用海桐皮并金、银煎汤下。空心时服。三服神效。
人依靠水谷的精微物质，化生为气血，在全身周流运行，使四肢相互协调，筋脉相互连接，就像提起衣领一样，没有不随之而动的。
如果（气虚或风邪侵袭），就会出现偏侧不能抬起；“曳”则表现为松弛而不能跟随运动。这些都是因为不能收摄控制所致。
赤箭丸（出自《圣惠方》）：治疗风邪所攻，肌肤虚弱，手足牵引下垂，筋脉不利。
药材：赤箭（二两）、天雄（去皮脐）、丹参、川乌头（去皮脐）、天南星、独活、防风（去芦头）、五加皮、海螵蛸、槟榔、细辛（去节）、牛黄（半两，细研）。
以上药材均生用，一起捣碎过筛成末，再研磨均匀。每次服用二十丸，用温酒送下。忌食生冷、油腻食物。
犀角丸（出自《圣惠方》）：治疗风邪引起的肢体牵引下垂，手脚不能收摄控制，肌肤顽痹麻木，筋脉不利，心神恍惚，骨节疼痛。
药材：犀角屑、羚羊角屑（各半两）、牛黄（细研）、麝香（细研，各半两）、天麻、白附子（炮裂，各一两）、当归、川芎、薏苡仁（半两）、麻黄（去根节，五十片，细研）、银箔（五十片，细研）。
以上药材捣碎过筛成末，加入已研匀的药物混合均匀，用炼蜜调和并捣击五七百下制成丸药。逐渐加量至三十丸。忌食生冷、羊血。
生犀天麻丸：治疗各种风病，手足牵引下垂，肢体麻痹不知痛痒，以及骨节疼痛，口眼歪斜，痰涎多，言语涩滞，心悸。
药材：犀角（镑片一两）、天麻（酒炙二两）、地榆（去苗）、玄参、丁香、乌头（炮裂去皮脐）、乌药、木香、珍珠（研）、琥珀（研）、安息香膏（另熬成膏用）、麻黄（去根节炒）、天南星（用牛胆内制过的）、防风。
以上药材除安息香膏外，其余捣罗成末，将安息香膏加入，另外用炼蜜和丸，如樱桃子大小。每次二十丸，用温酒送下也可以。
当归散：治疗毒风引起的肢体牵引下垂，手足不能随意运动，身体缓弱无力，或者风邪侵入五脏，精神恍惚，多言善忘，有时感到恐惧。
药材：当归、羚羊角屑（各三分）、黄芩、川乌头（半两，炮裂去皮脐）、赤芍药、远志（去心，各半两）、秦艽（三分，去苗）、甘草（半两，微赤，锉碎）、五加皮（三分）。
以上药材捣罗成散剂。每服适量，稍热时服用。忌食生冷、猪、鸡、狗肉。
天麻丸：治疗各种风病，手足牵引下垂，肢体不知痛痒，以及骨节疼痛，口眼歪斜，痰涎多，言语涩滞，心悸惊悸。
药材：犀角（镑片一两）、天麻（酒炙二两）、独活（去芦头）、人参、丁香、木香、乌药、麻黄（去根节）、麝香（研，各一分）、天南星、全蝎梢（炒，一分）、川芎（一两）。
以上药材捣罗成末，再次研磨令其均匀，加入安息香膏。不拘时候服用。
仙灵脾丸：治疗风邪引起的肢体牵引下垂，手足麻痹，屈伸不得。
药材：仙灵脾、牛膝（去苗）、川芎（各一两）、牛黄（一分，细研）、麻黄（去根节一两）、乌蛇肉（二两）、附子（炮裂去皮脐）、防风、桂心（一两）、细辛（半两）。
以上药材研磨令其均匀，用炼蜜调和并捣击三五百杵。
独活散：治疗卒中恶风，口噤不能说话，四肢牵引下垂，缓弱疼痛，风邪经过五脏，精神恍惚，恚怒无常。
药材：独活（二两）、白芍药、白术、葛根（锉）、白茯苓、防风（去芦头）、茵芋、细辛、甘草（炙微黄）、干姜（二两，去皮）。
以上药材加水煎煮至五分水量，去渣。
侧子丸：治疗毒风引起的肢体牵引下垂，四肢不收摄，或者拘挛急迫、顽痹麻木。
药材：侧子（一两，炮裂去皮脐）、白附子（炮裂）、天南星（炮裂）、白僵蚕（微炒）、汉防己、萆薢（锉）、天麻（各一两）、牛黄（细研）、干蝎（微炒，各半两）、桂心。
以上药材煮槐胶三两，再加入少许熟蜜，共同和捣五七百下。忌食生冷油腻、毒滑鱼肉。
天南星丸：治疗各种风病，手足麻痹牵引下垂，或者随即出现肿胀瘙痒疼痛。
药材：天南星（腊月用牛胆制过的三分）、白芷（一两半）、麻黄（去根节一两）、防风（去叉一两半）、羌活、藁本（苗叶）、白僵蚕（炒）、麝香（研一分）。
以上药材除麝香外，其余制成散剂。用薄荷温酒送下，不拘时候。
小八风散：治疗风虚百病，肢体牵引下垂不能随意运动。
药材：人参（去芦头）、当归、天雄（炮裂去皮脐）、附子（炮裂去皮脐）、防风（去芦头）、独活（各一两）、川芎（一分，炮裂锉）、白芷（三分）、莽草（半两）。
忌食油腻、鲤鱼猪肉。
附子汤：治疗风邪引起的肢体牵引下垂，手足不能随意运动，身体不能俯仰。
药材：附子（炮裂去皮脐）、干姜（炮）、甘草（炙）、防风（去叉）、独活（去芦头，各一两半）、石膏（碎）、人参（各一两）、杏仁（去尖双仁炒）。
每次服用五钱匕，用水和酒共一盏半煎煮。
羚羊角汤：治疗风邪引起的肢体牵引下垂，以及瘫缓不能随意运动等疾病。
药材：羚羊角（镑片一两半）、防风（去叉半两）、防己、杏仁（去皮尖双仁炒研，各一两半）、侧子（炮）、麻黄（去根节，各一两）。
以上药材切碎如麻豆大。每次服用三钱。
防风散（出自《圣惠方》）：治疗风邪突然侵袭不能说话，四肢牵引下垂，皮肉痛痒不知。
药材：防风（去芦头）、独活（各三两）、川芎、赤茯苓、当归、葛根（锉）、桂心（各一两）、麻黄（去根节）。
以上药材捣粗罗成散剂。
天麻丸（出自《王氏博济方》）：治疗中风引起的肢体牵引下垂，手足不收摄，口眼歪斜，语言謇涩，筋骨疼痛。
药材：天麻、附子（炮裂去皮脐）、干蝎（全者炒）、白僵蚕（直者炒）、川芎、牛膝（去苗，酒浸切焙，各一两）。
每次二十丸，用温酒送下。
独活汤：治疗中风，手足牵引下垂，不能说话。
药材：独活（去芦头二两）、甘草（炙）、桂（去粗皮）、生葛根、芍药、栝蒌实（各一两）。
以上药材切碎如麻豆大。
羚羊角丸：治疗中风，手足牵引下垂，言语涩滞。
药材：羚羊角（镑片一两）、犀角（镑片三分）、羌活（去芦头）、防风（去叉，各一两）、薏苡仁（炒）、秦艽。
逐渐加量至三十丸。
姜附汤（一名干姜附子汤）：治疗风邪引起的肢体牵引下垂，肢体缓弱，不相继续。
百部散：治疗中风引起的肢体牵引下垂，拘挛不能起身。
药材：百部（一两）、乌头（炮裂去皮脐一两）、牛膝（去苗切，酒洒焙干）、白术（各半两）。
以上药材制成细散。
乌龙丸（一名大圣丹）：治疗中风，手足牵引下垂，口眼歪斜，语言謇涩，步履不正。神效。
苏木煎丸（出自《经验方》）：治疗中风手足牵引下垂，或者麻痹不知痛痒。
药材：羌活、独活、川芎（各一两）、附子（二两，醋酒浸一宿，炮裂去皮脐）、雄黄（二钱，研入）。
以上药材另外用萝卜根煎汤送服。
The human body relies on the essence derived from food and water to transform into Qi and Blood, which circulate throughout the entire body. This ensures that the four limbs coordinate with each other and the sinews and vessels connect continuously, much like lifting the collar of a garment, leaving nothing unattended.
If (Qi deficiency or wind pathogen invades), there will be hemiplegia where one side cannot be lifted; "Ye" (dragging) manifests as flaccidity and inability to follow movement commands. These are all due to the failure of control and retention.
Chijian Wan (Coral Arisaema Pill, sourced from *Shenghui Fang*): Treats attacks by wind pathogens, weakness of skin and flesh, dragging and下垂 of hands and feet, and dysfunction of sinews and vessels.
Ingredients: Chijian (Corallodendron Officinale Stem, 2 liang), Tianxiong (Aconitum Kusnezoffii Root, peeled and navel removed), Danshen (Salvia Miltiorrhiza Root), Chuanyutou (Aconitum Carmichaelii Lateral Root, peeled and navel removed), Tiannanxing (Arisaema Rhizome), Duhuo (Angelica Pubescens Root), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root, rhizome removed), Wujia (Acanthopanax Bark), Haopiaoxiao (Cuttlefish Bone), Binglang (Areca Seed), Xixin (Asarum Root and Rhizome, nodes removed), Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis, half liang, finely ground).
All ingredients are used raw, pounded and sieved into powder, then further ground to uniformity. Take 20 pills per dose with warm wine. Avoid cold, raw, and greasy foods.
Xijiao Wan (Rhinoceros Horn Pill, sourced from *Shenghui Fang*): Treats wind-induced dragging and下垂, inability to control hands and feet, stubborn numbness of skin and flesh, dysfunction of sinews and vessels, mental vagueness, and bone/joint pain.
Ingredients: Xijiao (Rhinoceros Horn Shavings), Lingyangjiao (Saiga Antelope Horn Shavings) (each half liang), Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis, finely ground), Shexiang (Musk, finely ground, each half liang), Tianma (Gastrodia Rhizome), Baifuzi (Typhonium Rhizome, processed until cracked, each 1 liang), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root), Xiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome), Yiyiren (Coix Seed, half liang), Mahuang (Ephedra Herb, 50 pieces without root nodes, finely ground), Yinbo (Silver Foil, 50 pieces, finely ground).
Pound and sieve all ingredients into powder, mix with the already ground medicines uniformly, bind with refined honey, and pound 500-700 times to form pills. Gradually increase dosage up to 30 pills. Avoid cold, raw foods, and sheep blood.
Shengxi Tianma Wan (Fresh Rhinoceros Horn and Gastrodia Pill): Treats all types of wind diseases, dragging and下垂 of hands and feet, limb numbness and insensitivity, bone/joint pain, facial deviation, excessive phlegm-saliva, slurred speech, and palpitations.
Ingredients: Xijiao (Rhinoceros Horn, shaved 1 liang), Tianma (Gastrodia Rhizome, wine-fried 2 liang), Diyu (Sanguisorba Root, radix removed), Xuanshen (Scrophularia Root), Dingxiang (Clove), Wutou (Aconitum Root, processed until cracked, navel and peel removed), Wuyao (Litsea Petiolata Fruit), Muxiang (Aucklandia Root), Zhenzhu (Pearl, ground), Hupo (Amber, ground), Anshixiang (Benzoin Resin, prepared separately into paste), Mahuang (Ephedra Herb, without root nodes, fried), Tiannanxing (Arisaema Rhizome, processed with ox gall), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root).
Except for Anshixiang paste, grind remaining ingredients into powder. Add Anshixiang paste and bind with refined honey to make pills the size of cherry seeds. Take 20 pills per dose with warm wine.
Danggui San (Angelica Powder): Treats toxic wind causing dragging and下垂, inability to move hands and feet freely, bodily flaccidity and weakness, or wind invading the five zang organs leading to mental vagueness, excessive talking, forgetfulness, and occasional fear.
Ingredients: Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root), Lingyangjiao (Saiga Antelope Horn Shavings) (each 3 qian), Huangqin (Scutellaria Root), Chuanyutou (Aconitum Carmichaelii Lateral Root, half liang, processed until cracked, navel and peel removed), Chishaoyao (Red Peony Root), Yuanzhi (Polygala Root, heart removed, each half liang), Qinjiao (Gentiana Macrophylla Root, 3 qian, radix removed), Gancao (Licorice Root, half liang, slightly reddened and chopped), Wujia Pi (Acanthopanax Bark, 3 qian).
Pound and sieve into powder. Take appropriate amount, served slightly warm. Avoid cold, raw foods, pork, chicken, and dog meat.
Tianma Wan (Gastrodia Pill): Treats all wind diseases, dragging and下垂 of hands and feet, limb insensitivity, bone/joint pain, facial deviation, excessive phlegm-saliva, slurred speech, palpitations, and fright.
Ingredients: Xijiao (Rhinoceros Horn, shaved 1 liang), Tianma (Gastrodia Rhizome, wine-fried 2 liang), Duhuo (Angelica Pubescens Root, rhizome removed), Renshen (Ginseng Root), Dingxiang (Clove), Muxiang (Aucklandia Root), Wuyao (Litsea Petiolata Fruit), Mahuang (Ephedra Herb, without root nodes), Shexiang (Musk, ground, each 1 fen), Tiannanxing (Arisaema Rhizome), Xiake Shao (Scorpion Tail, fried, 1 fen), Xiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome, 1 liang).
Pound and sieve into powder, re-grind to uniformity, add Anshixiang (Benzoin Resin) paste. Take at any time.
Xianlingpi Wan (Epimedium Pill): Treats wind-induced dragging and下垂, hand and foot numbness, and inability to flex and extend.
Ingredients: Xianlingpi (Epimedium Herb), Niuxi (Achyranthes Root, radix removed), Xiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome) (each 1 liang), Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis, 1 fen, finely ground), Mahuang (Ephedra Herb, without root nodes, 1 liang), Wushe Rou (Naja Snake Meat, 2 liang), Fuzi (Aconitum Lateral Root, processed until cracked, navel and peel removed), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root), Guixin (Cinnamon Twig, 1 liang), Xixin (Asarum Root and Rhizome, half liang).
Grind uniformly, bind with refined honey, and pound 300-500 times.
Duhuo San (Angelica Pubescens Powder): Treats sudden attack of evil wind, lockjaw preventing speech, dragging and下垂 of four limbs, flaccidity and pain, wind passing through five zang organs, mental vagueness, and unpredictable anger.
Ingredients: Duhuo (Angelica Pubescens Root, 2 liang), Baishaoyao (White Peony Root), Baizhu (Atractylodes Rhizome), Gegen (Pueraria Root, chopped), Baifuling (Poria, white part), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root, rhizome removed), Yinyu (Copysatis Herb), Xixin (Asarum Root and Rhizome), Gancao (Licorice Root, roasted slightly yellow), Jianghuang (Curcuma Longa Rhizome, 2 liang, peeled).
Decoct in water until reduced to 2/5 volume, remove dregs.
Cezi Wan (Lateral Aconite Pill): Treats toxic wind causing dragging and下垂, inability to hold four limbs, or spasms, cramps, and stubborn numbness.
Ingredients: Cezi (Lateral Aconite Root, 1 liang, processed until cracked, navel and peel removed), Baifuzi (Typhonium Rhizome, processed), Tiannanxing (Arisaema Rhizome, processed), Baijiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus, lightly fried), Hanfangji (Stephania Tetrandra Root), Bixie (Dioscorea Hypoglauca Rhizome, chopped), Tianma (Gastrodia Rhizome) (each 1 liang), Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis, finely ground), Ganxie (Dried Scorpion, lightly fried, each half liang), Guixin (Cinnamon Twig).
Boil Huaijiao (Acacia Gum) 3 liang, add a little cooked honey, mix and pound 500-700 times. Avoid cold, raw, greasy foods, and toxic/slipping fish/meat.
Tiannanxing Wan (Arisaema Pill): Treats all wind diseases, hand and foot numbness with dragging and下垂, or subsequent swelling, itching, and pain.
Ingredients: Tiannanxing (Arisaema Rhizome, processed with ox gall in December, 3 qian), Baizhi (Angelica Dahurica Root, 1.5 liang), Mahuang (Ephedra Herb, without root nodes, 1 liang), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root, without forked ends, 1.5 liang), Qianghuo (Notopterygium Rhizome and Root), Gaoben (Ligusticum Jeholense Stem and Leaf), Baijiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus, fried), Shexiang (Musk, ground, 1 fen).
Except for Musk, process remaining ingredients into powder. Take with warm wine infused with Mint (Bohe) at any time.
Xiao Bafeng San (Minor Eight Winds Powder): Treats wind-deficiency hundred diseases, dragging and下垂 of limbs preventing free movement.
Ingredients: Renshen (Ginseng Root, rhizome removed), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root), Tianxiong (Aconitum Kusnezoffii Root, processed until cracked, navel and peel removed), Fuzi (Aconitum Lateral Root, processed until cracked, navel and peel removed), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root, rhizome removed), Duhuo (Angelica Pubescens Root) (each 1 liang), Xiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome, 1 fen, processed until cracked and chopped), Baizhi (Angelica Dahurica Root, 3 qian), Mangcao (Conium Fruit, half liang).
Avoid greasy foods, carp, and pork.
Fuzi Tang (Aconite Decoction): Treats wind-induced dragging and下垂, inability to move hands and feet, and inability to bend or straighten the body.
Ingredients: Fuzi (Aconitum Lateral Root, processed until cracked, navel and peel removed), Jiang (Dried Ginger), Gancao (Licorice Root, roasted), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root, without forked ends), Duhuo (Angelica Pubescens Root, rhizome removed) (each 1.5 liang), Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum, crushed), Renshen (Ginseng Root) (each 1 liang), Xingren (Apricot Seed, without tip and double kernels, fried).
Take 5 qian bi doses. Decoct with water and wine totaling 1.5 zhan.
Lingyangjiao Tang (Saiga Antelope Horn Decoction): Treats wind-induced dragging and下垂, and diseases such as paralysis and flaccidity preventing movement.
Ingredients: Lingyangjiao (Saiga Antelope Horn, shaved 1.5 liang), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root, without forked ends, half liang), Fangji (Stephania Tetrandra Root), Xingren (Apricot Seed, without skin/tip/double kernels, fried and ground, each 1.5 liang), Cezi (Lateral Aconite Root, processed), Mahuang (Ephedra Herb, without root nodes, each 1 liang).
Chop ingredients to the size of hemp seeds. Take 3 qian per dose.
Fangfeng San (Saposhnikovia Powder, sourced from *Shenghui Fang*): Treats sudden wind attack preventing speech, dragging and下垂 of four limbs, and unknown pain/itching of skin and flesh.
Ingredients: Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root, rhizome removed), Duhuo (Angelica Pubescens Root) (each 3 liang), Xiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome), Chifuling (Poria, red part), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root), Gegen (Pueraria Root, chopped), Guixin (Cinnamon Twig) (each 1 liang), Mahuang (Ephedra Herb, without root nodes).
Pound coarsely and sieve into powder.
Duhuo Tang (Angelica Pubescens Decoction): Treats wind-induced dragging and下垂, inability to control limbs.
Tianma Wan (Gastrodia Pill, sourced from *Wangshi Boji Fang*): Treats stroke-induced dragging and下垂, inability to retract hands and feet, facial asymmetry, slurred speech, and bone/joint pain.
Ingredients: Tianma (Gastrodia Rhizome), Fuzi (Aconitum Lateral Root, processed until cracked, navel and peel removed), Ganxie (Dried Scorpion, whole, fried), Baijiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus, straight ones, fried), Xiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome), Niuxi (Achyranthes Root, radix removed, soaked in wine, cut, and baked, each 1 liang).
Take 20 pills per dose with warm wine.
Duhuo Tang (Angelica Pubescens Decoction): Treats stroke, dragging and下垂 of hands and feet, inability to speak.
Ingredients: Duhuo (Angelica Pubescens Root, rhizome removed, 2 liang), Gancao (Licorice Root, roasted), Gui (Cinnamon Bark, coarse bark removed), Sheng Gegen (Fresh Pueraria Root), Shaoyao (Peony Root), Gualou Shi (Trichosanthes Fruit, each 1 liang).
Chop ingredients to the size of hemp seeds.
Lingyangjiao Wan (Saiga Antelope Horn Pill): Treats stroke, dragging and下垂 of hands and feet, slurred speech.
Ingredients: Lingyangjiao (Saiga Antelope Horn, shaved 1 liang), Xijiao (Rhinoceros Horn, shaved 3 fen), Qianghuo (Notopterygium Rhizome and Root, rhizome removed), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root, without forked ends, each 1 liang), Yiyiren (Coix Seed, fried), Qinjiao (Gentiana Macrophylla Root).
Gradually increase dosage up to 30 pills.
Jiangfu Tang (Ginger and Aconite Decoction, also known as Ganjiang Fuzi Tang): Treats wind-induced dragging and下垂, limb flaccidity and weakness, lack of continuity in movement.
Baibu San (Stemona Powder): Treats stroke-induced dragging and下垂, spasms preventing rising.
Ingredients: Baibu (Stemona Root, 1 liang), Wutou (Aconitum Root, processed until cracked, navel and peel removed, 1 liang), Niuxi (Achyranthes Root, radix removed, cut, sprinkled with wine, and dried), Baizhu (Atractylodes Rhizome) (each half liang).
Process into fine powder.
Wulong Wan (Black Dragon Pill, also known as Dasheng Dan): Treats stroke, dragging and下垂 of hands and feet, facial deviation, slurred speech, and irregular gait. Highly effective.
Baigui Wan (Tortoise Shell Pill, also known as Baigui San): Treats stroke, trembling and dragging and下垂 of hands and feet.
Sumu Jian Wan (Sappan Wood Decoction Pill, sourced from *Jingyan Fang*): Treats stroke-induced dragging and下垂 of hands and feet, or numbness and insensitivity.
Ingredients: Qianghuo (Notopterygium Rhizome and Root), Duhuo (Angelica Pubescens Root), Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome) (each 1 liang), Fuzi (Aconitum Lateral Root, 2 liang, soaked in vinegar and wine overnight, processed until cracked, navel and peel removed), Xionghuang (Realgar, 2 qian, ground and added).
Separately decoct Radish Root (Luobo Gen) and take with this pill.
Stroke with inability to move hands and feet.
Take with decoction of Haitongpi (Sarcandla Bark) along with Gold and Silver. Take on an empty stomach. Highly effective after three doses.
