（附论）
所谓赤烂，是指眼睑全部发红且溃烂。遇到风邪时症状会加重。这也被称为风赤眼。这是由于遭受风日侵袭，风热之气损伤了眼睑皮肤所致。
砂石脂丸（出自《圣惠方》）
治疗眼睛迎风流泪、红肿溃烂疼痛，以及多年形成的障翳。
药材：青石脂、砂、决明石（捣碎研磨后用水飞法处理）、青盐、脑子（细研）、决明子、干姜（炮裂后锉碎），各一分。
