夫产后吹奶者。因儿吃乳之次。儿忽自睡。呼气不通。乳不时泄。蓄积在内。遂成肿硬
壅闭。乳道津液不通。腐结疼痛。亦有不痒不痛。肿硬如石。名曰吹奶。若不急治。肿甚成
痈。产后吹奶最宜急治。不尔。结痈竟至死者。速与服皂角散。栝蒌散敷。以天南星散以手
揉之则散矣。（大全良方）
总论云。产后乳汁自出。盖是身虚所至。宜服补药以止之。若乳后胀满急痛者。温帛熨
之。产宝有是论。却无方以治之。若有此证。但以漏芦散治之可。亦有未产前乳汁自出者。
谓之乳泣。生子多不育。经书末曾论及。
方
漏芦汤（出疮科精要）治妇人吹奶初觉。
漏芦 楝实 大黄 黄芩 芍药 甘草（各半两） 上为末。每服三钱。水一盏半。灯
草
三十茎。同煎至一盏。去滓温服无时。
治吹奶（出疮科精要）治一切恶疮。初觉一二日立效。
栝蒌（一个去皮） 生姜（一两去皮） 大黄（半两） 甘草（半两） 上共捣作一块。
以米半
碗。同煎至七分。去滓。入没药、乳香末。共二钱半。通一服。
鲮鲤角散（一名通利散）治吹乳痈疼痛不可忍者。（出圣惠方）
鲮鲤角（一两炙黄又名穿山甲） 木通（一两） 自然铜（半钱生用） 上捣罗为散。
温酒下
一钱。服不拘时。
治妇人吹奶。（出圣惠方）
马明蜕（五钱烧灰） 轻粉（三钱） 麝香（少许） 上为细末。每服二钱。热酒调下
服之。
栝蒌散（出永类钤方）治产后吹奶。肿硬疼痛。欲结痈。轻则为吹奶、妒
乳。
重则乳痈。
乳香（一钱半） 栝蒌根末（一两） 上研令匀。温酒调二钱服。又方天南星末。温汤
调涂
之。
治妇人吹奶。痛不可忍。（出瑞竹堂）
鼠粪（五十枚） 麝香（一字） 上为细末。食后用热酒一盏调服立愈。一方雄鼠粪两

者。昔刘汝翼治一屠户妻立效。但不令病患知。恐不肯服。
二消散 治吹奶。
乌鱼骨 朴硝（各等分） 上为细末。用苇筒儿盛药吹入鼻中。仍令人用药末下肿痛处。
徐徐消去。立效。
治吹奶肿痛。（出海上名方）
上用胡桃二个。大者取皮细嚼。以热酒二盏送下。二服立效。一方连皮烧存性为末调下。

上陈皮一两。甘草一钱。水二碗。煎一碗。分二次服。次用荆芥、羌活、独活煎汤熏之。
温则洗之则安。
连翘消毒饮（出经验良方）
上用连翘三钱。牛蒡子、防风、荆芥穗、各一钱。甘草一钱。并为粗末。每服四钱。水
一盏半。煎七分。去滓。食后服。加甜蒌实内子每一个取四分三研碎入药。
又方（出经验良方）
上以生甜蒌去壳取子。同生姜一小块研匀炒。调酒随意服。
治吹奶。（出永类钤方）
上用皂角刺烧灰拌蛤粉、乳香少许。并为细末。热酒调服。手揉散即可。一方无乳香。
吹奶良方。
上用小车耳上油脂垢丸鸡豆大。每服加一丸。一日三服。七日自消。八日脓自出。
治吹奶。
上用红菜头根。酒一碗。水一碗。葱三根。同煎至八分。服之立效。
胜金丹（出卫生宝鉴）治妇人吹奶极有效。
百齿霜（今梳上发之垢也） 上一味不拘多少。用无根水为丸桐子大。每服三丸。倒流
水
送下。食后令病左乳者左卧。右乳者右卧。于温处汗出愈。用新水倾于房上接之。乃倒流水
也。
葡萄酒治吹乳。
上一味。葡萄一枚。于灯焰上燎过。研细热酒调服。
导经散 治妇人外吹乳。
上用皂角十定锉细。火内烧过烟尽黑色细末。入乳香没药令匀。每服二钱。温酒调下。
白丁香散 治妇人吹乳。初觉身热及胸乳肿硬。是其候也。服之能令下乳汁。通其
血脉。自
上用白丁香直者研细。每服二钱。酒调服。肿硬者服之立消。甚者不过三服。
治吹奶不痒不痛肿硬如痂。
上以青橘皮三两汤浸去瓤。焙为末。不时温酒下二钱匕。

上以水调面煮如糊。欲热即投无灰酒一盏。共搅之。极热。以令如稀粥可饮。即热吃。

上用猪肋脂冷水漫拓之奶上。易。立效。

上取蛇蜕皮一尺八寸。烧令黑。细研。以好酒一盏。微暖顿服。未甚较煎服。
消毒饮
上加连翘三钱。黄栝蒌仁三十粒捶碎。每服四钱。水一盏半。煎食后温服之。
治久奶有时发动胁痛如打。
上以六月七月取地肤子干末。酒服方寸匕。日五六服。

上以淘米木杓上砂子七个。酒下。以吹帚枝透乳孔。

用龙骨一两。细研为散。每服以热葱酒调下一钱。日三四服。

上以无子皂荚刺一斤。点火烧候着。撒蔓荆子四两在内。待葱为灰。即细研每服。以热
酒调下二钱。服了便按三二十下。不过数服效。

上以胡桃烧令烟尽去皮。每一颗胡桃瓤用金一片同研。以热酒服。服了以手渐按乳上令
消。如有头。即外破。如无头。只内消。日三五度。服之以得效为度。

用半夏一两汤洗七次去滑。捣罗为散。以生姜汁一匙和酒一小盏。调下一钱。

上以角蒿末二钱。醋浆水一大盏。煎至五六分。放温顿服。相次服热酒一盏即瘥。

治产后乳汁多。其乳汁无故自流出。喉中干渴非常。不辍思饮方。宜服此方。病皆
由虚冷所致。但色黄瘦。吃食减少。忽未经数月后行脉气微弱。即吃此方。但世多以喉
干。误下凉药。盖浮汁无故流出。则其喉干并渴。从可知也。（出护命方）

（附论）
所谓产后吹奶，是因为婴儿吃奶时，突然自行睡去，导致呼气不畅，乳汁未能及时排出，积聚在体内，从而形成肿胀坚硬、壅塞闭阻。乳道的津液不通畅，腐败凝结引起疼痛。也有不痒不痛，但肿胀坚硬如石头一样的情况，称为“吹奶”。如果不紧急治疗，肿胀严重会发展成痈疽。产后吹奶最适宜紧急治疗，否则结痈最终会导致死亡。应迅速服用皂角散，用栝蒌散外敷，并用天南星散用手揉搓，肿块即可消散。（出自《大全良方》）
总论中说：产后乳汁自出，这是由于身体虚弱所致，宜服用补药来止住。如果乳房胀满急痛，应用温热的帛布熨烫。《产宝》中有此论述，却没有给出治疗的方剂。如果有这种症状，只用漏芦散治疗即可。也有产前乳汁自出的，称为“乳泣”，孩子出生后大多难以养活，医经书中未曾论及。
方剂
漏芦汤（出自《疮科精要》），治疗妇人吹奶初起感觉不适。
药材：漏芦、楝实、大黄、黄芩、芍药、甘草（各半两）。将上述药物研为细末。每次服用三钱，加水一盏半，灯草三十茎，同煎至一盏，去渣后随时温服。
治吹奶方（出自《疮科精要》），治疗一切恶疮，初起一两天内见效。
药材：栝蒌（一个，去皮）、生姜（一两，去皮）、大黄（半两）、甘草（半两）。将上述药物共同捣碎成一块。用米半碗，同煎至七分，去渣。加入没药、乳香细末，共二钱半，一次性服下。
鲮鲤角散（又名通利散），治疗吹乳痈疼痛难忍。（出自《圣惠方》）
药材：鲮鲤角（即穿山甲，一两，炙至微黄）、木通（一两）、自然铜（半钱，生用）。将上述药物捣碎过筛为散剂。用温酒送下一钱，服药时间不拘。
治妇人吹奶方（出自《圣惠方》）
药材：马明蜕（五钱，烧成灰）、轻粉（三钱）、麝香（少许）。将上述药物研为细末。每次服用二钱，用热酒调服。
栝蒌散（出自《永类钤方》），治疗产后吹奶，肿胀坚硬疼痛，欲结成痈。轻则为吹奶、妒乳，重则为乳痈。
药材：乳香（一钱半）、栝蒌根末（一两）。将上述药物研匀，用温酒调服二钱。另一法：用天南星末，用温水调涂患处。
治妇人吹奶，疼痛难忍方（出自《瑞竹堂》）
药材：鼠粪（五十枚）、麝香（一字）。将上述药物研为细末，饭后用一盏热酒调服，立即痊愈。另一方：使用两头尖的雄鼠粪。昔日刘汝翼治疗一位屠户的妻子，效果显著，但不让病人知道，恐怕她不肯服用。
二消散，治疗吹奶。
药材：乌鱼骨、朴硝（各等分）。将上述药物研为细末，用苇筒盛药吹入鼻中，同时让人用药末敷在肿痛处，慢慢消散，立即见效。
治吹奶肿痛方（出自《海上名方》）
取胡桃两个，大的那个连皮细细咀嚼，用两盏热酒送下，两次服用立即见效。另一方：连皮烧至存性，研为细末调服。
治吹奶结实疼痛方（出自《危氏方》）
陈皮一两，甘草一钱，水二碗，煎至一碗，分两次服用。随后用荆芥、羌活、独活煎汤熏洗，温热则清洗，即可安宁。
连翘消毒饮（出自《经验良方》）
连翘三钱，牛蒡子、防风、荆芥穗各一钱，甘草一钱，均为粗末。每次服用四钱，加水一盏半，煎至七分，去渣，饭后服用。加甜栝蒌实带子每一个，取其四分三研碎加入药中。
又一方（出自《经验良方》）
用生甜栝蒌去壳取子，同生姜一小块研匀炒制，调酒随意服用。
治吹奶方（出自《永类钤方》）
用皂角刺烧成灰，拌入蛤粉、少许乳香，研为细末，用热酒调服，用手揉搓消散即可。另一方无乳香。
吹奶良方。
用车耳上的油脂垢制成鸡豆大小的丸药，每次加服一丸，一日三次，七日自然消散，八日脓液自出。
治吹奶方。
用红菜头根，酒一碗，水一碗，葱三根，同煎至八分，服用立即见效。
胜金丹（出自《卫生宝鉴》），治疗妇人吹奶极有效。
百齿霜（即梳子上收集的头发垢），一味药不拘多少，用无根水制成梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用三丸，用倒流水送下。饭后令患左乳者左侧卧，患右乳者右侧卧，在温暖处出汗即愈。所谓倒流水，是将新水倾倒在房顶上接住的雨水。
导经散，治疗妇人外吹乳。
皂角十定，锉细，火内烧至烟尽呈黑色细末，加入乳香、没药令其均匀。每次服用二钱，用温酒调下。
白丁香散，治疗妇人吹奶。初觉身热及胸乳肿硬，是其征兆。服用此方能令乳汁下行，通畅血脉。
白丁香（直的）研细，每次服用二钱，酒调服。肿硬者服用后立即消散，严重者不过三服。
治吹奶不痒不痛，肿硬如痂。
青橘皮三两，汤浸去瓤，焙干为末，不时用温酒送下二钱匕。
治吹奶方。
用水调面粉煮如糊状，欲热时投入无灰酒一盏，共同搅动。极热时，使其像稀粥可饮用，即趁热吃下。让人徐徐按摩，药行即痊愈。
治吹奶恶寒壮热。

槐花（三分）、蛤粉（三合）、麝香（一分，细研）。将上述药物研为细散，不计时候，以热酒调下一钱。

用龙骨一两，细研为散。每次以热葱酒调下一钱，每日三四次。
