上为末，炼蜜成膏，用铜簪点眼。
当归 白芷 肉桂 赤芍药 玄参 大黄 黄芩 香油 生地黄
上为末，每药一两，用油四两，熬成膏点眼。
栝蒌根（六钱） 川芎 当归（五钱） 楮实子（五钱，炒） 川椒（七钱） 甘草（三钱） 蝉蜕（三钱） 黄
连（三钱） 甘菊花（一两） 蔓荆子（二两） 木贼（二两，童便浸一宿，焙） 羌活（一两） 地骨皮（一两）
白蒺藜（五钱） 薄荷（五钱） 荆芥（一两） 密蒙花（一两）
上十七味为末，每丸一钱，食后服；有翳，米泔水下；昏暗者，当归汤下；妇
人血晕者，薄荷当归汤下。忌荤腥、热物、酒面。
夏枯草（一两） 香附（一两） 苍术（二两） 木贼（一两） 白芷（一两） 防风（二两） 细辛（三钱） 赤
芍药（二钱）
上为末，食后服用，砂糖调热水下。
治肝虚肾气不足，常见黑花或生翳障，视物不明，迎风有泪。
车前子（二两） 熟地黄 菟丝子（五两），酒浸，蒸熟，研烂
上为末，蜜丸，每服三十丸，空心茶清送下。
治风气攻注两目，昏暗，多泪羞明，睑生粟米，隐涩难开，或痒或痛，渐生翳障，视物不明，久患偏正头风，牵引
两目细小，赤肿。
密蒙花 菊花 石决明 白蒺藜 羌活 木贼
上各等分，为末，每服一钱，茶清调下。

以上十七味药研为细末，每次服用一钱的药量，饭后服用；若有翳障，用米泔水送服；视物昏暗者，用当归汤送服；妇女血晕者，用薄荷当归汤送服。忌食荤腥、热性食物及酒类面食。
夏枯草（一两）、香附（一两）、苍术（二两）、木贼（一两）、白芷（一两）、防风（二两）、细辛（三钱）、赤芍药（二钱）。
以上药物研为细末，饭后服用，用砂糖调热水送服。

治疗风气攻注双眼，导致视物昏暗，多泪畏光，眼睑生出粟米状颗粒，隐涩难睁，或痒或痛，逐渐生成翳障，视物不明，久患偏正头风，牵引双眼细小、红肿。
密蒙花、菊花、石决明、白蒺藜、羌活、木贼。
以上药物各等分，研为细末，每次服用一钱，用清茶调服。
Nan Boshā (Borax), Bingpian (Borneol, a small amount), Ruiren (Prunus persica Seed, 1 liang, remove skin and tips and oil), Fengmi (Honey, 1 liang).
Grind the above into powder, refine honey to form an ointment, and apply to the eyes using a copper needle.
Danggui (Angelica sinensis Root), Baizhi (Angelica dahurica Root), Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex), Chishao Yao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra), Xuanshen (Scrophulariae Radix), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Xiangyou (Sesame Oil), Shengdihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Recens).
Grind the above into powder. For each herb of 1 liang, use 4 liang of oil, boil down to form an ointment for eye application.
Gualou Gen (Trichosanthis Radix, 6 qian), Chuanxiong (Ligusticum chuanxiong Rhizome), Danggui (Angelica sinensis Root, 5 qian), Chushizi (Broussonetia papyrifera Fruit, 5 qian, stir-fried), Chuanjiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium, 7 qian), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, 3 qian), Chantui (Cryptotympanae Perga, 3 qian), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma, 3 qian), Gan Juhua (Chrysanthemi Flos, 1 liang), Manjingzi (Viticis Semen, 2 liang), Muzei (Equiseti Herba, 2 liang, soaked in child's urine overnight, then dried), Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix, 1 liang), Digupi (Phellodendri Cortex, 1 liang), Baijili (Tribuli Fructus, 5 qian), Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba, 5 qian), Jingjie (Schizonepetae Spica, 1 liang), Mimenghua (Glochidion puberum Flower, 1 liang).
Grind the above seventeen herbs into powder. Take 1 qian per pill dose after meals; if nebula is present, take with rice washing water; if vision is dim, take with Danggui Decoction; for women with blood syncope, take with Bohe Danggui Decoction. Avoid meat, fish, hot-natured foods, alcohol, and wheat products.
Xiakucao (Prunellae Spica, 1 liang), Xiangfu (Cyperi Rhizoma, 1 liang), Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma, 2 liang), Muzei (Equiseti Herba, 1 liang), Baizhi (Angelica dahurica Root, 1 liang), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, 2 liang), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma, 3 qian), Chishao Yao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra, 2 qian).
Grind the above into powder, take after meals, mixed with rock sugar and warm water.
Treats liver deficiency and kidney qi insufficiency, commonly presenting with black spots floating in vision or formation of nebula, unclear vision, and tearing upon exposure to wind.
Cheqianzi (Plantaginis Semen, 2 liang), Shudihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata), Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen, 5 liang), soaked in wine, steamed until cooked, and ground into paste.
Grind the above into powder, form pills with honey. Take 30 pills per dose, swallowed with clear tea on an empty stomach.
Treats wind-pathogen attacking both eyes, causing dim vision, excessive tearing, photophobia, millet-like granules forming on eyelids, feeling of foreign body and difficulty opening eyes, itching or pain, gradual formation of nebula, unclear vision, long-standing lateral or frontal headache radiating to the eyes, resulting in small, red, and swollen eyes.
Mimenghua (Glochidion puberum Flower), Juhua (Chrysanthemi Flos), Shijueming (Concha Arcae), Baijili (Tribuli Fructus), Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Muzei (Equiseti Herba).
Take equal parts of the above, grind into powder, take 1 qian per dose, mixed with clear tea.
