治一切恶疮太一膏，李侍郎传，甚妙。
赤芍药 大黄 香白芷 官桂 玄参 当归 生干地黄（各一两）
上件药并锉，先煎清油二斤，令香，候沫尽即入药，煎至黑色，取出不用，将油滤过，
然后入黄丹一
堀窖子埋
摊膏药贴之，温水下一丸；久远瘰 ，摊贴，温水下一丸；诸 疮，盐汤洗贴，酒下一粒；
打扑伤损，摊贴，橘皮汤下一粒；腰膝疼痛，盐汤下一粒；妇人血气，木通，甘草汤下一粒；
赤白带下，酒
肿，绵裹一粒含化；一切风劳病，柴胡汤下一粒；一切疮疖并肿痛疮，及诸般疥痨，别炼，
入油少许打膏令匀涂之，诸疾亦度情而用甚妙。此方得之于一僧，颇有异，誓不传与取利之
家，苟或取利，则入山遇虎，入水遇蛟，敷者切宜戒之。葛丞相传，郑知县亨老得之昆山僧
皆此方，屡合以施人，奇妙奇妙！
华宫使传。 续添
好白油单纸（十张，每张剪作八片） 鹰爪黄连（一两，去须，细锉）
上用水两碗许，入砂锅内，同黄连煎至一碗半，先下油单五张，又续下五张，同煎五、
七百沸，汤耗旋添，不得犯铁器，漉起，擦去黄连滓屑，焙干。如疮破有脓，将药花旋松贴；
如杖疮，约度大小恰好剪贴，不可太大，先将周回剪切，油单烧灰，热酒调，嚼生姜送下，
次贴药，切不得犯女人手，此药大治疔疮、背疽、瘤疽、奶脾、奶疽，鬼面丹毒、黑痈，贴
药后忌荤腥一、二时辰，如才觉病，早用见效尤速。
药材：赤芍药、大黄、香白芷、官桂（即肉桂）、玄参、当归、生干地黄（各一两）。
将上述药物切碎，先煎煮清油二斤，使其散发香气，待油沫耗尽后放入药材，煎至药液呈黑色，取出药渣不用，将油过滤。然后加入黄丹，用堀窖子（一种埋藏容器）埋藏处理。摊成膏药贴敷患处；若内服，温水送服一丸；若是久治不愈的瘰疬（颈部淋巴结结核），摊贴并温水送服一丸；各类疮疡，用盐汤清洗后贴敷，酒送服一粒；跌打损伤，摊贴并用橘皮汤送服一粒；腰膝疼痛，用盐汤送服一粒；妇人血气病，用木通、甘草汤送服一粒；赤白带下，用酒送服；肿胀，用绵裹一粒含化；各类风劳病，用柴胡汤送服一粒；各类疮疖及肿痛疮，以及各种疥癣痨疾，另炼少许油调和膏药均匀涂抹，各种疾病也酌情使用，效果甚妙。此方得自一位僧人，颇有奇异之处，发誓不传给谋取利益之人，如果为了取利而传播，则会入山遇虎、入水遇蛟，敷用者务必戒慎。葛丞相家传承，郑知县亨老在昆山从僧人处得到此方，多次配制施予他人，奇妙无比！
华宫使传续添部分：

用水约两碗，放入砂锅中，与黄连同煎至一碗半，先放入五张油单纸，再续放五张，共同煎煮五、七百沸，汤汁减少时随时添加，不得接触铁器。滤起后，擦去黄连残渣，焙干。如疮破有脓，将药花松散贴敷；如杖疮，酌情大小恰好剪裁贴敷，不可太大，先将周围剪切整齐。油单烧成灰，热酒调服，嚼生姜送下，随后贴药，切记不可让女人手接触。此药大治疔疮、背疽、瘤疽、奶脾、奶疽、鬼面丹毒、黑痈等，贴药后忌食荤腥一至两个时辰，如果刚发觉病情，早用见效尤其迅速。
Ta Yi Gao (Supreme One Ointment) for treating all kinds of malignant sores, transmitted by Vice Minister Li, is extremely effective.
Herbs: Chishao Yao (Radix Paeoniae Rubra), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Xiang Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Guanzi Gui (Cinnamomi Cortex), Xuanshen (Scrophulariae Radix), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Sheng Gan Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Recens siccata) (each 1 liang).
All the above herbs are chopped. First, decoct 2 jin of refined sesame oil until fragrant. When the foam disappears, add the herbs and decoct until the mixture turns black. Remove the residue and filter the oil. Then add Huang Dan (Lithargyrum/Lead Monoxide) and bury it in a Hu Ke Zi (burial vessel) to process. Apply as an ointment patch; if taken internally, swallow one pill with warm water. For chronic Luoli (scrofula/cervical lymphadenitis), apply the patch and swallow one pill with warm water. For various ulcers, wash with salt water before applying the patch, and swallow one pill with wine. For contusions and injuries, apply the patch and swallow one pill with tangerine peel decoction. For pain in the waist and knees, swallow one pill with salt water. For women's blood qi disorders, swallow one pill with Mutong (Akebiae Caulis) and Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) decoction. For leukorrhea (red and white discharge), swallow one pill with wine. For swelling, wrap one pill in cotton and let it dissolve in the mouth. For all wind-lao (chronic fatigue/wasting) diseases, swallow one pill with Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix) decoction. For all types of carbuncles, furuncles, painful swollen sores, and various scabies/tinea, refine separately, add a little oil to the ointment to mix evenly, and apply to the affected area. Use appropriately for various ailments; it is very effective. This formula was obtained from a monk and is quite miraculous. It is vowed not to be passed on to those who seek profit. If used for profit, one will encounter tigers in mountains and dragons in waters. Those applying it must be cautious. The Ge Chancellor family inherited it. Zheng Zhixian Heng Lao obtained it from a monk in Kunshan, compounded it frequently to give to people, and found it extraordinarily wonderful!

Good white oil-paper sheets (10 sheets, each cut into 8 pieces), Yingzhua Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma with sharp claws, 1 liang, remove roots, finely chopped).
Use about two bowls of water, place in a clay pot, and decoct together with Huanglian until reduced to one and a half bowls. First add five sheets of oil paper, then continue adding the remaining five sheets. Decoct together for five to seven hundred boils. Add water as needed when the liquid reduces. Do not allow contact with iron vessels. Strain and wipe off Huanglian residues, then dry by baking. If the sore is broken with pus, apply the drug flower loosely as a patch. For cane-blow sores, cut to fit exactly according to size, not too large. First trim the edges neatly. Burn the oil paper to ash, mix with hot wine, chew ginger and swallow, then apply the patch. Strictly avoid contact with women's hands. This medicine effectively treats Dingchuang (carbuncle/furuncle), Beiju (back abscess), Liuju (tumor abscess), Naispi (breast lump), Naiju (breast abscess), Guimian Dandu (facial erysipelas), and Heiyong (black carbuncle). After applying the patch, avoid meat and fish for one to two shichen (2-4 hours). If used early upon feeling the onset of disease, the effect is particularly rapid.
