Grind the above into a fine powder. After meals, take 1 qian mixed well with "Jinghua" water (well water drawn at dawn).
Mirabilite (Puxiao) (1 qian), Calcitrite (Hanshuishi) [referred to as soft gypsum in the south, calcined] (1 liang).
Grind them together until extremely fine. Add a small amount of Cinnabar (Zhusha) and mix to form a peach-red paste for application. Swallowing is harmless. If the taste is too bitter, add Licorice Root (Gancao) powder.
