答：这是因为产后失血过多，营气和卫气都虚弱，神光（视力功能）随之匮乏，所以出现眼睛昏花。适宜服用菊花散、人参椒红丸、当归活血煎、四物汤。
第五十六问：小儿出生后，未满周岁，双眼红肿溃烂，是什么原因？
答：这是胎毒所致。小儿在出生前，秽浊之气凝结在两目眼睑之间，出生后，洗浴擦拭不干净，残留于眼内，又受到风邪侵袭，所以导致双眼红肿溃烂。适宜服用黄连散、桦皮南星汤。
