药材：地骨皮（一两，烧成炭灰）、白矾（半两，烧至水分完全蒸发）、皂角刺（一两，烧成炭灰）、硫黄（半两，细研）、附子（半两）。
用法：用温热的米粥汤送服。
主治：各种痔疮和瘘管。无论病情深浅，必定有效。
【神验散】（出自《神效方》）
药材：黄芪（二两，切碎）、枳实（一两半，麸炒至微黄）、萆薢（三两，切碎）、白蒺藜（三两，微炒后去刺）、菟丝子。
用法：制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每服用温醇糯米酒一盏送下。若服药后不能言语，便让其入睡。待药力运行至次日五更天时，药效显现。根据病程长短，剂量可调整为三钱或五六钱，用水半大盏与醇糯米酒半大盏混合煎煮后服用。再次服药时依此法，无需使用胡桃仁。久病患者适用。
【鹤虱丸】
主治：痔疮瘘管脓血不止，经年不愈。同时具有杀虫功效。
药材：鹤虱（炒制）、雷丸、白矾灰（各一两）、皂角刺、硫黄（研细，各一两）、百部（一两半）。
用法：上药研为细末，用醋糊制作丸剂。
【如圣饼】
主治：痔疮瘘管脓血不止，脏毒下血。
药材：寒食面、铅丹（研细）、白矾（烧至水分蒸发后研细）、轻粉（研细）、硫黄（研细，等分）。
用法：上药研匀，用倒流水调和做成饼状。饭后服用。
【麝香散】
主治：痔疮瘘管。
药材：麝香（三钱）、槐花（一半生用，一半炒制）、荆芥穗（各一钱）、千针草（去皮根，半两）、硼砂（研细，三钱）。
用法：上药研为细末。
【牵牛丸】
主治：肠风痔疮瘘管。
药材：黑牵牛（生用和熟用各半）、猪牙皂角（去皮）、何首乌、香附子、草乌头（切破，冷水浸泡，秋冬七日，夏季三日）。
用法：配伍熟猪肉一顿食用，稍后用酒送下五七丸。药力运行时，若感不适，可用温水饭频频压制。严格忌食热物。之后用熟热的乌头在疮口上时时换灸。
【麝香丸】（出自《圣惠方》）
主治：痔疮瘘管疮肿疼痛，脓血不止。
药材：麝香（半两，研细）、蜗牛子（二两，炒至黄色）、灶突墨（二两）、道人头（二两）、汉椒（二两，去目及闭口者）。
用法：上药研为细末，炼蜜为丸。
【黄矾丸】（出自《圣惠方》）
主治：痔疮瘘管肿痛，脓血不止。
药材：黄矾（三两）、乌蛇（六两，酒浸去骨皮，炙至黄色）、黄芪（三两，切碎）、枳壳（二两，麸炒微黄去瓤）、骆驼蹄（适量）。
用法：上药研为细末，炼蜜为丸。空腹米汤送下。
【熊胆散】（出自《御药院方》）
主治：痔疮瘘管疮口不合，脓汁清稀，肿硬不消。
药材：熊胆（一钱）、雄黄、轻粉（各半钱）、麝香（一字）。
用法：上药研为细末，干掺于疮口上。
【治远年痔漏不瘥方】
主治：多年痔疮瘘管不愈。
药材：木香、丁香、黑牛粪末、白牛粪末（各一钱）。
用法：上药研为细末。取鸡蛋二个，打开取蛋黄，同药一处调匀煎煮。
【治痔疮瘘管方】
药材：附子（一个）、脑子（冰片）、麝香、没药（各一钱）。
用法：上药研为细末，取薄荷自然汁制作丸剂，梧桐子大小。每服一丸，用蛙口涎沫调开，点涂痔疮一二丸。此量可治疗五人。
【枳壳散】
主治：肠风痔疮瘘管。
药材：枳壳、木鳖子、防风、萆薢（各二钱）。
