中风身直，不得屈伸，取槐白皮酒水煮，徐服。（第九。）
肠痔下血，槐蛾为末，水饮服。（第十。）
崩中下血，槐蛾为末，酒下。（十一。）
产后血痛欲死。同上。（十二。）
蛔虫心痛，同上，水服。若不止，服热水至一升，则虫立出。（十三。）
月水不断，人黄瘦者，槐蛾烧黄，赤石脂各一两，为末，每热酒服二钱。（十四。）
脏毒下血，槐蛾同干漆烧末。酒下。（十五。）
【槐白皮】味苦，性平，无毒。用于治疗淋证引起的阴囊肿坠肿胀，含漱可治齿疳，清除皮肤麻木感，洗浴可缓解外阴瘙痒疼痛。对于各种恶疮及五种痔疮，煎制成膏剂外敷，能止痛、生肌、消肿、止血。其中根皮的效果尤为优良。
【槐枝】药性与槐白皮相同。用于清洗外阴以去除湿痒，治疗赤白带下及崩漏。将黑漆涂抹牙齿，或用烧槐枝沥出的汁液涂擦癣疾，或酿酒饮用以治疗风疾，或将槐枝烧成灰洗头以乌发。清洗疮疡效果最佳，洗浴痔疮也有效。
【槐蛾】味辛，性平，无毒。治疗五种痔疮导致的脱肛和下血，治疗妇女外阴生疮，止心痛并破血，益气力并祛风。
1. 风热牙痛：将槐枝烧热后烙烫患处。（验方第一）
2. 九种心痛：在太阳日取新鲜槐枝一把，去掉两端节疤，水煎服用。（验方第二）
3. 赤白崩中：将槐枝烧成灰，用酒送服。（验方第三）
4. 胎动难产：取向东生长的槐枝，让产妇拿着，即可顺利分娩。（验方第四）
5. 阴疮湿痒：取向北生长的槐枝，煎水清洗，频繁更换药液。（验方第五）
6. 阴下湿痒：将槐白皮炒制后，煎水每日清洗。（验方第六）
7. 痔疮作痒，或流脓血，或有虫者：取槐白皮水煎，先熏洗患处，再研为细末，用棉布包裹纳入下部（肛门/阴道）。（验方第七）
8. 破伤中风：取背阴处的槐白皮，现刻一片，艾灸一百壮，直到感觉不痛变为疼痛，或疼痛变为不痛为止。（验方第八）
9. 中风身体僵硬，不能屈伸：取槐白皮用酒和水煮，慢慢服用。（验方第九）
10. 肠痔下血：将槐蛾研为细末，用水送服。（验方第十）
11. 崩中下血：将槐蛾研为细末，用酒送服。（验方第十一）
12. 产后血痛欲死：用法同上。（验方第十二）
13. 蛔虫心痛：同上，用水送服。如果疼痛不止，喝下一升热水，虫子会立刻排出。（验方第十三）
14. 月经淋漓不断，人体黄瘦：将槐蛾烧至黄色，与赤石脂各一两，研为细末，每次用热酒送服二钱。（验方第十四）
15. 脏毒下血：将槐蛾与干漆一起烧成灰末，用酒送服。（验方第十五）
[Huai Bai Pi (Sophora Root Bark)] Bitter, neutral, non-toxic. Used to treat scrotal swelling and heaviness caused by strangury; gargling treats dental caries (dental gangrene); removes skin numbness; bathing relieves itching and pain in the genital area. For all kinds of malignant sores and five types of hemorrhoids, decocted into a paste for external application, it alleviates pain, promotes tissue regeneration, reduces swelling, and stops bleeding. The root bark is particularly effective.
[Huai Zhi (Sophora Twig)] Its properties are the same as Huai Bai Pi. Washing the genital area with it removes dampness and itching; it resolves red-and-white leukorrhea and metrorrhagia. Black lacquer applied to teeth, or the liquid obtained from burning sophora twigs applied to tinea, or wine brewed with it to treat wind disorders, or ash from burned twigs used for hair washing to darken hair. It is best for washing sores and also effective for bathing hemorrhoids.
[Huai E (Sophora Moth)] Pungent, neutral, non-toxic. Treats prolapse of the anus and lower bleeding caused by five types of hemorrhoids; treats sores growing in the female genitalia; stops heart pain and invigorates blood; tonifies qi and strength and dispels wind.
1. Toothache due to wind-heat: Heat a sophora twig until hot and apply it to the affected area by cauterization. (Empirical Formula No. 1)
2. Nine types of heart pain: On a day associated with the Taiyang (Greater Yang) phase, take one handful of fresh sophora twigs, remove both ends, decoct in water, and drink. (Empirical Formula No. 2)
3. Red and white metrorrhagia: Burn sophora twigs to ash, take with wine. (Empirical Formula No. 3)
4. Fetal movement difficult labor: Take a sophora twig that grows eastward, have the parturient hold it, and delivery will be easy. (Empirical Formula No. 4)
5. Genital sores with dampness and itching: Take a sophora twig that faces north, decoct in water, wash frequently, changing the solution often. (Empirical Formula No. 5)
6. Dampness and itching below the yin: Stir-fry Huai Bai Pi, decoct in water, and wash daily. (Empirical Formula No. 6)
7. Hemorrhoids causing itching, or discharging pus and blood, or infested with parasites: Decoct Huai Bai Pi in water, fumigate and wash the affected area first. Then grind into powder, wrap in cotton, and insert into the lower orifice. (Empirical Formula No. 7)
8. Traumatic wind-stroke: Take Huai Bai Pi from the shady side of the tree, carve a slice freshly, moxibustion with one hundred moxa cones, until pain turns to no pain, or no pain turns to pain. (Empirical Formula No. 8)
9. Wind-stroke with straight body, unable to flex or extend: Decoct Huai Bai Pi in wine and water, take slowly. (Empirical Formula No. 9)
10. Intestinal hemorrhoids with lower bleeding: Grind Huai E into powder, take with water. (Empirical Formula No. 10)
11. Metrorrhagia with lower bleeding: Grind Huai E into powder, take with wine. (Empirical Formula No. 11)
12. Postpartum blood pain nearly causing death: Same method as above. (Empirical Formula No. 12)
13. Heart pain caused by roundworms: Same method as above, take with water. If pain does not cease, drink one sheng (approx. 200ml) of hot water, and the worms will immediately exit. (Empirical Formula No. 13)
14. Continuous menstruation, yellow complexion and emaciation: Roast Huai E until yellow, mix with equal parts (one liang each) of Hongsishi (Red Stone Earth), grind into powder, take two qian with hot wine each time. (Empirical Formula No. 14)
15. Visceral toxin with lower bleeding: Burn Huai E together with Ganxi (Dry Lacquer) into ash, take with wine. (Empirical Formula No. 15)
