上以米醋炒黑豆，青布袋盛，熨心腹，更以椒葱汤淋渫腰胯，浓衣盖下部，然后服诸方。（《圣济》）

贯众 枳壳 本 杜仲 藿香 蛇床子 吴茱萸 官桂（各等分）
上为粗末，水三五碗，药末二两许，用绢裹煎十余沸，乘热随手淋洗，以药包洗小腹毕，以衣被裹片时，
不得见风，甚妙。（《魏氏》）
调摄法 有人请问下部 气不通之方，彼时实许之矣，细思若非痛断浓味与房事，不可用药，惟促其
寿。（《丹溪》）

取生花椒择洗干净，用布帛包裹敷在阴囊上，厚度约半寸，须臾间热气通达，每日更换两次，直到痊愈为止。（出自《千金方》）
治疗久坐卑湿之地，忽然阴囊虚肿，气向上冲筑，黑豆熨烫方。
以上用米醋炒黑豆，用青布袋盛装，熨烫心腹部，再用椒葱汤淋洗腰胯部，穿厚衣覆盖下部，然后服用其他方剂。（出自《圣济总录》）

以上药物为粗末，用水三到五碗，药末二两左右，用绢袋包裹煎煮十余沸，趁热随手淋洗，用药包清洗小腹后，用衣被包裹片刻，不得见风，效果甚妙。（出自《魏氏家藏方》）
调摄法 有人询问下部气机不通的方剂，当时确实许诺了，仔细思考如果不是戒断浓味饮食与房事，不可用药，只会缩短寿命。（出自《丹溪心法》）
Frankincense (Ruxiang), scrape off the powder, mix with buckwheat flour to make cakes, and slowly roast over low heat.)
Grind the above ingredients together into powder, add one qian of sand powder and one liang of Red Peony Root (Chishao) powder, knead and mix thoroughly with wheat paste, and form pills the size of mulberry seeds. Take ten to twenty pills on an empty stomach with warm wine or salted water decoction.

Formulas for Relieving Pain: For treating Yin hernia with unbearable pulling pain in the testicles, Ying Tong Wan (Pain-Relieving Pill) formula.
Leek Seed (Jiu Zi, stir-fried) Ligusticum Wallichii Rhizome (Xiongqiong)
Grind the above two ingredients equally into powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of mulberry seeds. Take thirty pills each time on an empty stomach with warm wine. (From *Sheng Ji Zong Lu*)
Formula for treating pediatric scrotal disease with day and night pain.
Skin (one piece, calcined until carbonized but retaining its nature)
Grind the above single ingredient finely, and take one qian bi (a spoonful measure) mixed with hot wine before going to bed. (Same source)
External Treatment Formulas (See previous sections): For a case where the external genitalia are cold, gradually feeling cold air entering the scrotum, causing swelling and fullness with fear of death, and unbearable pain and restlessness day and night.
Take fresh Sichuan pepper, clean it thoroughly, wrap it in cloth, and apply to the scrotum with a thickness of about half cun. After a short while, warmth will penetrate. Change the application twice daily until cured. (From *Qian Jin Fang*)
For scrotal edema caused by prolonged sitting in damp and low places, with sudden swelling of the scrotum and Qi rushing upward: Black Soybean Hot Compress Formula.
Stir-fry black soybeans with rice vinegar, place them in a green cloth bag, and apply as a hot compress to the heart and abdomen. Then wash the waist and hips with a decoction of pepper and scallion. Cover the lower body with thick clothing, then take other formulas. (From *Sheng Ji Zong Lu*)
Washing Method: For treating unilateral hardness of the external genitalia like stone, stagnation that does not dissipate, and various diseases of the lower region.
Cyathula Root (Guanzhong) Aurantium Fruit (Zhi Qiao) Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Ben) Eucommia Bark (Duzhong) Agastache Herb (Huoxiang) Cnidium Fruit (Shechuangzi) Evodia Fruit (Wuzhuyu) Cassia Twig (Guangui) (All in equal parts)
Grind the above ingredients into coarse powder. Use three to five bowls of water and about two liang of herb powder. Wrap in silk and boil for more than ten boils. While hot, wash freely with the liquid. After washing the lower abdomen with the herb pack, wrap the area with clothes/blankets for a period of time. Avoid wind exposure. This is very effective. Regulation Method: Someone asked for a formula for obstruction of Qi in the lower region. At that time, I indeed promised to provide it. Upon careful reflection, unless one abstains from rich flavors and sexual intercourse, medication alone cannot cure it; otherwise, it will only shorten life. (From *Dan Xi Xin Fa*)
