木通膏：治疗发背以及各种痈疽疮疡。

雄黄膏：治疗一切发背乳痈、恶疮骨疽穿漏，收敛毒气、止痛、生肌。

乌膏：治疗一切痈疽发背，疼痛难忍，口干大渴，不想进食。
雄黄（细细研磨）、雌黄（细细研磨）、川芎、川升麻、黄连、黄柏、川乌头（生用，去皮脐，各一两）、杏仁（五十枚，热水浸泡去皮尖双仁）、胡粉（一两，细细研磨）、巴豆（二十枚，去皮心）、乱发（鸡蛋大小）、汉防己（一两）、松脂（鸡蛋大小）。以上药物切碎。用猪脂三斤，急火煎煮直到头发化尽，下入其他药物。用文火熬煮直到乌头颜色变赤。用绵布过滤。冷却后加入真珠末五钱，放入药中。加入雄黄、雌黄、胡粉搅拌均匀。先用温水清洗疮口，擦干后敷药。
黄丹膏：治疗一切痈疽发背，疼痛大渴，烦闷扰乱，肿胀坚硬。
黄丹（七两）、蜡（三两）、白蔹（二两，切碎）、乳香（二两，研末）、黄连（二两，切碎）、生油（一斤）、杏仁（三两）。先将白蔹等三味药，用生绢袋装好，放入油中用慢火熬煮半天。滤出后下入黄丹，用柳木梳子搅拌直到颜色变黑，膏成。加入蜡、乳香再熬煮，软硬适中。用瓷盒盛装。摊在旧帛上贴敷，每天更换两次。
麝香膏：治疗一切痈疽发背，以及热风毒结肿疼痛。

连翘膏：治疗一切痈疽发背穿穴后，排脓、散毒、止痛。

Decoct until Baizhi turns yellowish-red. Filter through silk cloth. Wipe the pot clean. Reheat the oil, add Lithargyrum, and stir constantly with a willow stick. When the mixture turns black, add Beeswax and melt completely. Test by dropping a small amount into water; if it forms a bead that does not disperse, the consistency is correct. Then add the various powdered herbs one by one and stir evenly. Store in a porcelain box. For "Fabei" (back carbuncle), mix 1 qian with hot wine for oral administration, and apply externally. For Luoli (scrofula) involving bone, apply to the affected area. For Ju chuang (ulcerative sores), Feng zhong (wind swelling), Jie xuan (scabies and tinea), Chang yong (intestinal abscess), Ru yong (breast abscess), Fabinfafa (hair follicle infection of temples), Ya yong (tooth abscess), Fa nao (brain abscess), Shen yong (kidney abscess), Ma zhui (trauma from horse fall) with bone damage, apply to the affected area. For bites from insects or snakes, apply to the bite site. For tiger or leopard bites, wash the wound with Licorice water before application.
Chuiyun Gao (Weeping Cloud Plaster): Treats back carbuncles, breast abscesses, and various swellings.
Luanfa Human Hair (1 liang), Huangdan Lithargyrum (6 liang), Feijuan Crimson Silk (1 chi 2 cun square, burnt to ash), Songzhi Pine Resin (2 liang), Qutoujizhen Spine of Thorny Plant (50 pieces), Dingxiang Flos Caryophylli (0.5 liang, powdered), La Beeswax (1 liang), Yan Salt (1 liang), Chaihu Radix Bupleuri (1 liang, roots removed), Huangqi Radix Astragali (1 liang), Ruxiang Resina Olibani (0.5 liang, finely ground), Langdangzi Fructus Datura Metel (2 liang), Qingmayou Pure Sesame Oil (1 jin), Luerse Donkey Ear Plug (0.5 liang). Take 1 jin of sesame oil and boil until smoke ceases. Add crimson silk, human hair, pine resin, and beeswax. Decoct until the hair is completely dissolved. Crush Chaihu and other herbs, add to the oil pot, and simmer over low heat for the duration of a meal. Filter through silk cloth to remove dregs. Return the oil to the pot, add Lithargyrum, and stir continuously. When the color turns black, add Dingxiang and Ruxiang powders and mix well. Shenxiao Wu Gao (Divine Effect Black Plaster): Treats all types of swellings and sores.
Qingyou Pure Oil (1 jin), Huangqi Radix Astragali (1 liang, chopped), Mutong Caulis Akebiae (1 liang, chopped), Luanfa Human Hair (size of an egg), Xingren Semen Armeniacae Amarum (1 liang, soaked, skin and tips removed, double kernels, ground), Zaojia Fructus Gleditsiae Sinensis (one stick, unrotted, with skin, freshly chopped). Soak the first five ingredients in oil overnight. Next morning, simmer over low heat until the dregs are slightly charred black. Filter through silk cloth. Return the oil to the pot, add 5 liang of rendered lard from the twelfth lunar month, and Lithargyrum. Stir constantly with a willow comb. Test by dropping small amounts on lacquerware; when it solidifies without sticking to fingers, remove from heat. Add 1 fen of Shexiang Moschus (finely ground) and mix well. Pour into a porcelain box. Apply to all swellings by spreading on old silk. Unbroken swellings should resolve; broken ones should drain spontaneously. For painful swellings, traumatic injuries, fractures, burns, and scalds, apply while warm. For intestinal abscesses, form pills the size of paulownia seeds and take ten pills on an empty stomach with warm wine.
Mutong Gao (Akebia Plaster): Treats back carbuncles and various abscesses and sores.
Mutong Caulis Akebiae (3 liang, chopped), Lubofang Nidus Vespae (2 liang), Lianqiao Fructus Forsythiae (2 liang, chopped), Huangqin Radix Scutellariae (2 liang, chopped), Shanglu Radix Phytolaccae (chopped), Huangqi Radix Astragali (chopped), Niubanggen Radix Arctii (chopped), Rutoxiang Papilla Fragrance (chopped and ground on paper), Songzhi Pine Resin, La Beeswax (each 2 liang), Huangdan Lithargyrum (7 liang), Yangshenzhi Sheep Kidney Fat (3 liang), Feiboa Crimson Silk (1 chi, burnt to ash and finely ground), Xiaoshi Niter (1 liang, finely ground), Qutoujizhen Spine of Thorny Plant (100 pieces). If swelling has not suppurated, it will dissipate internally; if suppurated, apply twice daily.
Shixiang Gao (Ten Fragrances Plaster): Treats wind-toxin swellings, abscesses, furuncles, warts, and goiters.
Chenxiang Lignum Aquilariae Resinatum, Tanxiang Lignum Santali Albae, Dingxiang Flos Caryophylli (powdered), Yujin Rhizoma Curcumae (chopped, 0.5 liang), Gansongxiang Rhizoma Nardostachyos (chopped, 0.5 liang), Shexiang Moschus (1 fen, finely ground), Xunluxiang Resina Olibani (0.5 liang, finely ground), Baijiaoxiang Resina Agni Casti (0.5 liang, finely ground), Longchi Os Dentis Mamuthi (0.5 liang, finely ground), Huangdan Lithargyrum (6 liang), Mayou Sesame Oil (1 jin), Suheyousu Styrax Liquid (0.5 liang), Muxiang Radix Aucklandiae (0.5 liang, powdered). Test in water; beads should form with appropriate softness/hardness. Remove from heat. Add the six fragrant powders (including Dingxiang) to the plaster, stir 300-500 times until ready. Store in a porcelain box. Spread on soft silk and apply, changing twice daily.
Shensheng Gao (Divine Sacred Plaster): Treats back carbuncles, hard swollen sores, unbearable pain.

Wuxi Gao (Black Rhinoceros Plaster): Treats back carbuncles and abscesses, hard painful swelling.

Hupo Amber (finely ground), Xionghuang Realgar (finely ground), Zhusha Cinnabar (finely ground), Dingxiang Flos Caryophylli, Muxiang Radix Aucklandiae, Danggui Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Bailian Bulbus Lilii, Chuanxiong Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong (each 1 fen), Mubiezi Fructus Momordicae (shell removed, 1 liang), Luanfa Human Hair (1 liang, burnt to ash), Shengdihuang Radix Rehmanniae (2 liang, sliced), Chuiliuzhi Branches of Salix (3 liang, chopped), Huaizhi Branches of Sophora (3 liang, chopped), Songzhi Branches of Pinus (1 liang), Huangdan Lithargyrum (5 liang), Qingmayou Pure Sesame Oil (15 liang). Xionghuang Realgar (finely ground), Danggui Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Guixin Cortex Cinnamomi (each 3 fen), Baizhi Radix Angelicae Dahuricae (0.5 liang), Chishaoyao Radix Paeoniae Rubra (each 0.5 liang), Gancao Radix Glycyrrhizae, Fuzii Preparata Radix Aconiti (raw, skin/navel removed), Huangqi Radix Astragali, Zhike Fructus Citri Reticulatae (each 3 fen), Wuzhuyu Fructus Evodiae, Baizhu Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Duohuo Radix Saposhnikoviae (each 0.5 liang), Binglang Semen Arecae (3 fen), Shexiang Moschus (0.5 liang, finely ground), Ruxiang Resina Olibani (0.5 liang), Tuquebai Turkic White (3 fen), Mubiezi Fructus Momordicae (0.5 liang, shell removed), Yunmufen Cloud Mother Powder (3 fen), Songzhi Pine Resin, Bai La White Beeswax (2 liang), Chuiliuzhi Branches of Salix (1 liang), Huaizhi Branches of Sophora (1 liang), Baitanxiang Lignum Santali Albae (0.5 liang), Linglingxiang Herba Pogostemonis, Gansongxiang Rhizoma Nardostachyos (each 10 liang), Huangdan Lithargyrum (10 liang), Mayou Sesame Oil (2 jin). Heat oil in pot over charcoal. Add Gansongxiang, Linglingxiang, Tanxiang, Huaizhi, Chuiliuzhi. Simmer slowly until branches turn black, then remove. Chop other herbs, mix with 0.5 sheng of wine, soak overnight. Add to oil, boil until Baizhi turns reddish. Filter through silk. Clean pot. Return oil, add Huangdan, boil until black, stir 2000-3000 times until bubbles fly, indicating plaster formation. Add Xionghuang and Shexiang, mix well. Store in porcelain. Spread on wax paper, apply morning and evening.
Wuxiang Gao (Five Fragrances Plaster): Treats all abscesses, back carbuncles, malignant toxic swellings, relieves pain, generates flesh.
Dingxiang Flos Caryophylli (powdered), Muxiang Radix Aucklandiae (powdered), Xunluxiang Resina Olibani (powdered), Shexiang Moschus (powdered, each 1 fen), Huangqi Radix Astragali, Baizhi Radix Angelicae Dahuricae, Xixin Herba Asari, Fangfeng Radix Saposhnikoviae (rhizome removed), Chuanxiong Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, Danggui Radix Angelicae Sinensis (each 0.5 liang), Gancao Radix Glycyrrhizae, Sanggen Cortex Mori Radicis (each 1 liang), Huaizhi Branches of Sophora (chopped, 3 he), Luanfa Human Hair (1 liang, burnt to ash), Chuiliuzhi Branches of Salix (chopped, 3 he), Huangdan Lithargyrum (10 liang), Qingmayou Pure Sesame Oil (1 jin 4 liang). Except for the five powders, chop all herbs finely. Soak in oil in clean pot overnight. Simmer slowly until Huaizhi and Chuiliuzhi turn yellow-black. Filter through silk, clarify. Simmer oil slowly, add Huangdan, stir constantly with willow comb until black. Test in water for consistency. Add Ruxiang powder, mix well. Pour into non-porous container. Apply to paper near fire, change twice daily.
Wu Gao (Black Plaster): Treats all abscesses, back carbuncles, unbearable pain, dry mouth with great thirst, loss of appetite.
Xionghuang Realgar (finely ground), Cihuang Orpiment (finely ground), Chuanxiong Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, Chuan Shengma Rhizoma Cimicifugae, Huanglian Rhizoma Coptidis, Huangbai Cortex Phellodendri, Chuan Wutou Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii (raw, skin/navel removed, each 1 liang), Xingren Semen Armeniacae Amarum (50 pieces, soaked, skin/tips removed, double kernels), Hufen Lead Carbonate (1 liang, finely ground), Badou Fructus Crotonis Tiglii (20 pieces, skin/core removed), Luanfa Human Hair (egg-sized), Hanfangji Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae (1 liang), Songzhi Pine Resin (egg-sized). Chop herbs. Use 3 jin of lard. Boil fiercely until hair dissolves, add herbs. Simmer gently until Wutou turns red. Filter through silk. Cool, add 5 qian of Zhenzhu Powder Pearl, mix into medicine. Add Xionghuang, Cihuang, Hufen, mix well. Wash wound with warm water, dry, and apply.
Huangdan Gao (Lithargyrum Plaster): Treats all abscesses, back carbuncles, severe pain/thirst, restlessness, hard swelling.
Huangdan Lithargyrum (7 liang), La Beeswax (3 liang), Bailian Bulbus Lilii (2 liang, chopped), Ruxiang Resina Olibani (2 liang, powdered), Huanglian Rhizoma Coptidis (2 liang, chopped), Shengyou Raw Oil (1 jin), Xingren Semen Armeniacae Amarum (3 liang). Place Bailian and two other herbs in raw silk bag. Simmer in oil slowly for half a day. Strain, add Huangdan. Stir with willow comb until black and plaster forms. Add La and Ruxiang, simmer until consistency is right. Store in porcelain. Spread on old silk, change twice daily.
Shexiang Gao (Moschus Plaster): Treats all abscesses, back carbuncles, wind-heat toxin accumulation, painful swelling.
Shexiang Moschus (1 liang, finely ground), Huangquan Zhi Yellow Dog Fat (1 liang), Moyao Resina Commiphorae (0.5 liang, powdered), Zhusha Cinnabar (3 fen, finely ground), Bai La White Beeswax (3 fen), Muxiang Radix Aucklandiae (0.5 liang, powdered), Qilinjie Sanguis Draconis (3 fen, powdered), Yezi Xionghuang Leaf Realgar (0.5 liang, finely ground), Dingxiang Flos Caryophylli (0.5 liang, powdered), Danggui Radix Angelicae Sinensis (2 fen, powdered), Huangdan Lithargyrum (2 liang), You Oil (8 liang), Binglang Semen Arecae (0.5 liang, powdered), Longnao Borneolum Syntheticum (0.5 liang, finely ground). Heat oil in silver pot over low heat. Add La and Dog Fat, remove from heat. Gradually add Huangdan. Reheat, stir constantly with willow comb until color changes. Remove from heat. Grind the six powders and fragrant herbs together uniformly. Warm slightly over low fire, gradually stir into plaster until uniform. Store in porcelain. Spread on wax paper, change twice daily.
Ruxiang Gao (Olibanum Plaster): Treats all abscesses, back carbuncles, day and night pain.
Ruxiang Resina Olibani (0.5 liang), Huangdan Lithargyrum (3 liang), Mayou Sesame Oil (0.5 jin), Shexiang Moschus (1 qian, finely ground), Guixin Cortex Cinnamomi (1 qian), Nifen Calomel (3 qian), Fuzii Preparata Radix Aconiti (3 fen, raw, skin/tips removed), Danggui Radix Angelicae Sinensis (0.5 liang). Pound herbs into fine powder. Roast Huangdan in a pot over low heat until red. Add oil and decoct. Drop into water bowl; when it forms beads like pearls, add herb powders. Stir and decoct into plaster. Store in porcelain. Spread on old silk, change twice daily.
Qilinjie Gao (Dragon's Blood Plaster): Treats all abscesses, back carbuncles, malignant toxic swellings, chronic pus discharge after ulceration, lack of muscle regeneration, unsettled toxins, absorbs toxin, relieves pain, warms muscles.
Qilinjie Sanguis Draconis (0.5 liang), Xionghuang Realgar (finely ground, 0.5 liang), Mituoseng Litharge (finely ground, 0.5 liang), Cihuang Orpiment (1 fen, finely ground), Luanfa Human Hair (0.5 liang, ash), Zhusha Cinnabar (0.5 liang, finely ground), Ruxiang Resina Olibani (1 liang, finely ground), Huangqi Radix Astragali (1 liang), Baishaoyao Radix Paeoniae Albae, Mudan Cortex Moutan, Lianqiao Fructus Forsythiae, Dingxiang Flos Caryophylli, Muxiang Radix Aucklandiae, Guixin Cortex Cinnamomi, Danggui Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Niuxi Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae (roots removed), Xixin Herba Asari, Baizhi Radix Angelicae Dahuricae (each 1 liang), Songzhi Pine Resin (2 liang), La Beeswax (3 liang), Huangdan Lithargyrum (11 liang), Mayou Sesame Oil (2 liang), You Oil (2.5 jin). Finely chop Huangqi and 11 other herbs. Soak in oil overnight. Simmer over low heat until herbs turn black, strain. Add Songzhi, Ruxiang, La, melt completely. Filter through silk. Clean pot. Return oil, simmer slowly. Add Huangdan, stir constantly with willow comb until color changes. Test in water for consistency. Let rest. Add Qilinjie, Xionghuang, Mituoseng, Zhusha powders, mix well. Store in porcelain. Spread on paper, change twice daily.
Lianqiao Gao (Forsythia Plaster): Treats all abscesses, back carbuncles after perforation, drains pus, disperses toxin, relieves pain.
Lianqiao Fructus Forsythiae (1.5 liang), Chen Oil Aged Oil (1.5 jin), Zhuzhi Pig Fat (7 liang), Yangzhi Sheep Fat (5 liang), Huangqi Radix Astragali (1.5 liang), Huangdan Lithargyrum (14 liang), Baizhi Radix Angelicae Dahuricae (1.5 liang), Baiji Bulbus Coicis, Bailian Bulbus Lilii (each 1.5 liang), Ruxiang Resina Olibani (2 fen), Songzhi Pine Resin (1.5 liang), La Beeswax (2 liang), Lubofang Nidus Vespae (1.5 liang), Luanfa Ash Human Hair Ash (10 liang), Qingjuan Cyan Silk, Feijuan Crimson Silk (each 1 chi 2 cun, burnt to ash), Danggui Radix Angelicae Sinensis (2.5 liang), Baishaoyao Radix Paeoniae Albae, Guixin Cortex Cinnamomi (each 1.5 liang). Simmer oil, pig fat, and sheep fat over low heat until fats melt. Chop Huangqi, Baizhi, Lianqiao, Lubofang, Baiji, Bailian, Danggui, Shaoyao, Guixin (9 herbs). Add to oil, simmer over low heat until yellow-black. Add Songzhi, La, Ruxiang, melt. Strain through silk. Return to pot, add Huangdan, stir constantly with willow comb until black. Add Qingjuan/Feijuan ash and hair ash, mix well. Drop in cold place until consistency is right. Store in porcelain. Spread on old silk, change twice daily.

You Oil (1 jin), Danggui Radix Angelicae Sinensis (1.5 liang), Baizhi Radix Angelicae Dahuricae (1 liang), Guixin Cortex Cinnamomi (2 fen), Chuanxiong Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, Bencao Rhizoma Cyperi (each 1 liang), Xixin Herba Asari (2 fen), Mituoseng Litharge (1 liang, finely ground), Huangdan Lithargyrum (5 liang), Shexiang Moschus (2 fen, finely ground), Lujiaojiao Deer Antler Glue (1.5 liang), La Beeswax (3 fen), Zhusha Cinnabar (1 liang, finely ground), Yanhua Salt Flower (1 liang), Nifen Calomel (3 fen), Ruxiang Resina Olibani (3 fen, finely ground).
