Formula: Huanglian Binglang San (Coptis and Areca Seed Powder)
Treats Tuo Chuang (scalp ringworm/crust causing hair loss).
Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma, ground into powder, mixed with Sesame Oil and Calomel to an appropriate consistency, spread on a bowl; burn a handful of Ai Ye (Artemisiae Argyi Folium) until smoking, cover the bowl over it to fumigate, then add more Ai Ye and continue fumigating), Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, stir-fried, 5 qian).
