[Supplementary Discussion]
The so-called "Shi Zheng" (Food Stagnation Syndrome, a type of accumulation caused by food retention) in women arises from the weakness of the Zang-Fu organs. When menstruation occurs, consumption of raw and cold foods further weakens the Spleen and Stomach, rendering them unable to digest food. This undigested food struggles with the Qi of the internal organs, leading to knotting and accumulation.
