别研） 上为细末。每服一钱。薄荷汤调下。不拘时。地黄以当归代之。效尤甚。
孤凤散 治产后闭目不语。
用白矾细研。每服一钱。以热水调下。

Formulas
Qibao San (Seven Treasures Powder) treats postpartum mutism. It addresses the condition where foul blood obstructs the heart orifices, causing the spirit (Shen) to lose its residence. Additionally, obstruction of heart qi leads to a stiff tongue and inability to speak.
Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen), Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma (Shichangpu), Rehmanniae Radix Recens (Shengdihuang) (each 1 liang), Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin) (1 qian), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng) (0.5 qian), Cinnabar (Zhusha) (0.5 qian, separately ground). Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take 1 qian each time, mixed with mint decoction. Time is not restricted. If Rehmanniae Radix Recens is replaced by Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), the effect is even better.
Gufeng San treats postpartum closed eyes and mutism.
Grind Alum (Bofan) finely. Take 1 qian each time, mixed with hot water.

What is postpartum sudden perception of ghosts and spirits? The answer is: The Heart governs the blood vessels of the body. Due to childbirth injuring and depleting the blood vessels, Heart qi becomes deficient. Stagnant foul blood accumulates and disturbs the Heart from above.
Formulas
Tiaojing San regulates menstruation. It treats blood deficiency with amenorrhea, mental restlessness, whole-body pain, or occasional perception of strange phenomena.
Myrrha (Moyao), Succam Fossilia (Hupo) (both finely ground), Cinnamomi Cortex (Guixin) (each 1 qian), Paeoniae Radix Alba (Shaoyao) (stir-fried), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) (each 1 fen), Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin) (0.5 qian), Moschus (Shexiang) (a small amount). Grind the above into powder. Take 0.5 qian each time, mixed with a small amount of ginger juice and warm wine.
Shizhen San (also known as Qibao San) treats postpartum sudden perception of ghosts and spirits.
Gancao Xiaomai Dazao Tang treats Zang anxiety in women. Symptoms include frequent sadness, desire to cry, manifestations resembling spiritual possession, and frequent yawning and stretching.
Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (3 liang), Triticum aestivum L. (Xiaomai) (1 sheng), Jujubae Fructus (Dazao) (1 piece). Take the above three ingredients. Add 6 sheng of water. Boil to obtain 3 sheng. Divide into three doses and take warm. This formula also tonifies Spleen qi.
Tiaojing San treats postpartum blood deficiency, where the Heart lacks mastery, leading to restlessness and unease, sudden perception of ghosts and spirits, and disordered speech.
