（附论）
胎儿不安导致流产。流产之后阴道出血不止，是因为滋养胎儿的经脉气血不足，血液因虚而外溢。严重时会导致心神烦乱昏沉，甚至昏迷不醒。
流产之后，又损伤了经脉。经脉既然虚弱，所以下血不止。最终导致胸闷烦躁而死。
方剂
桑根煎丸：治疗妊娠流产之后，阴道出血不止，胸胁心腹部胀满疼痛，时常出现严重的寒热症状。
桑白皮（锉碎二两） 火麻仁（洗净五合，研碎） 清酒（五盏，煮前两种药至三盏，绞汁去渣） 大枣（二十枚大的，取肉） 饴糖（二两） 阿胶（炙干一两） 蜂蜜（五大合，与大枣肉、阿胶同煎成一大盏如膏状） 干姜（炮制） 厚朴（去除粗皮，用生姜汁炙七次，锉碎，各半两） 芍药（半两） 蜀椒（去掉目和闭合的口，炒出油） 肉桂（去除粗皮） 甘草（炙至红褐色） 黄柏（锉碎炒） 生干地黄（焙干） 玄参 五味子（以上各一钱）。先将前七味药共煎成稀膏，再将后十味药研为细末，与前膏混合制成丸剂。表面涂酥油，再捣匀熟透。制成如弹子大小的丸药。饭前服用，用温酒送服一丸。

龙骨（半两，炮制） 生干地黄（焙干） 地榆（去苗，细锉，各一两半） 芍药（各一两） 干姜（炮裂） 蒲黄（微炒） 阿胶（炒至干燥） 牛角腮（取黄牛角内的部分，炙至均匀焦黑，研末，各半两） 艾叶（一钱，研末）。以上药物研为细散。每次服用二钱，用煎好的生干地黄汁，加酒调服。用米饮调服也可以。忌食生冷、油腻、猪肉、鱼类。
地榆散（又名龙骨散）：治疗妊娠流产之后，阴道出血不止。

白胶散：治疗妊娠三个月后，有时受伤，阴道出血不止，绕脐疼痛，呕吐逆气，闷绝欲死。
白胶（一两，捣碎炒至黄燥） 人参（去芦头） 半夏（汤洗七次，去滑腻） 秦艽（去苗切） 紫菀 甘草（炙微赤，锉碎，各一两）。以上药物切碎。每次服用三钱，用水一盏，加入葱白两根，煎至六分，去渣。不限时间，温服。
地榆汤：治疗妊娠流产之后，阴道出血不止，身体虚弱消瘦。
地榆（去苗刮净，细锉一两） 当归（炙焙切碎二两） 生姜（去皮切碎，阴干者） 艾叶（捣为末，各半两） 赤石脂（一两）。以上药物切碎。每次服用三钱，用水一盏，加入新竹叶十片，同煎至七分，去渣。饭前温服。一方为末，用淡竹沥调下二钱。
榆白皮煮散：治疗妊娠流产之后，阴道出血不止。
榆白皮（刮净，锉碎） 当归（切，焙干，各半两）。以上药物切碎。每次服用三钱，用水一盏，加入生姜三片，同煎至七分，去渣。空腹服。
胶艾汤：治疗妊娠流产之后，阴道出血不止，腹痛。也治疗胎动不安导致母体失血。
艾叶（捣成末一两） 阿胶（炙干半两）。以上药物切碎。每次服用三钱正，水一盏，煎至五分，去渣。空腹服。若未见效，继续服用。
小蓟饮：治疗妊娠流产之后，阴道出血不止。
小蓟根叶（锉碎） 益母草（去根茎切碎，各五两）。以上用水三大碗，煮两种药至烂熟，去渣。浓缩至一大碗。将药液在铜器中煎至二盏，分作两次服用。一日内服完。
治疗妊娠流产之后，阴道出血不止。
用生地黄汁半盏，调代赭石末一钱。必须一日服用三到五次，以病愈为度。
治疗妊娠流产之后，阴道出血不止。
用丹参去芦头二两，粗捣筛过。每次服用四钱，用水一盏，煎至六分，去渣，温服。饭前服用。一方用酒煎。
治疗落胎后下血不止。

用鹿角屑一两，加水一大盏，煎豆豉一合取汁六分。分三次服用，每次调鹿角屑二钱服。每日三次。不久后血液下行。

When the fetus is unstable and miscarries, and bleeding continues incessantly after the miscarriage, it is due to insufficient nourishment of the meridians. The blood flows out due to deficiency. In severe cases, it causes mental restlessness and confusion, leading even to coma.
After a miscarriage, if the meridians are further damaged, and since the meridians are deficient, the vaginal bleeding does not stop. This eventually leads to death from chest oppression and irritability.
Prescriptions
Sanggen Jian Wan (Mulberry Root Bark Decoction Pills): Treats incessant vaginal bleeding after pregnancy miscarriage, accompanied by fullness and pain in the chest, hypochondrium, heart, and abdomen, and severe intermittent chills and fever.
Cortex Mori Radicis (Sanbai Pi, 桑白皮) [2 liang, crushed]; Semen Cannabis Sativae (Huomaren, 火麻仁) [5 he, washed clean and ground]; Clear wine [5 zhen, used to decoct the first two ingredients until reduced to 3 zhen, then strained for juice]; Jujubae Fructus (Dazao, 大枣) [20 large ones, flesh only]; Malt Sugar (Yitang, 饴糖) [2 liang]; Corium Colla (Ejiao, 阿胶) [1 liang, roasted until dry]; Mel (Fengmi, 蜂蜜) [5 da he, decocted together with jujube flesh and corium colla until forming a paste-like consistency of 1 da zhen]; Zingiberis Rhizoma Praeparatum (Ganjiang, 干姜) [prepared]; Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex (Houpo, 厚朴) [coarse bark removed, roasted seven times with fresh ginger juice, crushed; each 0.5 liang]; Paeoniae Radix (Shaoyao, 芍药) [0.5 liang]; Zanthoxyli Fructus (Shujiao, 蜀椒) [eyes and closed-mouth ones removed, stir-fried until oil appears]; Cinnamomi Cortex (Rougui, 肉桂) [coarse bark removed]; Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, 甘草) [roasted until reddish]; Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai, 黄柏) [crushed and stir-fried]; Rehmanniae Radix Recens (Shengdihuang, 生干地黄) [baked]; Scrophulariae Radix (Yuanshen, 元参); Schisandrae Fructus (Wuweizi, 五味子) [each 1 qian]. Diyu San (Sanguisorba Powder, from *Shenghui Fang*): Treats damaged fetus during pregnancy with incessant vaginal bleeding and abdominal pain.

Os Draconis (Longgu, 龙骨) [0.5 liang, prepared]; Rehmanniae Radix Recens (Shengdihuang, 生干地黄) [baked]; Sanguisorbae Radix (Diyu, 地榆) [remove seedlings, finely crushed, each 1.5 liang]; Paeoniae Radix (Shaoyao, 芍药) [each 1 liang]; Zingiberis Rhizoma Praeparatum (Ganjiang, 干姜) [cracked]; Spora Typhae (Puhuang, 蒲黄) [lightly stir-fried]; Corium Colla (Ejiao, 阿胶) [stir-fried until dry]; Cornu Bubali Cutis (Niujiaosai, 牛角腮) [take from yellow ox horn, roast until evenly charred, powder; each 0.5 liang]; Folium Artemisiae Argyi (Aye, 艾叶) [1 qian, powdered]. Baijiao San (White Glue Powder): Treats incessant vaginal bleeding, periumbilical pain, vomiting, and suffocation occurring occasionally after three months of pregnancy due to injury.
Baijiao (White Glue/Collagen) [1 liang, crushed and stir-fried until yellow and dry]; Ginseng Radix (Renshen, 人参) [remove rhizome]; Pinelliae Tuber (Banxia, 半夏) [wash seven times in water to remove acridity]; Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix (Qinjiao, 秦艽) [remove seedlings and cut]; Asteris Radix (Ziwan, 紫菀); Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, 甘草) [roasted slightly red, crushed, each 1 liang]. Chop all ingredients. Take 3 qian per dose, decoct with 1 zhen of water and two stalks of white onion until reduced to 6/10 volume, then strain. Take warm at any time.
Diyu Tang (Sanguisorba Decoction): Treats incessant vaginal bleeding and emaciation after pregnancy miscarriage.
Sanguisorbae Radix (Diyu, 地榆) [remove seedlings, scrape clean, finely crush, 1 liang]; Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, 当归) [roast, bake, chop, 2 liang]; Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang, 生姜) [peel, chop, shade-dried]; Folium Artemisiae Argyi (Aye, 艾叶) [pounded to powder, each 0.5 liang]; Halloysit Rubra (Chishizhi, 赤石脂) [1 liang]. Chop all ingredients. Take 3 qian per dose, decoct with 1 zhen of water and ten leaves of new bamboo until reduced to 7/10 volume, then strain. Take warm before meals. One prescription powders the ingredients and takes 2 qian mixed with light bamboo sap.
Dihuang Tang (Rehmannia Decoction): Treats incessant vaginal bleeding and lower abdominal fullness/pain after pregnancy miscarriage.
Congchi Tang (Scallion and Fermented Soybean Decoction): Treats heart pain after miscarriage.
Yubai Pi Zhu San (Elm Bark Boiled Powder): Treats incessant vaginal bleeding after pregnancy miscarriage.
Ulmi Cortex (Yubai Pi, 榆白皮) [scrape clean, crush]; Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, 当归) [cut and bake, each 0.5 liang]. Chop all ingredients. Take 3 qian per dose, decoct with 1 zhen of water and three slices of fresh ginger until reduced to 7/10 volume, then strain. Take on an empty stomach.
Jiao Ai Tang (Collagen and Mugwort Decoction): Treats incessant vaginal bleeding and abdominal pain after pregnancy miscarriage. Also treats maternal blood loss due to fetal disturbance.
Folium Artemisiae Argyi (Aye, 艾叶) [pounded to powder, 1 liang]; Corium Colla (Ejiao, 阿胶) [roasted until dry, 0.5 liang]. Chop all ingredients. Take exactly 3 qian per dose, decoct with 1 zhen of water until reduced to 5/10 volume, then strain. Take on an empty stomach. If ineffective, take again.
Xiaoji Yin (Small Thistle Drink): Treats incessant vaginal bleeding after pregnancy miscarriage.
Radix et Folium Cirsii Japonici (Xiaoji Genye, 小蓟根叶) [crush]; Leonuri Herba (Yimucao, 益母草) [remove roots and stems, chop, each 5 liang]. Decoct both ingredients in 3 large bowls of water until soft, then strain. Reduce to 1 large bowl. Further decoct the liquid in a copper vessel until reduced to 2 zhen. Divide into two doses. Consume within one day.
Treatment for incessant vaginal bleeding after pregnancy miscarriage:
Mix 0.5 zhen of fresh Rehmannia juice with 1 qian of Hematitum powder (Daizhe Shi, 代赭). Must be taken 3-5 times a day, until cured.
Treatment for incessant vaginal bleeding after pregnancy miscarriage:
Take 2 liang of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix (Danshen, 丹参), remove rhizome, coarsely crush and sieve. Take 4 qian per dose, decoct with 1 zhen of water until reduced to 6/10 volume, then strain. Take warm before meals. One prescription uses wine for decoction.
Treatment for incessant bleeding after induced abortion/miscarriage:
Burn the scorpion found in mulberry wood to ash. Take with wine, one fangcun bi (square inch spoonful). Twice daily. One prescription uses the feces of the mulberry scorpion, burnt to ash.
Treatment for incomplete expulsion of blood after pregnancy miscarriage, severe distress and fullness, frequent chills and fever, madness, and suffocation:
Take 1 liang of Cornu Cervi Pulvis (Lu Jiao Xie, 鹿角屑). Decoct with 1 large zhen of water and 1 he of fermented soybeans (Chi, 豆豉) to obtain 6/10 volume of juice. Divide into three doses. Mix 2 qian of deer horn powder into each dose. Take three times daily. Blood will descend shortly thereafter.
