白疹是由风气与肌腠中的热邪相互搏结所致。热邪与风邪相搏，从而形成白疹。遇到阴雨天气时症状加重，处于风口处也会加重。
遇到晴天（则缓解）。
用水煮枳实后擦拭患处效果良好。又将枳实捣成粉末熬制，用青布包裹熨烫患处。或者使用鸡肠草生捣烂如泥状敷在患处，使用五六次即可见效。

White rash is caused by the struggle between wind-qi and heat in the muscle layer. When heat struggles with wind, white rash forms. Symptoms worsen on rainy days and when exposed to wind.
They improve on sunny days.
Boiling water with Zhi Shi (Immature Bitter Orange) for wiping is effective. Alternatively, crush the powder, cook it, wrap it in blue cloth, and apply hot compresses. Or, crush fresh Jichangcao (Purslane) into a mud-like paste and apply it; using it five or six times yields results.
