所谓久癣，是指各种癣病由虫邪引起，经久不愈的病症。癣病的症状表现是：皮肤肌肉出现瘾疹，形状像铜钱上的纹路，逐渐扩大，有的呈圆形，有的呈椭圆形，不知疼痛或瘙痒。
因此制定以下方剂：
定粉膏：治疗干癣和湿癣，不论患病时间长短。
配方：定粉、水银、白芜荑、胭脂（各一分）。将上述药物共同研磨均匀。用陈年猪脂一两，与药末一同研磨成膏状。使用前先用热水清洗患处，然后淋洗。
蛇床子汤洗方：治疗一切久治不愈的癣病。
配方：蛇床子、白土（一作白盐）、羊蹄根、葛根、苦参、菖蒲、莽草（各三分），黄连（去须，半两）。用水煎煮后清洗患处，不超过五次即可见效。
五倍子散：治疗久治不愈的癣病。
配方：五倍子（一两，烧至烟尽）、黄柏（一分，锉碎）、当归（一分，锉碎微炒）、腻粉（一分）、白矾（一分，烧成灰）。研为细末，外敷使用。
乌蛇丸：治疗多年的各种癣病，经医治无效的。
配方：乌蛇（酒浸，去皮骨，炙烤）、天麻（各二两）、槐子（半斤）、白附子（炮制）、附子（生用，去皮脐，用小便浸泡一天一夜，一两）、干蝎（炒，一两半）。将药物研为细末，炼蜜为丸，如梧桐子大。每次服用二十丸，用温酒送服。
黄连膏：治疗一切久治不愈的癣病，多年不愈，四周潜行侵蚀形成疮疡，疮色赤黑，瘙痒难忍，搔抓后出血。
配方：黄连（去须，研为末）、黄柏（去粗皮，研为末）、豉（研细）、蔓荆子（研为末）、杏仁（温水洗去皮尖及双仁者，细研）。加入生油一合，调和均匀。
治疗一切癣疮，经久不愈者。
以羊蹄根、扁柏、斑蝥、砂糖，放在同一处炒出香味，用纱帛包裹药物，熏蒸并搽涂于癣处，三到五次即可痊愈。
又一方（出自《圣惠方》）：治疗风癣久治不愈，皮肤瘙痒疼痛。
配方：白矾（一两，烧成灰）、硫黄（一两，细研）、腻粉（一分）、黄连（一两半，去须）、雌黄（一两，细研）、蛇蜕（适量）。将药物研为细末，调涂于患处。如果是冬季，注意保暖。
久癣方（出自《直指方》）
配方：生硫黄、硝石、明矾（各半两）、雄黄（二钱半）、雌黄（二钱半）、轻粉（一钱）。将上述药物研为细末。
白蔹散（出自《百一选方》）：治疗干湿癣疮蔓延生长，或像铜钱一样形成圈晕，久治不效者，适宜服用。
配方：天南星（一两）、蝎（一钱）、大草乌（半两）、白矾（五分）。捣碎筛罗为细末。先用手在癣处抓动，使皮肤破损，再用药末敷上。
又一方（出自《圣惠方》）：治疗风癣久治不愈，皮肤瘙痒疼痛。
配方：吴茱萸、粉脚（即石灰浆沉淀物）、白矾（烧成灰）、臭黄（各一两）。将药物细研如粉状，用生麻油调和，涂于患处。
砒霜散（出自《圣惠方》）：治疗癣病不分干湿，积年不愈。
配方：砒霜（一分）、硫黄（三分）、密陀僧（三分）、腻粉（三分）。将药物细研为末。如果患处干燥，用生油调和涂抹；如果潮湿，则直接撒粉。
又一方（出自《圣惠方》）
配方：苍耳汁（一合）、生姜汁（半合）、硫黄（半两，细研）。将药物细和匀涂于患处，干了就再涂。
治疗癣疮积年久不愈（出自《经验良方》）
配方：败毒菜根（需用独根者，又名羊蹄根，多用）、川百药煎、盐梅肉（等分）。先将菜根擂碎，然后将另外两味药同捣烂，敷于疮处。
黄药子散（出自《经验良方》）：治疗乳癣疮，积年不愈。
配方：黄连、玄参、赤芍药（各半分）。将药物研为末。每次使用时取适量，加入少许轻粉，嚼芝麻取汁调和。先煎韭菜汤清洗患处，再涂药。
硫黄散（出自《圣惠方》）：治疗风癣久治不愈，皮肤瘙痒疼痛。
配方：硫黄（一分）、硝石（半两）、腻粉（半两）、白矾（半两，烧成灰）。将药物细研如粉状，用生麻油调和成膏状。

配方：麝香（一分，细研）、腻粉（三分）、龙胆（三分，捣末）、巴豆（半分，去皮心）。将药物细研如粉状，用麻油调和。
又一方：治疗久癣不愈。
用轻粉同腊月猪脂混合。先用温米泔水清洗疮处，擦干后涂上，一次即见效，再次涂抹可除根，最为神效。若是小儿癣，可用猪脂调和。

以羊蹄根捣碎绞取汁液，调入少许腻粉成膏状，涂敷于癣处三五次，即可痊愈。如果干燥，就用猪脂调和敷之。

What is referred to as "Jiu Xuan" (Chronic Tinea) refers to various types of tinea caused by parasitic worms, which persist and do not heal over a long period. The manifestations of tinea disease are: the skin and flesh present as urticaria-like rashes, resembling patterns on coins, gradually expanding; some are circular, others oval, with unknown sensations of pain or itching.
Therefore, the following prescriptions are formulated:
Dingfen Gao (Calomel Ointment): Treats dry and wet tinea, regardless of the duration of the illness.
Ingredients: Dingfen (Calomel), Shuiyin (Mercury), Bai Wuyi (White Chrysanthemum Seed), Yanzhi (Vermilion). (Each 1 fen). Grind the above ingredients together until uniform. Use 1 liang of aged pork lard, grind together with the medicinal powder to form an ointment. Before use, wash the affected area with hot water, then rinse.
Shechuangzi Tang Wash Prescription: Treats all types of chronic tinea that do not heal.
Ingredients: Shechuangzi (Cnidium Fruit), Baitu (White Clay, alternatively Baoyan/White Salt), Yangti Gen (Agrimonia Root), Gegen (Kudzu Root), Kushen (Sophora Root), Changpu (Acorus Rhizome), Mangcao (Polygonum Aviculare Herb). (Each 3 fen), Huanglian (Coptis Rhizome, remove stamens, 0.5 liang). Decoct in water and wash the affected area. It will not take more than five times to see results.
Wubeizi San (Chinese Gall Powder): Treats chronic tinea that does not heal.
Ingredients: Wubeizi (Chinese Gall, 1 liang, burn until smoke ceases), Huangbai (Phellodendron Bark, 1 fen, crushed), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root, 1 fen, crushed and lightly stir-fried), Nifen (Calomel, 1 fen), Baijian (Alum, 1 fen, burned to ash). Grind into fine powder and apply externally.
Wushe Wan (Black Snake Pill): Treats various chronic tinea cases from many years ago that have not responded to medical treatment.
Ingredients: Wushe (Black Snake, soaked in wine, skin and bones removed, roasted), Tianma (Gastrodia Rhizome). (Each 2 liang), Huaizi (Locust Bean, 0.5 jin), Baifuzi (Typhonii Rhizoma, processed), Fuzi (Prepared Aconite Root, raw, skin and navel removed, soaked in urine for one day and night, 1 liang), Ganxie (Dried Scorpion, stir-fried, 1.5 liang). Grind the medicines into fine powder, mix with honey to form pills the size of tung tree seeds. Take 20 pills per dose, washed down with warm wine.
Huanglian Gao (Coptis Ointment): Treats all chronic tinea that does not heal, persisting for years, spreading insidiously at the margins forming ulcers, with red-black ulcer color, unbearable itching, and bleeding upon scratching.
Ingredients: Huanglian (Coptis Rhizome, remove stamens, grind to powder), Huangbai (Phellodendron Bark, remove rough bark, grind to powder), Chi (Fermented Soybean, grind finely), Manjingzi (Vitex Fruit, grind to powder), Xingren (Apricot Seed, wash in hot water, remove skin and tips, discard double-kernel seeds, grind finely). Add 1 he of cold-pressed sesame oil, mix evenly.
Treats all tinea ulcers that do not heal over a long period.
Use Yangti Gen (Agrimonia Root), Bianbai (Biota Tops), Banmao (Mylabris), and Shatang (Rock Sugar). Stir-fry them together in one place until fragrant. Wrap the medicine in gauze, fumigate and rub onto the tinea. It will heal after three to five applications.
Another Prescription (from *Shenghui Fang*): Treats wind tinea that does not heal for a long time, causing skin itching and pain.
Ingredients: Baijian (Alum, 1 liang, burned to ash), Liuhuang (Sulfur, 1 liang, finely ground), Nifen (Calomel, 1 fen), Huanglian (Coptis Rhizome, 1.5 liang, remove stamens), Cihuang (Realgar, 1 liang, finely ground), Shedun (Snake Slough). Jiu Xuan Fang (Prescription for Chronic Tinea) (from *Zhizhi Fang*)
Ingredients: Sheng Liuhuang (Raw Sulfur), Xiaoshi (Niter), Mingfan (Alum). (Each 0.5 liang), Xionghuang (Realgar, 2.5 qian), Cihuang (Realgar, 2.5 qian), Qingfen (Calomel, 1 qian). Grind the above ingredients into fine powder.
Bailian San (Ampelopsis Powder) (from *Baiyi Xuan Fang*): Treats dry and wet tinea ulcers spreading, or forming ring-like patterns like coins, when previous treatments have failed. Suitable for oral administration.
Ingredients: Tiannanxing (Arisaema Rhizome, 1 liang), Xie (Scorpion, 1 qian), Da Caowu (Large Aconite Root, 0.5 liang), Baijian (Alum, 5 fen). Pound and sieve into fine powder. First, scratch the tinea area with hands to break the skin, then apply the powder.
Another Prescription (from *Shenghui Fang*): Treats wind tinea that does not heal for a long time, causing skin itching and pain.
Ingredients: Wuzhuyu (Evodia Fruit), Fenjiao (Lime Sludge), Baijian (Alum, burned to ash), Chouhuang (Arsenic Sulfide Ore). (Each 1 liang). Grind finely into powder. Mix with cold-pressed hemp oil and apply.

Another Prescription (from *Shenghui Fang*)
Ingredients: Cang'er Zhi (Xanthium Juice, 1 he), Shengjiang Zhi (Ginger Juice, 0.5 he), Liuhuang (Sulfur, 0.5 liang, finely ground). Mix finely and apply. Reapply when dry.
Treats tinea ulcers persisting for years without healing (from *Jingyan Liangfang*)
Ingredients: Baidu Cai Gen (Herbaceous Peony Root, specifically single-root variety, also known as Yangti Gen, use generously), Chuan Baiyao Jian (Tea Cake Ferment), Yanmei Rou (Salted Plum Flesh). Equal parts. First pound the vegetable root, then pound the other two ingredients together. Apply to the ulcer.
Huangyaozi San (Actinidia Powder) (from *Jingyan Liangfang*): Treats breast tinea ulcers persisting for years without healing.
Ingredients: Huanglian (Coptis Rhizome), Xuanshen (Scrophularia Root), Chishaoyao (Red Peony Root). (Each 0.5 fen). Grind into powder. For each use, take an appropriate amount, add a little Qingfen (Calomel), chew sesame seeds to extract juice, and mix. First decoct leek soup to wash the affected area, then apply medicine.

Treats tinea ulcers persisting for years without healing (from *Qianjin Fang*)
Pound Agrimonia Root (Yangti Gen) and squeeze out the juice. Mix with a small amount of Calomel (Nifen) to form a paste. Apply to the tinea three to five times, and it will heal. If dry, mix with lard for application.
