强中不痿，精流不住，同故纸为末，每水煎服三钱。（第二。）
女子白带，韭子数两，醋煮千沸，焙末蜜丸豆大，每三十丸，空心酒下。（第三。）

阴毒腹痛，厥逆唇青，卵缩脉欲绝，用净葱白一束，切扁烘热，安脐
上，以熨斗火熨之，葱烂再易。手足温有汗则愈，再服四逆汤。若手足不温者不治。（第九。）
猝心急痛，牙关紧闭，以葱白捣膏，送入咽中。灌以香油四两，但得下咽即苏，虫化水
而愈。（第十。）
霍乱烦躁不安，葱白二十枚，大枣二十枚，水煎服。（十一。）
虫咬心痛，葱白二寸，官粉二钱，捣丸服之立止。痛时唇青吐涎面白是也。（十二。）
腹皮麻痹，多食葱白自愈。（十三。）
大小便秘，捣葱白热敷小腹。（十四。）
小儿虚闭，葱白煎汤调蜜服，再以葱白染蜜入肛门。（十五。）

阴囊肿痛，葱白、乳香捣涂之，即痛止肿消。又方，用煨葱入盐，杵如泥敷之。（十八。）
小便尿血，葱白一把，郁金一两，水煎分服。（十九。）
赤白下痢，葱白一把切细，合米粥日日食之。（二十。）
一切肿毒，大葱白取汁渍之，日四五次，肿即消。（二十一。）
疔疮，刺破，以葱白、生蜜杵敷两时，疔出以醋汤洗之。（二十二。）
骨折头破，蜜和葱白捣匀，浓封立效。（二十三。）
自缢垂死，葱心刺耳，鼻口出血可活。（二十四。）
水病足肿，葱叶煎水渍之，日三五次。（二十五。）
小便不通，葱白连叶捣烂，入蜜，敷外肾上。（二十六。）
疮伤风水肿毒，同干姜、黄柏水煎洗之。（二十七。）
蜘蛛咬疮，遍身生疮，葱叶一茎去尖，入蚯蚓一条，待化成水，取点咬处。（二十八。）
金疮血不止，捣葱炙热， 汁涂之即止。（二十九。）
将韭子蒸熟，去掉黑色的外皮，炒制后使用。
味道辛、甘，性温，无毒。能治疗男子遗尿、滑精，治愈女子白淫、白带；补益肝肾并温暖腰膝，助益命门并消除筋痿。
对于梦遗、小便浑浊，每日空腹生吞二十粒，用盐水送服。或者炒成粉末，每次用酒送服三钱，频繁服用。（验方第一。）
对于强中症（阴茎异常勃起不萎）、精液自流不止，与故纸（补骨脂）一同研成粉末，每次用水煎服三钱。（第二方。）
女子白带，取数两韭子，用醋煮一千次沸腾，焙干研末，用蜂蜜制成如豆大的丸药，每次三十丸，空腹用酒送服。（第三方。）
男子梦遗。用法同上。（第四方。）
虫牙痛，用瓦片烧红，放入数钱韭子和几滴香油，待冒烟时，用竹筒吸引烟雾至疼痛处，许久后用温水漱口吐出，若虫子出来即为有效，同时空腹用酒送服韭子。（第五方。）
服用地黄、常山的人忌食韭子。
葱的味道辛，性平，无毒。能发散表邪、调和里气，通阳散血，促进乳汁分泌、安胎，明目利耳。消退面目浮肿，开通咽喉痹塞，治疗时行疾病的头痛，治愈霍乱引起的转筋，解除阴毒引起的腹痛，消除风湿引起的麻痹。消散乳痈并平复跌打损伤，止住吐血衄血并治疗血痢。通利大小便，杀灭鱼肉等诸般毒素。
头痛剧烈如破，伤寒病，用带须葱半斤，生姜二两，水煎服以发汗，效果神奇。（验方第一。）
时行疾病引起的头痛发热，用葱白二十根，与米一起煮粥，加少许醋，热食后取汗。（第二方。）
多种类型的伤寒，初起无法区分者，用上方的方法即可痊愈。（第三方。）
伤寒女劳复（因房事复发的伤寒），因交接引起，出现腹痛、睾丸肿胀，将葱白捣烂，与一盏醋混合服用。（第四方。）
赤斑变黑、尿血，水煎服汁液，吃光葱，取汗。用于治疗妊娠期间的伤寒。（第五方。）
胎动不安、下血，腰痛牵引心胸，多煎服。胎儿未死则安，已死则排出，若无效再服用。（第六方。）
突然中恶而死，急取葱心的黄色部分刺入鼻孔，男性左鼻，女性右鼻，鼻出血即苏醒。（第七方。）
小儿无故猝死，将葱白纳入下部（肛门）及两个鼻孔中，气息通畅或打喷嚏则好转。（第八方。）
阴毒腹痛，四肢厥冷、嘴唇青紫、睾丸收缩、脉搏微弱欲绝，用干净的葱白一束，切扁烘热，放在肚脐上，用熨斗火熨烫它，葱烂了再更换。手脚变暖、有汗出则痊愈，再服用四逆汤。如果手脚不温的则难以治愈。（第九方。）
突然心急痛，牙关紧闭，将葱白捣成膏状，送入咽中。灌服四两香油，只要咽下即可苏醒，虫化为水而愈。（第十方。）
霍乱烦躁不安，用葱白二十根，大枣二十枚，水煎服。（第十一方。）
虫咬引起的心痛，用葱白二寸，官粉二钱，捣成药丸服用，疼痛立即停止。疼痛时嘴唇青紫、吐涎沫、面色苍白即是此证。（第十二方。）
腹部皮肤麻木，多吃葱白可自行痊愈。（第十三方。）
大小便秘结，捣碎葱白热敷小腹。（第十四方。）
小儿虚证便秘，用葱白煎汤调蜂蜜服用，再用葱白蘸蜜插入肛门。（第十五方。）
小儿尿闭，用大葱白四片，与乳汁一起煎煮分次服用。（第十六方。）
肿毒导致尿闭，因肿毒未溃破者，用葱白在香油中煎至黑色，去掉葱白，取油敷在肿处即可通利。（第十七方。）
阴囊肿痛，用葱白、乳香捣碎外涂，疼痛停止、肿胀消退。另一方法，用煨过的葱加入盐，捣成泥状敷贴。（第十八方。）
小便尿血，用一把葱白，一两郁金，水煎分次服用。（第十九方。）
赤白痢疾，用一把葱白切细，与米粥一起每天食用。（第二十方。）
一切肿毒，取大葱白的汁液浸泡患处，每天四五次，肿胀即消。（第二十一方。）
疔疮，刺破后，用葱白、生蜜捣匀敷贴两个时辰，疔毒发出后用醋汤清洗。（第二十二方。）
骨折、头部破损，用蜜和葱白捣匀，浓敷立即见效。（第二十三方。）
自缢垂死，用葱心刺入耳朵，鼻口出血可救活。（第二十四方。）
水肿病足部肿胀，用葱叶煎水浸泡，每天三到五次。（第二十五方。）
小便不通，葱白连叶捣烂，加入蜜，敷在外生殖器上。（第二十六方。）
疮伤风水肿毒，同干姜、黄柏一起水煎洗患处。（第二十七方。）
蜘蛛咬伤生疮，遍身生疮，取一茎葱叶去尖，放入一条蚯蚓，待化成水，取点涂在咬伤处。（第二十八方。）
金创出血不止，捣碎葱白加热，取汁液涂抹即可止血。（第二十九方。）
Steam the seeds of Allium tuberosum (Jiu Zi), remove the black skin, and use after stir-frying.
Pungent, sweet, and warm in nature; non-toxic. It stops nocturnal emission and seminal leakage in men, and treats leukorrhea and white discharge in women; it tonifies the Liver and Kidneys while warming the waist and knees, assists the Gate of Vitality (Mingmen) to eliminate tendon flaccidity.
For nocturnal emission and turbid urine, swallow twenty grains raw on an empty stomach daily, with salt water. Alternatively, stir-fry into powder, take three qian with wine each time, and take frequently. (Verified Formula 1.)
For priapism (persistent erection without desire) and continuous seminal flow, mix with Semen Psoraleae (Gu Zhi) into powder, decoct in water and take three qian each time. (Formula 2.)
For female leukorrhea, take several liang of Jiu Zi, boil in vinegar for a thousand boils, dry and powder, make pills the size of beans with honey, take thirty pills each time with wine on an empty stomach. (Formula 3.)
Male nocturnal emission. Use the same method as above. (Formula 4.)
For toothache caused by worms, heat a tile until red, add a few qian of Jiu Zi and a few drops of sesame oil, wait for smoke to rise, attract the smoke to the painful area using a bamboo tube, rinse and spit with warm water after a long time; efficacy is achieved when worms come out. Take orally with wine on an empty stomach simultaneously. (Formula 5.)
Avoid if taking Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata (Di Huang) or Dichroae Radix (Chang Shan).
Pungent, neutral in nature, non-toxic. Releases the exterior and harmonizes the interior, unblocks Yang and disperses blood, promotes lactation and calms the fetus, benefits the eyes and ears. Reduces edema of the face and eyes, opens throat obstruction, treats headache due to epidemic diseases, cures muscle spasms due to cholera-like disorder, resolves abdominal pain due to Yin toxicity, eliminates numbness due to wind-dampness. Disperses breast abscesses and stabilizes traumatic injuries, stops hematemesis and epistaxis and treats bloody dysentery. Promotes urination and defecation, kills various toxins from fish and meat.
For severe headache resembling bursting, and Shanghan (Cold Damage), decoct half a jin of scallions with roots and two liang of fresh ginger in water to induce sweating; miraculous effect. (Verified Formula 1.)
For headache and fever due to epidemic diseases, cook twenty scallion whites with rice to make porridge, add a little vinegar, eat hot to induce sweating. (Formula 2.)
For various types of Shanghan that cannot be distinguished at the onset, applying the above formula leads to recovery. (Formula 3.)
For female relapse of Shanghan due to sexual intercourse, causing abdominal pain and testicular swelling, mash scallion whites and mix with one cup of vinegar to take. (Formula 4.)
For red macules turning black and hematuria, decoct in water and drink the juice, consume all the scallions, induce sweating. Treats Shanghan during pregnancy. (Formula 5.)
For fetal restlessness with bleeding, lower back pain pulling to the heart, decoct and take in large amounts. If the fetus is not dead, it will be safe; if dead, it will be expelled. If ineffective, take again. (Formula 6.)
For sudden death due to evil qi invasion, urgently insert the yellow center of the scallion into the nostril; for males, left nostril; for females, right nostril. Awakening occurs upon nasal bleeding. (Formula 7.)
For children dying suddenly without cause, insert scallion whites into the anus and both nostrils; improvement occurs when breath flows freely or sneezing happens. (Formula 8.)
For Yin toxicity abdominal pain, cold limbs, cyanotic lips, retracted testes, and pulse nearly imperceptible, use a bundle of clean scallion whites, slice flat, heat, place on the navel, and moxa/iron over it with a heating iron. Replace when scallions rot. Recovery occurs when hands and feet become warm and sweating starts; then take Sini Tang (Four Reversal Decoction). If hands and feet remain cold, it is untreatable. (Formula 9.)
For sudden acute heart pain with locked jaw, mash scallion whites into paste, insert into the throat. Pour four liang of sesame oil; revival occurs once swallowed, worms dissolve into water and cure ensues. (Formula 10.)
For cholera-like disorder with restlessness, decoct twenty scallion whites and twenty jujubes in water and take. (Formula 11.)
For heart pain caused by insect bites, take two cun of scallion whites and two qian of refined starch (Guan Fen), mash into pills and take; pain stops immediately. Symptoms include cyanotic lips, salivation, and pale face during pain. (Formula 12.)
For numbness of the abdominal skin, eating more scallion whites leads to self-healing. (Formula 13.)
For constipation of both large and small bowels, mash scallion whites and apply hot compress to the lower abdomen. (Formula 14.)
For deficiency-type constipation in children, decoct scallion whites in water, mix with honey to take, and also insert scallion whites dipped in honey into the anus. (Formula 15.)
For urinary retention in children, decoct four slices of large scallion whites in breast milk and take in divided doses. (Formula 16.)
For swelling/toxins causing urinary retention where the swelling has not ulcerated, fry scallion whites in sesame oil until black, remove scallions, apply the oil to the swollen area to restore flow. (Formula 17.)
For swollen and painful scrotum, mash scallion whites and Frankincense (Ruxiang) and apply externally; pain stops and swelling subsides. Another method: roast scallions, add salt, mash into paste and apply. (Formula 18.)
For hematuria, decoct a handful of scallion whites and one liang of Turmeric Tuber (Yujin) in water and take in divided doses. (Formula 19.)
For bloody and white dysentery, finely chop a handful of scallion whites, mix with rice porridge and eat daily. (Formula 20.)
For all kinds of swellings and toxins, extract juice from large scallion whites and soak the affected area, four to five times daily; swelling subsides. (Formula 21.)
For carbuncles, puncture them, mash scallion whites with raw honey and apply for two shichen (four hours); after the toxin emerges, wash with vinegar water. (Formula 22.)
For fractures and head wounds, mix honey and scallion whites evenly, apply thickly for immediate effect. (Formula 23.)
For hanging victims near death, pierce the ear with the scallion center; survival is possible if blood flows from nose and mouth. (Formula 24.)
For edema disease with foot swelling, decoct scallion leaves in water and soak, three to five times daily. (Formula 25.)
For urinary obstruction, mash scallion whites with leaves, add honey, and apply to the external genitalia. (Formula 26.)
For sores, wind-water edema, and toxins, decoct together with dried ginger and Phellodendron Bark (Huang Bo) and wash the affected area. (Formula 27.)
For spider bite sores spreading over the body, take one stem of scallion leaf removing the tip, insert one earthworm, wait until it liquefies, and apply drops to the bite site. (Formula 28.)
For open wounds with unceasing bleeding, mash scallions, heat them, apply the juice to stop bleeding. (Formula 29.)
