风邪侵袭导致的牙齿肿痛，表现为牙根虚浮松动，牙齿疼痛。有时遇到呼吸吸入的风冷之气，疼痛会加剧。病情缓解后，牙龈槽部红肿，甚至导致牙齿动摇不定。
这是因为手阳明大肠经的支脉进入齿龈。牙齿是骨骼的终点，由骨髓滋养。如果风冷之邪客居在经络中，损伤了骨髓，冷气侵入牙齿，就会引起疼痛。
【方剂】
雄黄丸
治疗风邪引起的牙齿肿痛。
药材：雄黄、丹砂、麝香、桂枝、槟榔、鹿茸、干姜、防风、天南星、黄芪、白茯苓、半夏、白附子。
胡桐泪散
治疗手阳明经气虚，遭受风热侵袭。邪气流注于牙齿，攻冲牙龈内部，导致肿胀结聚、胸闷不适。严重时与牙龈间的津液相搏结，化为脓汁。适宜服用此药。
药材：胡桐泪、石胆、黄矾、芦荟（各半两）、朱砂、细辛、当归、牛膝、川芎（各二钱半）、乱头发（用量如常规）。
清上防风散
治疗上焦气机不利，风热攻冲，气血郁滞。症状包括牙齿闷痛、牙龈肉虚肿、鼻塞声音重浊、头昏目眩等，皆可用此方治疗。

Wind-pathogen-induced tooth swelling and pain manifest as loose and floating tooth roots, with dental pain. Sometimes, inhaling cold wind exacerbates the pain. Upon relief, the gingival sulcus becomes red and swollen, potentially leading to tooth mobility.
This occurs because the branch meridian of the Hand-Yangming Large Intestine Meridian enters the gums. Teeth are the termination of bones and are nourished by bone marrow. If cold-wind pathogens lodge in the meridians and damage the bone marrow, cold qi invading the teeth causes pain.

Treats deficiency of the Hand-Yangming meridian with invasion of wind-heat. Pathogenic factors flow into the teeth and attack the gums, causing swelling, nodulation, chest fullness, and discomfort. Severe cases involve interaction with gingival fluids, transforming into pus. This formula is suitable for consumption.
