川芒硝（半两） 乌贼鱼骨（半两） 川大黄（半两，锉碎后微炒） 防葵（半两） 皂荚（半两，去除黑皮，涂酥炙至焦黄，去籽）。以上药物研为散剂。每次服用四钱，用水一中盏，煎至六分，滤去药渣，温服。每日服用三到四次。
又一方（出自《圣惠方》）
雄黄（一分） 白矾（一分，烧成灰） 砂（一分） 腻粉（一钱） 麝香（一分） 巴豆（十四粒，去皮）……服。
治疗蛇症（蛇瘕）的方子。（出自《千金方》）
取白马尾切段，长五分，用酒送服方寸匕。大的蛇会自动排出，继续服用。二分者用一方寸匕，中等的也会排出。

《病源》记载：鳖瘕，是指腹内结块形状像鳖一样。有的是因为吃了鳖且受冷无法消化而生成；也有的是因为食用各种生冷食物转化而成。

Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, 0.5 liang), Mangxiao (Natrii Sulfas, equivalent to one egg in size), Wuyu Gu (Bone of Black Carp, 3 pieces), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix, 0.5 liang; another version lists Fuling/Poria), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, segment the size of a large thumb)... Insert... Mang...
Formula for treating Snake Jia. (From *Shenghui Fang*)
Chuan Mangxiao (Natrii Sulfas, 0.5 liang), Wuzeiyu Gu (Cuttlebone, 0.5 liang), Chuan Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, 0.5 liang, crushed and lightly stir-fried), Fangkui (Radix Adenophorae, 0.5 liang), Zaojiao (Gleditsiae Fructus, 0.5 liang, black skin removed, coated with butter, roasted until yellow and charred, seeds removed). Grind the above ingredients into a powder. Take 4 qian per dose. Add one zhong of water, decoct until reduced to six-tenths, strain, and take warm. Administer three to four times daily.
Another formula (From *Shenghui Fang*)
Xionghuang (Realgar, 1 fen), Baijian (Alumen, 1 fen, calcined to ash), Sha (Arsenicum Rubrum, 1 fen), Nifen (Calomelas, 1 qian), Shexiang (Moschus, 1 fen), Badou (Crotonis Fructus, 14 grains, peeled)... Take.
Formula for treating Snake Zheng (Snake Jia). (From *Qianjin Fang*)
Take white horse tail hairs, cut into segments five fen long. Take with wine using a fangcun bi (a square-inch measure). Larger masses will expel themselves naturally; continue administration. For smaller masses, use one fangcun bi; medium-sized masses will also expel.

The *Bingyuan* records: "Bie Jia" refers to an abdominal mass that resembles the shape of a soft-shelled turtle. It arises from consuming turtle meat combined with cold exposure, leading to indigestion and accumulation; or it results from the transformation of various raw and cold foods consumed.

Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, 6 zhu), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma, 0.5 liang), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, 9 zhu, processed), Renshen (Ginseng Radix, 9 zhu), Chong (Insect/Parasite, seven pieces of one cun in length, roasted), Cizi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, side root)... Ten ingredients are pounded and sifted. Take half [measure] with wine.
Another formula (From *Shenghui Fang*)
Fangkui (Radix Adenophorae, 1 liang), Biejia (Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum, 1 liang, coated with vinegar, roasted until yellow, skirt edges removed), Koushenzi (Toosendan Fructus, 1 liang), Yuliren (Pruni Semen, 1 liang, peeled and lightly stir-fried), Binglang (Arecae Semen)...
Treatment for patients with Bie Jia. (From *Bencao*)
Use fresh red millet rice to wash thoroughly. Collect the starchy washing water and drink one sheng raw. Recovery can be expected within two to three doses.
