治疗大风病，以及各类风邪导致的全身顽固性麻木，瘙痒并溃烂成疮。

以上四味药材，用水共同煮至香气熟透为止，捞出；先去掉防风不用，其次将白花蛇去去皮和骨头，烤干；其次将草乌头（处理尖部），血竭（一两，单独研磨） 麝香（半钱，单独研磨）。
以上药材混合均匀。准备服药时，先在饭后，取真大枫子油一钱并少许麝香，用清茶或酒调服，随后接着服用活血（药物/方剂，原文此处似有缺漏，依文意译为“接着服用活血...”）。
治疗成人、小儿癫痫，发作时无眩晕前兆，口吐涎沫，颈背强直，神志昏迷糊涂。

The above ingredients are processed into a fine powder. A paste made from rice flour boiled in wine is used as a binder to form pills, with ten pills made from one tael of powder. Take one pill per dose, chew thoroughly, and swallow with clear tea infusion. No specific time restriction applies.
Treats Feng disease, as well as various wind pathogens causing whole-body stubborn numbness, itching, and ulceration.
Baihua She (Five taels, those with tight and slender heads) Caowutou (Ten taels) Chuanwutou (Five taels) Saposhnikovia Root (Two and a half taels).
The above four ingredients are boiled together in water until fragrant and cooked through, then strained out; first remove and discard the Saposhnikovia Root, then remove the skin and bones from the Baihua She and dry it by roasting; next process the Caowutou (tip removed), Xuejie (One tael, separately ground) Musk (Half qian, separately ground).
Mix the above ingredients evenly. When preparing to take the medicine, first after meals, mix one qian of true Da Fengzi Oil with a small amount of Musk, and take with clear tea or wine infusion, followed by taking blood-activating [medicines].
Treats epilepsy in adults and children, occurring without dizziness prodromes, with foaming at the mouth, stiffness of the neck and back, and confused mental state.

Treats epilepsy caused by fright leading to fluctuating mental state, persisting for a long time, with intermittent attacks.
