汉椒（四十九粒） 黑豆（十四粒） 乌梅（两个，打破） 甘草（节三寸，碎之）上
水一碗，煎七分，温服。
白扁豆，生，晒干，为细末，新汲水调下二、三钱匕。《吴内翰备急方》云，全椒医高
照一子，无赖，父笞之，遂服砒霜自毒，大渴利，腹胀欲裂，余教照令服此药，以水调随所
欲饮，与之不数碗即利而安。
陈正卿云，顷年与一承局同航船承局者，为舟中人言，尝为官司差往昌国，见
钱，因买百金得数十枚，痛饮大嚼，且食细柿，至夜忽大吐，继之以血，昏不识人
同邸有知其故者，忧之，忽一道人云，惟木香可解，但深夜无此药，偶有木香
用之，病患口已噤，遂调药灌，即渐渐苏，吐定而愈！

白扁豆不以多少，为细末，入青黛等分，细研，再入甘草末少许，巴豆一枚，去壳不去
油，别研，为细末，取一半入药内，以砂糖一大块，水化开，添成一大盏饮之，毒随利去，
后却脚五岑散之类。

以泽兰 汁饮之，干者为细末，白汤调下，俗人谓之 草。
附子、河豚、乌头之类，一切药毒皆治，刘医方，袁司法同。
用多年壁土，热汤泡，搅之，令浊，少顷，乘热去脚取饮，不醒人事者灌之甚妙。

加水一碗，煎煮至剩余七分，温服。
白扁豆，生用，晒干后研成细末，用新汲取的凉水调服二、三钱匕。《吴内翰备急方》记载：全椒医生高照的一个儿子，品行不端，父亲鞭打他，他便服用砒霜自毒，出现极度口渴、腹泻、腹胀欲裂的症状。我教高照让他服用此药，用水调匀后随患者想喝多少就给他喝，没喝几碗就腹泻并安定下来。
高鲁叔所传。
续随子（Euphorbia lathyris）适量，用热汤送下，毒素随即随着大便排出。
陈正卿说：近年我与一位承局（官职名）同乘船，这位承局对船上的人说，他曾被官府差遣前往昌国，见到钱币，于是买百金得到数十枚，痛饮大吃，并且吃了柿子，到了夜里突然剧烈呕吐，随后吐血，昏迷不省人事。同住旅馆的人中有人知道原因，为此担忧，忽然一位道士说：只有木香可以解毒，但深夜没有这种药，偶然有木香便使用它，病患牙关紧闭，于是调好药灌入，便渐渐苏醒，吐止而痊愈！

白扁豆不限数量，研成细末，加入等分量的青黛，细细研磨，再放入少许甘草末，巴豆一枚，去壳不去油，另外研成细末，取一半加入药中，用一大块砂糖，用水化开，添水至一大盏饮用，毒素随大便排出，之后再用五岑散之类的药物调理。

用泽兰汁饮用，干品研成细末，用白开水调服，俗人称之为[某]草。
附子、河豚、乌头之类，一切药毒皆可治疗，刘医方，袁司法相同。
用多年的墙壁土，用热汤浸泡，搅拌使其浑浊，片刻后，趁热撇去底部的沉淀物取上层清液饮用，对于不省人事的患者灌服非常有效。

Sichuan Pepper (49 grains), Black Soybean (14 grains), Dark Plum (2 pieces, broken), Licorice Root (3 cun segments, crushed).
Take the above ingredients, add one bowl of water, decoct until seven-tenths remains, and take warm.
White Hyacinth Bean, used raw, dried in the sun, and ground into a fine powder. Take two or three qianbi (ancient unit of weight/volume) mixed with fresh cool water. *Wu Neihan Beiji Fang* records: A son of Gao Zhao, a physician from Quanzhou, was unruly. After being whipped by his father, he ingested Realgar to poison himself, suffering from extreme thirst, diarrhea, and abdominal distension as if bursting. I instructed Gao Zhao to administer this medicine, mixed with water, allowing him to drink as much as he desired. After drinking several bowls, he had a bowel movement and stabilized.

Spurge Root (Euphorbiae Lathyridis Radix), appropriate amount, taken with hot water. The toxin is immediately expelled through large bowel movements.
Chen Zhengqing stated: In recent years, I traveled by boat with a Chengju (an official courier/attendant). This attendant told those on the boat that he had once been dispatched by the government to Changuo. Seeing coins, he bought them for a hundred gold, obtaining dozens of pieces. He drank heavily and ate heartily, including persimmons. By nightfall, he suddenly vomited violently, followed by hematemesis (vomiting blood), and fell into a coma, unconscious. Someone in the same inn who knew the cause was worried. Suddenly, a Daoist priest said, "Only Costus Root can detoxify this, but it is late at night and we do not have this herb." Happening to have some Costus Root, they used it. The patient's jaw was clenched, so they prepared the medicine and forced it down. He gradually regained consciousness, stopped vomiting, and recovered!

White Hyacinth Bean, any amount, ground into a fine powder. Add an equal amount of Indigo Naturalis, grind finely again. Add a small amount of Licorice Root powder. One Croton Seed, shell removed but oil retained, separately ground into a fine powder. Take half of this mixture and add it to the other herbs. Dissolve a large piece of Rock Sugar in water, add enough water to make one large cup, and drink. The toxin is expelled via bowel movements. Afterwards, regulate with formulas such as Wucen San.

Drink the juice of Chinese Milfoil Leaf (Lantanae Folium). If using dried material, grind into a fine powder and take with white boiled water. Laypeople call it [Certain] Grass.
Aconite, Pufferfish, Aconitum Carmichaelii, etc., and all kinds of herbal poisonings can be treated. Liu Yi's prescription and Yuan Sifa's are the same.
Use wall earth from many years ago. Soak in hot water, stir until turbid. After a short while, while still hot, remove the sediment from the bottom and drink the supernatant liquid. For patients who are unconscious, forcing this down is very effective.
