上各三钱，为细末，溶黄蜡约度多少，同丸如弹子大，每服一粒，用好酒一盏，银石器
内煎，以东南柳枝搅散，带热服。大段骨碎者，服一粒，些小闪肭服半粒。

上等分为细末，炼好黄蜡，丸如弹子大，每服一丸。筋伤骨折用无灰酒半升入药，以东
南柳枝搅匀，同煎三，五沸，空心热服。五十以上，不过十服，旬日如旧，五十以下，不
过五服，真神仙秘方。
治肠风下血荆芥散。
荆芥穗 缩砂仁
上等分为细末，每服三大钱，用糯米饮调下，不拘时候，日进三服。
治下血，远年不瘥地榆散。
地榆（洗，焙干，锉） 卷柏（不去根，净洗）
上等分，每用一两，水一碗，以砂瓶子煮数十沸，通口服，不拘时候。
葛丞相方。
橡斗子不以多少，用白梅肉以蜜拌和，填在橡斗子内，候满，两个相合，铁线扎定，烈
火存性，为细末，米饮调下。
又方，朱解丸成言传，其兄子云知丞与渠及陆子揖提刑皆服之，数十年之疾更不复作。
淡豆豉不以多少，研令极细，入剥净大蒜，逐旋同研，候可丸为度，如梧桐子大。遇发

庐州彭知录大辩亦云，此药甚妙！其方所用大蒜，先蒸九次，然后和药，仍以冷齑水送下，
病止即辍药。
