医之道大矣。可以养生，可以全身，可以尽年，可以利天下与来世，是非浅识者所能为
也。苟精此道者，通神明，夺造化，擅回生起死之功。则精神之运，必有默相于冥冥之中者，
岂
瘼，迨及后世。周有和缓，秦有扁鹊，汉有仓公，魏有华佗，宋有徐文伯，唐有孙思邈，又
皆神奇出人意表，背望踵蹑，代不乏人，自兹以往，其妙不传。间有能者。仅可一二数，何
古人精巧如是，而今人之不逮也。予尝思之。古人以此救人，故天畀其道，使普惠含灵。后
人以此射利，故天啬其术，而不轻畀予，无足疑者。予年十一，连遭家祸，父以时疫，母以
气中。百日之间，并失怙恃。痛念里无良医，束手待尽，及长成人，刻意方书，誓欲以救物

治肝经因虚，内受风邪，卧则魂散而不守，状若惊悸，真珠丸（真珠母大于常珠形状不

熟干地黄（酒洒，九蒸九曝，焙干，各一两半）

沉香 龙齿（各半两）
上为细末，炼蜜为丸，如梧子大，辰砂为衣。每服四五十丸，金银薄荷汤下，日午夜卧

医学的道理非常宏大。它可以用来保养生命，保全身体，享尽天年，造福天下和后世人，这不是见识浅薄的人所能做到的。
如果精通这门学问的人，能够通达神明，夺得天工造化，擅长起死回生的功效。那么精神的运用，必然有默默相助的力量在冥冥之中，这难道不是疾病（瘼）的终结吗？以至于流传到后世。
周朝有和缓，秦朝有扁鹊，汉朝有仓公，魏国有华佗，宋朝有徐文伯，唐朝有孙思邈，他们都神奇出众，超越常人想象，一个接一个，代代都有人才，但从此以后，其中的奥妙便不再广泛流传。偶尔有能掌握它的人，也仅仅可以数出几个。为什么古人如此精巧，而现代人却赶不上呢？
我曾经思考过这个问题。古人用医术来救人，所以上天赐予他们道术，使他们普遍惠及众生；后人用医术来谋取利益，所以上天吝啬他们的技术，不轻易给予，这是不足为奇的。
我十一岁时，接连遭遇家庭灾祸，父亲死于时疫，母亲死于气中（一种因情绪或气机逆乱导致的急症）。在一百天之内，双亲相继去世。我悲痛地想到乡里没有良医，只能束手待毙。等到长大成人后，我刻意钻研医书，发誓要以救人为心志。

The principles of medicine are profound. They can be used to nourish life, preserve the body, fulfill one's natural lifespan, and benefit the world and future generations; this is not something that those with shallow understanding can achieve.
Those who master this art can communicate with the divine, rival the creative forces of nature, and possess the miraculous ability to restore the dead to life. The operation of their spirit must have a silent assistance in the unseen realm, effectively ending illness (mò), thereby passing down to posterity. In the Zhou Dynasty, there was He Huan; in the Qin Dynasty, Bian Que; in the Han Dynasty, Cang Gong; in the Wei Kingdom, Hua Tuo; in the Song Dynasty, Xu Wenbo; and in the Tang Dynasty, Sun Simiao. All were miraculously outstanding, surpassing ordinary expectations, following one after another, with talents emerging in every generation. However, since then, their subtleties have not been widely transmitted. Occasionally, there are those capable of it, but they can be counted on one hand. Why were the ancients so skillful, while modern people fall short?
I have often pondered this. The ancients used medicine to save people, so Heaven bestowed its Dao upon them, enabling them to universally benefit all sentient beings. Later generations used medicine to seek profit, so Heaven withheld its techniques, not granting them lightly; this is beyond doubt. At the age of eleven, I suffered consecutive family tragedies: my father died from an epidemic disease, and my mother died from Qi Zhong (a sudden disorder of Qi flow). Within a hundred days, I lost both parents. Grieving deeply, I realized there were no good physicians in my locality, leaving me helpless and awaiting death. Upon reaching adulthood, I deliberately studied medical texts, vowing to dedicate myself to saving lives.

Shudihuang Radix Rehmanniae Preparata (Sprinkled with wine, steamed nine times and sun-dried nine times, dried by baking, each 1 liang 5 qian)
Renshen Radix Ginseng (Radix removed)
Suanzaoren Semen Ziziphi Spinosae (Lightly stir-fried, skin removed, ground)
Baiziren Semen Platycladi (Each 1 liang, ground)
Xijiao Cornu Rhinocerotis (Shaved into fine powder)
Fushen Poria Cum Radice (Woody core removed)
Chenxiang Lignum Aquilariae Resinatum, Longchi Os Draconis (Each 0.5 liang)
Grind all ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with refined honey to form pills the size of wutong seeds. Coat with Chen Sha (Cinnabar). Take 40-50 pills per dose, administered with Yinjin Bohe Tang (Silver and Mint Decoction), taken at midnight and before bedtime.
