), Plantago Asiatica Seed (Cheqianzi) (2 liang), Cinnamon Bark (Rougui), Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Cangzhu) (5 qian), Dried Ginger (Ganjiang) processed, Magnetite (Cishi) (1 liang, boiled and roasted).
Grind the above herbs into powder, mix with honey to make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Administer with salt water.
Morinda Officinalis Root (Baji), Chinese Yam Rhizome (Shanyao), Green Salt (Qingyan), Psoralea Corylifolia Fruit (Poguzhi), Fennel Fruit (Xiaohuixiang), Moutan Cortex (Mudanpi) (5 qian), Cistanche Deserticola Stem (Roucongrong), Goji Berry (Gouqizi) (5 liang).
Grind the above herbs into powder, mix with honey to make pills. Take 30 pills per dose on an empty stomach, administered with salt water.
Acorus Tatarinowii Rhizome (Shichangpu), Goji Berry (Gouqizi) (5 qian), Licorice Root (Gancao), Cinnabar (Chensha) (1 liang), Polygala Tenuifolia Root (Yuanzhi) (1 qian), Poria Cocos (Fushen) (1 liang), Ophiopogon Japonicus Root (Maimendong) (1 liang).
Grind the above herbs into powder, mix with honey to make pills. Administer with decoction prepared from Juncus effusus (Dengxincao).
Anemone Radicle (Baiwei), Saposhnikovia Root (Fangfeng), Notopterygium Root (Qianghuo), Pomegranate Rind (Shiliupi), Tribulus Terrestris Fruit (Bajili), Rehmannia Glutinosa Root (Shengdihuang).
Take equal parts of the above herbs, grind into fine powder, mix with honey to make pills. Administer with decoction prepared from Goji Berry (Gouqizi).
Treats corneal opacity persisting for years.
Polygala Tenuifolia Root (Yuanzhi), Ginseng Root (Renshen), Poria Cocos (Baifuling), Biota Seed (Baiziren), Asarum Root (Xixin) (5 qian), Motherwort Fruit (Chongweizi), Cassia Seed (Caojieming) (2 qian), Plantago Asiatica Seed (Cheqianzi).
Grind the above herbs into powder, mix with honey to make pills. Administer with rice soup.

Ginseng Root (Renshen), Aloe Leaf (Luhui) ground, Poria Cocos (Fuling), Amber (Hupo) ground, Vitex Fruit (Manjingzi) (each 5 qian), Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong), Rehmannia Glutinosa Root (Shengdihuang), Prepared Rehmannia Root (Shudihuang) washed and dried, Cicada Slough (Chantui) cleaned (2 liang), Motherwort Fruit (Chongweizi), Asarum Root (Xixin), Plantago Asiatica Seed (Cheqianzi), Tribulus Terrestris Fruit (Bajili), Polygala Tenuifolia Root (Yuanzhi) soaked in water, dehearted, sun-dried, mixed with ginger juice and roasted until scorched.
Take 7 qian of each herb, grind into fine powder, mix with honey to make pills. Take 50 pills per dose, administered with decoction prepared from Acorus Tatarinowii Rhizome (Changpu).
