神昏。名大醒风汤。用天南星四两生用。防风二两。甘草一两。 咀。每五钱。水
《内经》说邪风到来，快如风雨。说的是邪气迅速如此。突然中风的人，是由于阴阳不调，脏腑长期虚弱。
【方剂】金永灵丹（出自危氏方）治疗突然暴发的中风昏迷。手足牵引歪斜，口眼歪斜，舌强痰多。抽搐颤动，或者角弓反张，眼球上翻，牙关紧闭。每天服用三次。中风数年，不能行走，服用到十丸后恢复如初。新近中风，服用三次即可无事。常服半丸，滋养五脏，补益真元，通流关节，驱逐风邪，强筋健骨，使壮年人不老。
金箔（二钱半，用火烧过，用法酒淬炼五十次为度，剪成细丝） 水银（一两） 辰砂（半两） 好硫黄（与鸡蛋配合使用，具体方法略） 这四味药放入钵内，加入去皮后的藿香叶、白术（炒）、白芷各一两、牛膝（酒浸一夜后焙干用三钱）、鹿茸（火燎去毛，用酥炙三钱）、沉香（半两镑片）、木香（半两研末）、白附子（炒）、当归（清酒浸）。研为细末，再将前五味药拌和，加入安息香膏揉和，再放入臼中捣匀。空腹细嚼，温酒送下。另一配方中有葫芦巴。
阿胶丸 治疗脏腑长期虚弱，气血衰弱，突然感受风邪，以及瘫痪等疾病。
阿胶（炙） 蝉壳（去土） 犀角屑（各半两） 麝香（三钱） 人参（半两） 白鲜皮 白僵蚕（炒） 地榆（炒各一两） 当归（切） 梧桐皮（锉） 白茯苓（去黑皮） 柴胡（去根节各一两） 干蝎（去尾，用糯米炒，去骨炙三分） 木香（一两） 干姜（炮四钱半） 秦艽（半两）。以上细锉，焙干为末，炼蜜为丸，如弹子大。若患者牙关紧闭咬不开，可先用姜汤化开药物，灌下一丸，立即清醒。
白龙丸 治疗男子妇人突然暴发中风，口眼歪斜，神志昏沉，涎液堵塞，筋脉拘急，肢体顽痹，头目眩晕，呕逆恶心，皮肤瘙痒，偏正头痛，暗风倒仆，男子肾风，妇人血风，伤风咳嗽，声音重浊鼻渊，小儿慢惊，吐泻霍乱，手足厥冷，湿风病，抽搐潮搐，昏乱不省人事，一切诸风，疗效叙述不尽。
白附子 明天麻 藁本（去土） 缩砂仁 荆芥穗 川羌活 细辛（去叶） 独活（各一两） 石膏 防风 白芷 川芎 乌头（生，去皮各二两）。以上为末。每次服一丸，细嚼，茶或酒任下。
山栀子丸 治疗突然中风。
山栀子（去皮） 山茱萸 地榆（洗锉） 桔梗（炒） 细辛（去叶炒） 羌活（去芦头） 独活（去芦） 狗脊（涂酥炙黄色） 紫菀（去苗土） 知母（酒浸去皮骨炙） 防风（去叉） 桂枝（去粗皮）。研为末，一半做散剂，其余炼蜜和丸，如梧桐子大。不拘何时破风，口眼歪斜，以及妊娠妇产后风，均可服用。所患疾病，每次服半钱，药三丸至五丸，立即见效。严重者用豆淋薄荷酒送服。每三天一次。
