According to the *Qianjin Fang* (Essential Prescriptions Worth a Thousand Gold), contracting wind immediately after sexual intercourse is termed "Internal Wind" (Nei Feng). Its manifestations include aversion to wind and profuse sweating that soaks the clothing.
Formula: Fuzi Tang (Aconite Decoction)
Indicated for wind-stroke following sexual intercourse, characterized by aversion to wind, excessive sweating soaking the clothes, dry mouth, inability to engage in laborious tasks, and generalized body pain. This condition is named Internal Wind.

Administration: Crush the ingredients into coarse powder. Take 12g per dose, add 300ml water and 5 slices of fresh ginger, decoct until reduced to 210ml, strain, and take warm.
Muscle twitching is termed "Mild Wind" (Wei Feng). This occurs because pathogenic factors contend with the Wei Qi (Defensive Qi) in the intermuscular spaces, causing obstruction of Qi flow; the internal surging of Qi leads to muscle twitching. However, wind invading the meridians tends to move rapidly and change frequently.
