[Supplementary Discussion]
Cardiac and abdominal pain arises from cold pathogens invading the space between the Zang-Fu organs, where they contend with Qi and Blood. Following the movement of Qi up and down, these pathogens attack the heart and abdomen, causing pain. This condition is caused by deficiency of the Zang organ Qi and excess of pathogenic factors.
