麝香散，治疗头痛难以忍受。吹入鼻中。
上方使用和州的藜芦一根，晒干后捣成散剂。加入如麻子大小的麝香，研磨均匀，吹入鼻中。
龙珠丸，治疗头痛、目眩，以及喉痹、缠喉风等症。
上方使用长蚯蚓，数量不限。在五月五日采集，与龙脑、麝香混合，研磨均匀，做成如麻子大小的丸子。每次服用时，用生姜汁涂服。
治疗落枕的方法。
使用香白芷研末，捣生姜自然汁调匀敷于患处。随后用厚衣被盖住头部，饮用少量热粥汤，使汗出，即可痊愈。
养生方说：一只手托着下巴向上极力伸展，另一只手向后长长地舒展并用力努张。手掌向四方张开，同时达到极致姿势，左右各做七次。

Tongding San (Penetrating Top Powder) treats headache, nasal congestion, and chest fullness.
Lilu (Veratri Radix, ground, half liang), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma, remove stamens, 3 qian). The above are made into a powder. Take a small amount each time, insufflate into the nose.
Treats sudden severe headache, feeling as if breaking.
The above method can use salt water to induce vomiting by tickling the throat. If vomiting does not occur, perform acupuncture bloodletting. It is also said to use raw and cooked soup: first boil one sheng of water, then add one sheng of cold water, and three he of salt, using this soup to take Moxiang San (Musk Powder).
Moxiang San (Musk Powder) treats unbearable headache. Insufflate into the nose.
Use one stem of Lilu from Hezhou, dry it in the sun, grind into powder. Add Musk the size of a hemp seed, grind evenly, and insufflate into the nose.
Zhenlong Wan (Dragon Pearl Pill) treats headache, dizziness, as well as Hou Bi (sore throat) and Chanhou Feng (strangling wind).
Use long earthworms, any quantity. Collect on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month. Mix with Longnao (Borneolum Syntheticum) and Moxiang (Moschus), grind evenly, form pills the size of hemp seeds. Each time, use fresh ginger juice to coat and swallow.
Treatment for stiff neck.
Use Xiang Baizhi (Angelica Dahurica Root) as powder. Crush fresh ginger to extract natural juice, mix with the powder, and apply to the affected area. Then cover the head with thick clothing and blankets, drink a small amount of hot porridge soup, induce sweating, and it will heal.
Health preservation methods say: One hand supports the chin and extends upward with extreme force; the other hand stretches backward long and exerts urgent effort. Palms face four directions, simultaneously reaching the extreme posture. Do this seven times on the left and right sides alternately.
